Claims (1)
- 금속철판을 책상넓이로 절단시켜 책상본체판을 마련하는 단계와,상기 책상본체판의 표면에 부착된 이물질을 벤젠과 같은 유제(油劑)를 이용하여 깨끗하게 제거하는 단계와,세척된 책상본체판의 전(前) 표면에 원적외선 방사용 물질을 균일하게 도포시키는 단계와,규석 55~63중량%, 점토 34~38중량%, 아초산 1~2중량%, 붕산 1~2.5중량%, 탄산 마그네슘 1~2중량%의 원적외선 방사용 물질이 책상본체판의 표면에 안정적으로 고정화시키고자 상기 책상본체판을 740~830℃의 소성로에서 1차 소성 작업을 실시하여 제1차 소성 작업에 의하여 책상본체판의 표면에는 원적외선 방사층이 형성되는 단계와,상기 원적외선 방사층이 형성된 책상본체판의 상기 원적외선 방사층에 SiO2(20%~30%), 장석(15%~25%),형석(5%~25%), 붕사(20%~30%), 소다회(5%~10%), 초석(5%~10%), 나머지 산화지당, 코발트, 이산화망간, 니켈, 규산지르코늄, 탄산칼슘 중의 한성분으로 구성된 법랑 유약을 분무한 후 200℃ -300℃ 에서 5분간 건조하여 소성로에서 200℃-850℃의 온도로서 1차 소성시켜 1차 법랑 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계와,상기 1차 소성시킨 1차 법랑 코팅층의 표면부에 상기 SiO2(20%~30%), 장석(15%~25%),형석(5%~25%), 붕사(20%~30%), 소다회(5%~10%), 초석(5%~10%), 나머지 산화지당, 코발트, 이산화망간, 니켈, 규산지르코늄, 탄산칼슘 중의 한성분으로 구성된 법랑유약을 재분무하여 200℃ -300℃ 에서 5분간 건조하여 소성로에서 200℃-850℃의 온도로서 소성시켜 2차 법랑 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계와,상기 2차 법랑 코팅층이 형성된 책상본체판의 바닥에 합성수지를 부착시키고 주연부에 알루미늄테를 형성시켜 책상상판을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 법랑코팅된 책상의 제조방법.
