本发明公开了一种用于地暖板的碳晶粉导热涂料及使用方法,所述的涂料包括如下重量比例的材料组分:碳晶粉,4.5%-5.5%;石墨粉,68%-72%;硅胶粉,9%-11%;硅藻粉,14%-16%;按以上材料比例分别取得相应材料后,混合获得涂料;所述的涂料采用喷涂工艺在地暖板上形成覆盖层;所述的地暖板为铝板;所述的覆盖层厚度为0.1毫米。本发明使用简单,效果可靠,制成的地暖板表面可直接铺设实木地板,制成的地暖板加热效率高。

一种用于地暖板的碳晶粉导热涂料及使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及室内地板供暖技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于地暖板的碳晶粉导热涂料及使用方法。
背景技术
随着住宅生活条件的改善,越来越多的家庭选择用地板供暖的方式给房间采暖,就是在地面上铺设地暖板模块,再在地暖板模块上覆盖地面装饰材料;现在,地暖板中出现了碳晶板,也称碳素晶体发热板,它是利用了碳素晶体的“电---热”转换原理而生产出的优质平面制热产品,碳晶板的出现是对平面发热材料领域的重大贡献,超薄、耐用、热效率高、制热迅速、自限温功能以及灵活的功率、温度控制技术使碳晶板一经面世,即得到了地热行业的关注,目前,碳素晶体发热板还处于发展阶段,出现了多种相关新技术。
发明内容
本发明是针对新型地暖板,即碳晶板生产制作的问题,提供一种使用简单,效果可靠的用于地暖板的碳晶粉导热涂料及使用方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种用于地暖板的碳晶粉导热涂料,所述的涂料包括如下重量比例的材料组分:
碳晶粉,4.5%-5.5%;
石墨粉,68%-72%;
硅胶粉,9%-11%;
硅藻粉,14%-16%;
按以上材料比例分别取得相应材料后,混合获得涂料。本方案中,碳晶粉,即碳素晶体颗粒,是由改性的碳素类材料,在高温、高压环境中,经过球磨、软化、提纯、萃取等多道工序而提炼出的纳米级微小晶粒,大量的碳素晶体颗粒在电场作用下,能够相互摩擦、震荡,晶体在电场的作用下作“布郎运动”,并产生大量的热量,从而实现“电能-热能”的转换;石墨粉,是作为导热材料,将热量传导出去;硅胶粉,除了起到涂料中各组分的胶合作用外,也有一定的导热作用;硅藻粉,可以起到去除甲醛和导热的作用。
上述涂料的使用方法,所述的涂料采用喷涂工艺在地暖板上形成覆盖层。喷涂作业生产效率高,适用于手工作业及工业自动化生产,是应用最普遍的一种涂装方式,适合本方案涂料的使用。
作为优选,所述的地暖板为铝板。传统的地暖板上面不能直接铺实木地板,且传统的地暖板耗电,耗煤气,加热时间长(8个小时);本方案的地暖板上,可直接铺设实木地板,且本方案地板可20分钟即热,即开即热,随开随关。
作为优选,所述的覆盖层厚度为0.1毫米。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:(1)使用简单,效果可靠;(2)制成的地暖板表面可直接铺设实木地板;(3)制成的地暖板加热效率高。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的描述。
一种用于地暖板的碳晶粉导热涂料,涂料包括如下重量比例的材料组分:
碳晶粉,5%;
石墨粉,70%;
硅胶粉,10%;
硅藻粉,15%;
按以上材料比例分别取得相应材料后,直接混合获得涂料。
具体实施过程是,采用喷涂工艺,将上述涂料喷涂在铝板地暖板上形成覆盖层,覆盖层厚度为0.1毫米。

1.一种用于地暖板的碳晶粉导热涂料,其特征在于,所述的涂料包括如下重量比例的材料组分:
碳晶粉,4.5%-5.5%;
石墨粉,68%-72%;
硅胶粉,9%-11%;
硅藻粉,14%-16%;
按以上材料比例分别取得相应材料后,混合获得涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述涂料的使用方法,其特征在于,所述的涂料采用喷涂工艺在地暖板上形成覆盖层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的使用方法,其特征是,所述的地暖板为铝板。
4.根据权利要求2所述的使用方法,其特征是,所述的覆盖层厚度为0.1毫米。
