本发明涉及塑胶生产技术领域,特指一种瓶盖专用色母。
背景技术:
目前,塑料瓶盖以使用方便、耐化学性强、安全、绿色环保、资源可循环利用等优点广泛应用于制药、饮料等行业。但其产品加工成型时,因分散等问题易导致分层、收缩翘曲、异味、瓶盖防盗环开启力度等问题,困扰了其进一步的发展。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种瓶盖专用色母,本发明解决了现有技术存在问题,该色母只需与树脂混合一次成型,就能使产品获得相应的颜色并改善分层及收缩率等问题,同时有效控制防盗环开启力度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,一种瓶盖专用色母,包括如下重量百分比的组分:包括以下重量份的组分:聚丙烯30~49,聚烯烃弹性体21~26、颜料10~50,分散剂6~12,增韧剂5~10,线性低密度聚乙烯30~50。分散剂为低分子聚乙烯蜡和微粉蜡混合物,增韧剂为美国杜邦的EMA1820AC溶胶。
一种瓶盖专用色母的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)、先将颜料、分散剂计量混合20分钟,再加增韧剂、载体计量低混3分钟;
(2)、生产时选用长径比Φ40:1的螺杆生产,机头加2层250目筛网,螺杆转数180rpm,机台温度一区60℃、二区140℃、三区140℃、四区135℃、五区130℃、六区130℃、七区130℃、八区140℃、机头150℃条件下用双螺杆挤出机造粒,并搅拌混匀;
(3)、进行包装。
本发明有益效果为:该色母只需与树脂混合一次成型,就能使产品获得相应的颜色并改善分层及收缩率等问题,同时有效控制防盗环开启力度。
具体实施方式:
本发明1、导热塑胶合金,包括以下重量份的组分:聚丙烯60~69,聚烯烃弹性体21~26、硅橡胶8~12,色母料2.1~3、抗氧剂0.5~2。
一种瓶盖专用色母的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)将30-50重量份的硅橡胶、5-10重量份的聚烯烃弹性体、5-10重量份的聚丙烯加入密炼机内80-100℃密炼3-4分钟;
2)继续向步骤1)所述密炼机内加入15-30重量份的抗氧剂10-25抗氧、20-30重量份的阻燃剂、0.1-2重量份的色母料,在110-150℃密炼6-8分钟;
3)将步骤2)密炼后的混合原料投入60-65℃开炼机上开炼5-10分钟;
4)将步骤3)所得的混合物放入160-230℃烘箱中交联硫化2-5小时,即制成一种瓶盖专用色母。
易脱模,不易老化、不易变脆、不易变形。该色母只需与树脂混合一次成型,就能使产品获得相应的颜色并改善分层及收缩率等问题,同时有效控制防盗环开启力度。

1.一种瓶盖专用色母,其特征在于:包括如下重量百分比的组分:包括以下重量份的组分:聚丙烯30~49,聚烯烃弹性体21~26、颜料10~50,分散剂6~12,增韧剂5~10,线性低密度聚乙烯30~50。分散剂为低分子聚乙烯蜡和微粉蜡混合物,增韧剂为美国杜邦的EMA1820AC溶胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓶盖专用色母的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)、先将颜料、分散剂计量混合20分钟,再加增韧剂、载体计量低混3分钟;
(2)、生产时选用长径比Φ40:1的螺杆生产,机头加2层250目筛网,螺杆转数180rpm,机台温度一区60℃、二区140℃、三区140℃、四区135℃、五区130℃、六区130℃、七区130℃、八区140℃、机头150℃条件下用双螺杆挤出机造粒,并搅拌混匀;
