The Chinese medicine refers to a medicine for preventing, diagnosing, treating or regulating human body functions under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and comprises traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine. Among them, the kinds of Chinese herbs are various, so that as many as 365 Chinese herbs are recorded in the earliest Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, and most of them are used today. At present, according to the research and statistics of scholars at home and abroad, about 500 Chinese medicines are commonly used clinically, wherein about 250 Chinese medicines are most commonly used.
Taking the treatment of diseases as an example, different diseases correspond to different treatment prescriptions, the different treatment prescriptions contain a plurality of different traditional Chinese medicines, and the requirement of the weight ratio of each traditional Chinese medicine is very high. In a pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine, doctors generally fill medicines according to prescriptions of patients, and the steps of the method generally comprise: looking at the prescription, searching medicinal materials, grabbing medicinal materials, weighing and packaging. In a large-scale traditional Chinese medicine hospital, doctors in charge of taking medicines have great working strength and heavy working pressure, are hard to imagine by people, and are difficult to avoid mistakes and errors, thereby bringing adverse effects on the treatment of patients.

first, middle working position: when the driving rod 25 is in the middle working position, the driving rod 25 does not act on the valve 24 or the medicine outlet door 10, so that the valve 24 and the medicine outlet door 10 are both kept in a closed state;
II, an upper working position: when the driving rod 25 is at the upper position, the driving rod 25 acts on the valve 24 to force the valve 24 to be opened downwards, so that the traditional Chinese medicine in the medicine feeding mechanism falls into the weighing mechanism, the valve 24 is in an open state, and the medicine outlet door 10 is kept in a closed state;
thirdly, the lower working position: when the driving rod 25 is at the lower position, the driving rod 25 acts on the medicine outlet door 10 to force the medicine outlet door 10 to open downwards, so that the traditional Chinese medicine in the bearing device 9 falls out of the bearing device 9, and the valve 24 is kept in a closed state and the medicine outlet door 10 is in an open state.
The embodiment of the linkage control mechanism for a button-type weighing cell is not specifically illustrated in the drawings herein, since the skilled person will have many ways of performing its function with reference to the above design principles. Also, the above description of the embodiment of the single-point load cell is not limited thereto, and the implementation manner thereof is various.
As shown in FIG. 2, the translation track of the medicine receiving container 2 is a rectangular closed loop design formed by four straight lines connected end to end. The translation driving device is a transmission assembly line 26, the medicine receiving container 2 is positioned on the transmission assembly line 26 and is driven by the transmission assembly line 26 to displace on the transmission assembly line 26, and the transmission assembly line 26 is in chain transmission (or belt transmission and the like, without limitation).
The translation driving device may also be a power motor (not shown) mounted on each medicine receiving container 2, and the power motor drives the medicine receiving container 2 to displace along a predetermined track.
The working principle of the drug receiving container 2 is now explained as follows: when a certain traditional Chinese medicine is to be received, before the medicine discharging device 4 discharges the medicine, the medicine receiving container 2 reaches the position below the medicine collecting channel group 12 in the medicine discharging unit 3 where the medicine discharging device 4 is located in advance, then the medicine discharging mechanism in the medicine discharging device 4 starts to discharge the medicine, and after the weighing mechanism receives enough traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine in the bearing device 9 falls out to the medicine receiving container 2, so that the receiving of the traditional Chinese medicine is completed. If other traditional Chinese medicines need to be taken out of the medicine discharging unit 3, the equipment can set each medicine discharging device 4 to discharge medicines at the same time, and even if the medicine discharging time is asynchronous, the medicine receiving container 2 can continue to wait until all the required traditional Chinese medicines are taken out and leave, and then the equipment goes to the setting position of the medicine discharging unit 3 corresponding to other traditional Chinese medicines.
The medicine dispensing units 3 may be provided as a single set (not shown), and the medicine dispensing devices 4 in the medicine dispensing units 3 are arranged in sequence along the translation track of the medicine receiving container 2. At this time, when the medicine receiving container 2 is to receive a certain traditional Chinese medicine, before the medicine discharging device 4 discharges the medicine, the medicine receiving container 2 reaches the position below the medicine discharging device 4 in advance, then the medicine discharging mechanism in the medicine discharging device 4 starts to discharge the medicine, after the weighing mechanism receives a sufficient amount of the traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine in the bearing device 9 falls out to the medicine receiving container 2, the receiving of the traditional Chinese medicine is completed, and then the medicine receiving container 2 leaves and goes to the position of the medicine discharging device 4 corresponding to the next traditional Chinese medicine. This implementation is less efficient and occupies a larger area, so it is not preferred.
The medicine receiving container 2 can also be pre-provided with a medicine receiving box (or a medicine bag and other medicine receiving containers) so as to package the medicines into finished products to be delivered to customers after the prescription configuration is finished.
The invention relates to automatic quantitative sorting equipment for bulk traditional Chinese medicines, which comprises a rack, an automatic medicine discharging system and a medicine receiving container, wherein the automatic medicine discharging system is composed of at least one group of medicine discharging units, each medicine discharging unit comprises at least one group of medicine discharging devices, and each medicine discharging device comprises a medicine storage container, a medicine feeding mechanism and a weighing mechanism which are arranged from top to bottom. The medicine feeding mechanism is used for transferring the traditional Chinese medicines in the medicine storage container to the weighing mechanism, the weighing mechanism is used for weighing the traditional Chinese medicines falling out of the medicine feeding mechanism and is electrically connected with the medicine feeding mechanism so as to control the medicine feeding mechanism to fall out a certain amount of traditional Chinese medicines meeting the requirement, the certain amount of traditional Chinese medicines are poured onto the medicine receiving container, and the medicine receiving container is used for taking away all the traditional Chinese medicines listed in the prescription to complete the full-automatic prescription configuration. Compared with the prior art, the automatic quantitative sorting machine realizes automatic quantitative sorting of bulk traditional Chinese medicines, solves the problems of low efficiency and high working strength of traditional manual dispensing, and has the advantages of high sorting speed, high reliability and small occupied area.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
