本发明公开了一种棉织物耐酸整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率45-70%,最后水洗2-3次,最后脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:对苯二甲酸二甲酯5-6份、顺丁烯二酸酐5-10份、丙烯酰胺1-6份、钛酸正丁酯3-6份、苄基三甲基氯化铵14-18份、苦地丁粉7-9份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、乙二醇22-25份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷5-9份、异氰酸酯三聚体1-8份、二甲苯磺酸钠2-6份、环己酮3-6份、滑石粉1-3份、醋酸锌1-2份。本发明提供的整理方法能防止棉织物被酸液的润湿和渗透,可以抵御强酸的侵蚀,且兼具透气舒适、柔软轻便、易洗涤等优点。

Description

一种棉织物耐酸整理方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种棉织物耐酸整理方法。
技术背景
棉织物又称棉布,是以棉纱为原料织造的织物。棉织物以优良的服用性能成为最常用的面料之一,广泛用于服装面料、装饰织物和产业用织物。棉是最受欢迎的衣服和家纺织物。多功能、柔软、透气、吸湿、全年穿着的舒适性、性能优良和耐穿仅仅是棉布备受欢迎的众多品质中的几点。随着纺织印染加工的深入发展,棉织物品种日益丰富,外观和性能及档次也不断提高。
由于化学纤维的发展,出现了棉型化纤,其长度(一般为38毫米左右)等物理性状符合棉纺工艺要求,在棉纺设备上纯纺或与棉纤维混纺而成,这类纤维的织物以及棉织物统称为棉型织物。
棉型织物价格低廉,适用面广,吸水性强,耐磨耐洗,柔软舒适,冬季穿着保暖性好,夏季穿着透气凉爽,棉织物以其优良的服用性能而成为最常用的童装材料之一,是最为普及的童装面料。棉织物色彩一般比较鲜艳,多用于儿童夏装,休闲装,内衣,运动装等。
随着经济建设步伐的加快,酸的应用范围和用量也在不断扩大,据不完全统计,目前我国三酸(硫酸、硝酸、盐酸)年消耗量达30万吨左右,使用范围涉及石油、化工、机械、电镀、有色冶炼、蓄电池等行业。在酸的生产、运输、储存和使用过程中,因其有腐蚀性和浸透性,与酸接触的工作人员需穿着防酸防护服,以保证人身和生产安全。若工作服的耐酸性能较差,在受到酸液腐蚀时,会对工作服产生一定的腐蚀,严重的可能会腐蚀到员工。棉型织物价格低廉,适用面广,吸水性强,耐磨耐洗,柔软舒适,然而其耐酸性不高,限制了其应用范围。因此如何提高棉织物的耐酸性是目前纺织技术领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种棉织物耐酸整理方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种棉织物耐酸整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率45-70%,最后水洗2-3次,最后脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:对苯二甲酸二甲酯5-6份、顺丁烯二酸酐5-10份、丙烯酰胺1-6份、钛酸正丁酯3-6份、苄基三甲基氯化铵14-18份、苦地丁粉7-9份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、乙二醇22-25份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷5-9份、异氰酸酯三聚体1-8份、二甲苯磺酸钠2-6份、环己酮3-6份、滑石粉1-3份、醋酸锌1-2份。
整理剂的制备工艺为常规工艺,为本领域普通技术人员所熟练掌握。
所述织物在50-85℃浸渍20-30分钟。
所述烘干温度为50-60℃,时间为3分钟。
所述水溶液的浓度为800-1500ppm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的整理方法能防止棉织物被酸液的润湿和渗透,可以抵御强酸的侵蚀,且兼具透气舒适、柔软轻便、易洗涤等优点。
