Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高棉织物抗皱性能的处理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率7080%,最后水洗23次,脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:丙烯酸甲酯1020份、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠26份、十八胺聚氧乙烯醚69份、草酸钾26份、醋酸锌45份、淀粉醚26份、聚丙烯酸1214份、苄基三甲基氯化铵26份、二甲苯磺酸钠26份、蒲公英粉79份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠47份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵37份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚610份、水100120份。本发明整理方法用于棉织物的抗皱整理加工,在保证抗皱效果的同时,改善以往棉织物易皱的问题,同时织物无泛黄现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种提高棉织物抗皱性能的处理方法。
技术背景
棉织物又称棉布,是以棉纱为原料织造的织物。棉织物以优良的服用性能成为最常用的面料之一,广泛用于服装面料、装饰织物和产业用织物。棉是最受欢迎的衣服和家纺织物。多功能、柔软、透气、吸湿、全年穿着的舒适性、性能优良和耐穿仅仅是棉布备受欢迎的众多品质中的几点。随着纺织印染加工的深入发展,棉织物品种日益丰富,外观和性能及档次也不断提高。
由于化学纤维的发展,出现了棉型化纤,其长度(一般为38毫米左右)等物理性状符合棉纺工艺要求,在棉纺设备上纯纺或与棉纤维混纺而成,这类纤维的织物以及棉织物统称为棉型织物。
棉型织物价格低廉,适用面广,吸水性强,耐磨耐洗,柔软舒适,冬季穿着保暖性好,夏季穿着透气凉爽,棉织物以其优良的服用性能而成为最常用的童装材料之一,是最为普及的童装面料。棉织物色彩一般比较鲜艳,多用于儿童夏装,休闲装,内衣,运动装等。
但是棉织物在使用过程中存在着弹性差、易变形、易起皱、洗后需熨烫等缺陷,导致棉织物在洗后和服用过程中不能保持平整的外观。因此,为了改善棉织物在穿着过程中的外观,保持其形态的稳定性,提高其服用性能,需要进行抗皱整理。然而使用传统整理剂的防皱效果较差,具有毒性,对人体安全性不可靠,耐久性和耐洗性不高。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前纺织领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种提高棉织物抗皱性能的处理方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提高棉织物抗皱性能的处理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率70-80%,最后水洗2-3次,脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:丙烯酸甲酯10-20份、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠2-6份、十八胺聚氧乙烯醚6-9份、草酸钾2-6份、醋酸锌4-5份、淀粉醚2-6份、聚丙烯酸12-14份、苄基三甲基氯化铵2-6份、二甲苯磺酸钠2-6份、蒲公英粉7-9份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4-7份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、水100-120份。
整理剂的制备工艺为常规工艺,为本领域普通技术人员熟练掌握。
所述织物常温浸渍35-40分钟。
所述烘干温度为80-90℃,时间为30s。
所述水溶液的浓度为600-1200ppm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明整理方法用于棉织物的抗皱整理加工,在保证抗皱效果的同时,改善以往棉织物易皱的问题,同时织物无泛黄现象。

所述织物常温浸渍35-40分钟。
所述烘干温度为80-90℃,时间为30s。
所述水溶液的浓度为600-1200ppm。
