背景技术
目前建筑市场上尚无外墙防火保温挂板。建筑外墙保温主要采用粘贴保温材料。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对目前建筑市场上尚无外墙防火保温挂板之现状，而提供一种轻质高强节能外墙防火保温挂板。
本实用新型由水泥底板、复合防火保温板和水泥面板构成，水泥底板压合或粘贴在复合防火保温板的底面，水泥面板压合或粘贴在复合防火保温板的上表面。
本实用新型的优点是：
1、          本实用新型防火性能达到A1级, 能承受1200℃火烧。
2、          保温、隔热、耐低温。
3、          节能环保。无烟、无毒、无味、无甲醛、无放射性。
4、          强度高。比重轻，安装简便，运输方便。
5、          本高强节能外墙防火保温挂板的正反面为高强度的水泥板, 中间为复合防火保温板. 其表面可不作任何处理。直接喷涂外墙涂料、外墙氟碳漆或粘贴大理石、瓷砖等外墙表面装饰材料。

具体实施方式
本实用新型由水泥底板1、复合防火保温板2和水泥面板3构成，水泥底板1压合或粘贴在复合防火保温板2的底面，水泥面板3压合或粘贴在复合防火保温板2的上表面。
加工方法：
将蛭石100，草木灰30-50，珍珠岩20-40，硅溶胶15-25，防水剂3-7，水7-13，硅油3-7混合搅拌，即制成复合防火保温板2的混合料，然后将复合防火保温板2的混合料铺在水泥底板1上，然后将水泥面板3盖在复合防火保温板2的混合料上，放于压制成型机压制成型，脱模后再放于烘干炉烘干即可。
使用方法：使用时将本防火保温挂板直接通过扣件拼装挂在外墙的基面（毛坯墙）上即可。
