The automatic quantitative sorting equipment is used for replacing the traditional process of manually preparing medicines according to a prescription, and comprises a plurality of automatic medicine discharging devices, and each automatic medicine discharging device only corresponds to the medicine discharging of one traditional Chinese medicine. The bulk traditional Chinese medicine comprises processed or unprocessed granular traditional Chinese medicine or powdery traditional Chinese medicine.
Background
Traditional Chinese medicine, as the core of traditional medicine in China, has been in use for thousands of years, is a unique precious wealth in China, and the influence range of the traditional Chinese medicine covers the world nowadays.
The Chinese medicine refers to a medicine for preventing, diagnosing, treating or regulating human body functions under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and comprises traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine. Among them, the kinds of Chinese herbs are various, so that as many as 365 Chinese herbs are recorded in the earliest Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, and most of them are used today. At present, according to the research and statistics of scholars at home and abroad, about 500 Chinese medicines are commonly used clinically, wherein about 250 Chinese medicines are most commonly used.
Taking the treatment of diseases as an example, different diseases correspond to different treatment prescriptions, the different treatment prescriptions contain a plurality of different traditional Chinese medicines, and the requirement of the weight ratio of each traditional Chinese medicine is very high. In a pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine, doctors generally fill medicines according to prescriptions of patients, and the steps of the method generally comprise: looking at the prescription, searching medicinal materials, grabbing medicinal materials, weighing and packaging. In a large-scale traditional Chinese medicine hospital, doctors in charge of taking medicines have great working strength and heavy working pressure, are hard to imagine by people, and are difficult to avoid mistakes and errors, thereby bringing adverse effects on the treatment of patients.
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, how to develop an automatic quantitative sorting apparatus for bulk chinese medicines becomes an urgent issue to be solved, and the present invention is mainly directed to an automatic medicine dispensing device of the sorting apparatus.
