技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种棉织物阻燃整理方法。
背景技术
棉织物又称棉布,是以棉纱为原料织造的织物。棉织物以优良的服用性能成为最常用的面料之一,广泛用于服装面料、装饰织物和产业用织物。棉是最受欢迎的衣服和家纺织物。多功能、柔软、透气、吸湿、全年穿着的舒适性、性能优良和耐穿仅仅是棉布备受欢迎的众多品质中的几点。随着纺织印染加工的深入发展,棉织物品种日益丰富,外观和性能及档次也不断提高。
由于化学纤维的发展,出现了棉型化纤,其长度(一般为38毫米左右)等物理性状符合棉纺工艺要求,在棉纺设备上纯纺或与棉纤维混纺而成,这类纤维的织物以及棉织物统称为棉型织物。
棉型织物价格低廉,适用面广,吸水性强,耐磨耐洗,柔软舒适,冬季穿着保暖性好,夏季穿着透气凉爽,棉织物以其优良的服用性能而成为最常用的童装材料之一,是最为普及的童装面料。棉织物色彩一般比较鲜艳,多用于儿童夏装,休闲装,内衣,运动装等。
火灾是威胁人类生命安全的一个重大隐患。据统计在全球范围内超过半数的火灾都是由纺织品引起的,此外,纺织品在燃烧时大多会产生有害气体。因此,人们对安全也逐渐重视起来,很多场合都要求所用织物具有阻燃功能,阻燃纺织品的研发具有重大意义。棉织物属于易燃物品,所以阻燃整理对其尤为重要。经其处理后的织物在遇火后不易燃烧,大大拓展了其应用。现在市面上有很多种阻燃剂,在对织物进行处理后,织物自身的强度、手感、外观、染料色泽及色牢度方面均受到了不同程度的影响,且在阻燃效果和耐久程度上,也不尽如人意。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前纺织领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种棉织物阻燃整理方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种棉织物阻燃整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率45-70%,最后水洗2-3次,最后脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚乙烯醇8-11份、碘代丙炔氨基甲酸丁酯10-13份、芦荟苷11-14份、淀粉醚2-6份、醋酸8-11份、苄基三甲基氯化铵3-7份、甲基磷酸二甲酯3-6份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷3-6份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、淀粉11-14份、壳聚糖3-6份、N-羟甲基-3-(二甲氧基膦酰基)丙酰胺2-5份、二甲苯磺酸钠2-6份、海藻酸钠2-5份、乙酸锌4-7份。
整理剂的制备工艺为常规工艺,为本领域普通技术人员所熟练掌握。
所述织物在50-85℃浸渍20-30分钟。
所述烘干温度为50-60℃,时间为3分钟。
所述水溶液的浓度为800-1500ppm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明整理方法显著提高棉织物的阻燃效果,同时赋予棉织物优异的抗皱、抗菌、耐水洗性,具有良好的市场推广价值。
