本发明公开了一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料，其特征在于：由2D*51mm的竹纤维和2D*51mm锦纶混纺织造而成，其中竹纤维占10~35%，锦纶纤维占65~90%；织造后的混纺面料再经过抗菌后整理。本发明一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料具有抗菌性好，耐磨，撕裂强度高，透气性好的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及混纺面料，尤其是涉及一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料。
背景技术
竹纤维是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的纤维素纤维，继棉、麻、毛、丝后的第五大天然纤维。竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性，具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。锦纶，又称为尼龙，具有质轻，防皱性优良，透气性好以及良好的耐久性。结合两者的优势的混纺纤维必然是一种功能性极佳的混纺面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料，该混纺面料具有抗菌性好，耐磨，撕裂强度高，透气性好的优点。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料，由2D*51mm的竹纤维和2D*51mm锦纶混纺织造而成，其中竹纤维占10~35%，锦纶纤维占65~90%；织造后的混纺面料再经过抗菌后整理。
所述抗菌后整理步骤如下，常温下浸渍抗菌剂30~45min，抗菌剂用量1~2%o.w.f.，浴比1:30。
所述抗菌剂，按重量份的组分为十二烷基硫酸钠5~15份，壳聚糖衍生物2~6份，三乙醇胺1~3份，聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐40~55份，甘油10~15份。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于：提供一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料，该混纺面料具有抗菌性好，耐磨，撕裂强度高，透气性好的优点。

下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1：
一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料，由2D*51mm的竹纤维和2D*51mm锦纶混纺织造而成，其中竹纤维占10%，锦纶纤维占90%；织造后的混纺面料再经过抗菌后整理。
所述抗菌后整理步骤如下，常温下浸渍抗菌剂30min，抗菌剂用量2%o.w.f.，浴比1:30。
所述抗菌剂，按重量份的组分为十二烷基硫酸钠15份，壳聚糖衍生物6份，三乙醇胺3份，聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐40份，甘油10份。
实施例2：
一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料，由2D*51mm的竹纤维和2D*51mm锦纶混纺织造而成，其中竹纤维占35%，锦纶纤维占65%；织造后的混纺面料再经过抗菌后整理。
所述抗菌后整理步骤如下，常温下浸渍抗菌剂30min，抗菌剂用量1%o.w.f.，浴比1:30。
所述抗菌剂，按重量份的组分为十二烷基硫酸钠7份，壳聚糖衍生物4份，三乙醇胺1份，聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐50份，甘油15份。

1.一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料，其特征在于：由2D*51mm的竹纤维和2D*51mm锦纶混纺织造而成，其中竹纤维占10~35%，锦纶纤维占65~90%；织造后的混纺面料再经过抗菌后整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料，其特征在于：所述抗菌后整理步骤如下，常温下浸渍抗菌剂30~45min，抗菌剂用量1~2%o.w.f.，浴比1:30。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹纤维和锦纶混纺面料，其特征在于：所述抗菌剂，按重量份的组分为十二烷基硫酸钠5~15份，壳聚糖衍生物2~6份，三乙醇胺1~3份，聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐40~55份，甘油10~15份。
