背景技术
随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对于织物的质量的要求越来越高,尤其是对织物的功能性要求。目前市场上出售的纺织品大都功能比较单一,因此纺织品后整理已成为提高产品附加值和改善纺织品功能的重要途径之一。一般的织物多功能整理效果并不理想,且整理剂中含有各种有毒成分,不利于人体健康。如抗皱防缩,长期以来,使用的抗皱防缩整理剂大多数为甲醛化合物,在使用它们对织物进行免烫整理和随后的织物储存、生产、出售以及消费者使用和穿着时会持续释放出甲醛气体,不利于人们的健康。随着国际范围内绿色环保意识的日益增强,开发无甲醛整理剂代替传统的有害整理剂,已成为必然的发展趋势。

根据现有技术中存在的问题,本发明涉及一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液及其整理方法,整理效果显著,且环保无污染。

一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液,包括以下重量份数的原料:乙二醛10-15份,柠檬酸10-15份,环状磷酸酯5-8份,甘草提取物5-8份,壳聚糖3-5份,氯化镁2-3份,次亚磷酸钠2-3份,渗透剂1-2份,偶联剂1-2份,柔软剂1-2份,乙二醇1-2份,纤维保护剂1-2份,pH调节剂1-2份,分散剂1-2份。
所述的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,如:KH-550、KH-560、KH-570。
所述的柔软剂为季铵化改性氨基硅油。

步骤三:采用微波干燥处理,温度为100-110℃,时间为5-10min。
本发明的有益效果在于:加入乙二醛、柠檬酸复合免烫防缩整理剂,免烫防缩效果好,且不含甲醛环保无污染。柠檬酸具有较多的反应基团,可与纤维上的羟基形成共价交联,同时还可以作为其他整理剂与纤维的交联剂。采用环状磷酸酯整理剂可显著改善织物的阻燃性。采用天然抗菌剂甘草提取物,甘草中的黄酮类化合物是甘草抗菌抗原虫的主要活性成分,对大肠杆菌、革兰阳性芽胞杆菌、真菌和利什曼原虫疟原虫生长有较强有抑制活性,其中对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌作用具有更大、更现实的意义。壳聚糖能够有效抑制一些真菌、细菌、和病毒的生长繁殖。且壳聚糖成膜性强,与纤维素化学结构相似,有很好的吸附和相容性,壳聚糖的羟基及一部分氨基与纤维的羟基形成众多的分子间氢键,加入适量的偶联剂等助剂,使得壳聚糖整理也能起到一定的抗皱防缩皱效果。各种整理剂及助剂间相互配合,制得多功能抗菌整理液,具有良好的免烫防缩、抗菌、阻燃的功效,可以满足人们对纺织品各种功能性方面的需求。

所述的甘草提取物,采用以下方法制备:称取甘草50g,粉碎成粗粉,加10-15倍甘草重量的水浸泡1h,加热至100℃,煎煮提取1h,过滤得滤液1;向滤渣中加入10倍滤渣重量的水,加热至100℃,煎煮提取1h,过滤得滤液2;再向滤渣中加入8倍滤渣重量的水,加热至100℃,煎煮提取1h,过滤得滤液3;将滤液1、滤液2、滤液3合并,在温度为100℃条件下浓缩至甘草重量的8倍,即得甘草提取物。
一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液的整理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将各原料加入水中,按总原料与水重量比为1:1混合搅拌均匀,得整理液;
步骤二:纺织物浸渍在整理液中15min,浸渍温度为40℃,采用两浸两轧,轧余率为70%;
步骤三:采用微波干燥处理,温度为110℃,时间为10min。
Claims (9)
1.一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:乙二醛10-15份,柠檬酸10-15份,环状磷酸酯5-8份,甘草提取物5-8份,壳聚糖3-5份,氯化镁2-3份,次亚磷酸钠2-3份,渗透剂1-2份,偶联剂1-2份,柔软剂1-2份,乙二醇1-2份,纤维保护剂1-2份,pH调节剂1-2份,分散剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液,其特征在于:所述的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液,其特征在于:所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂为季铵化改性氨基硅油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液,其特征在于:所述的纤维保护剂为乳状分散聚乙烯蜡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液,其特征在于:所述的pH调节剂为柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液或磷酸二氢钠-柠檬酸缓冲液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为单硬脂酸单甘油酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌免烫阻燃整理液,其特征在于:所述的甘草提取物,采用以下方法制备:称取甘草50g,粉碎成粗粉,加10-15倍甘草重量的水浸泡0.5-1h,加热至90-100℃,煎煮提取0.5-1h,过滤得滤液1;向滤渣中加入8-10倍滤渣重量的水,加热至90-100℃,煎煮提取0.5-1h,过滤得滤液2;再向滤渣中加入6-8倍滤渣重量的水,加热至90-100℃,煎煮提取0.5-1h,过滤得滤液3;将滤液1、滤液2、滤液3合并,在温度为90-100℃条件下浓缩至甘草重量的5-8倍,即得甘草提取物。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一项所述的抗菌免烫阻燃整理液的整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将各原料加入水中,按总原料与水重量比为1:1混合搅拌均匀,得整理液;
步骤二:纺织物浸渍在整理液中10-15min,浸渍温度为35-40℃,采用两浸两轧,轧余率为50-70%;
步骤三:采用微波干燥处理,温度为100-110℃,时间为5-10min。
