the method comprises the following steps: the pharmacist presses a main switch button F2 on the electric cabinet 7 to start the automatic dispensing cabinet for the commonly used bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces;
step two: according to the traditional Chinese medicines (N medicines and M medicines are assumed, wherein K medicines are stored in a common bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing cabinet), a pharmacist selects a first traditional Chinese medicine on a main interface of a touch screen F1, clicks to enter a dispensing interface of the traditional Chinese medicine, inputs the gram number and the dose number of the traditional Chinese medicine in the prescription in an input frame of a target dose and a target dose number on the interface, and clicks a dispensing starting button, so that a weighing medicine box 4 corresponding to the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces starts to deliver and weigh the medicines; finally, clicking a 'return' button to return to the main interface to finish the operation input of the traditional Chinese medicine;
step three: repeating the second step K times until the pharmacist inputs all K traditional Chinese medicines stored in the common bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing cabinet in the prescription; thus completing the operation of inputting and dispensing K traditional Chinese medicines.
The automatic dispensing process of the medicine storage weighing box 4 includes the following steps (assuming that Y grams need to be weighed):
1) the weighing medicine box 4 receives a command sent by a touch screen F1 for 'starting dispensing', the baffle motor D6 drives the turning plate D7 to rotate, and the weighing hopper D5 is closed; the vibrator starts high-voltage rapid vibration feeding through a vibration controller A12, and the traditional Chinese medicine is fed into a weighing funnel D5; meanwhile, the stirring motor B1 drives the stirring rod B4 to stir the traditional Chinese medicine stored in the medicine storage hopper A11, and the traditional Chinese medicine in the medicine storage hopper A11 falls into the vibrating body through the medicine falling port E1 under the action of gravity and stirring, so that a certain amount of traditional Chinese medicine is fixedly stored in the vibrating body;
2) the weighing sensor D1 detects the gram number of the traditional Chinese medicine in the weighing funnel D5 in real time; when the gram number of the traditional Chinese medicine reaches X (the X is close to Y but less than Y), the vibrating body is converted into low voltage by the vibration controller A12 to vibrate and feed at a low speed, and when the gram number of the traditional Chinese medicine reaches Y, the vibrating body stops vibrating; when the weighing is completed, the indicator lamp A8 on the front wall A3 of the medicine box is turned on.
3) According to the prompt of an indicator lamp A8 that a discharge switch A9 on the front wall A3 of the medicine box is pressed, a baffle motor D6 drives a turning plate D7 to rotate, a weighing funnel D5 is opened, at the moment, a vibration motor D3 in a sensor bracket D4 vibrates in a rotating mode, and traditional Chinese medicines enter a receiving hopper 3 through a medicine falling pipeline A10;
4) after the medicine is dropped, the vibration motor D3 stops vibrating, the baffle motor D6 drives the turning plate D7 to rotate, and the weighing hopper D5 is closed; and finishing the operation of weighing the medicine once.
The automatic dispensing cabinet for the common bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is arranged in a traditional Chinese medicine room, and the process of taking the medicine by a pharmacist comprises the following steps:
a) after the pharmacist grabs the first dose of the remaining N-K traditional Chinese medicines, the pharmacist is placed on the dispensing table 1;
b) the pharmacist moves the medicine receiving hopper 3, sequentially moves the medicine receiving hopper in front of the weighing medicine boxes 4 with the indicator lamps A8 turned on, and presses the emptying switch A9, so that the traditional Chinese medicines fall into the medicine receiving hopper 3;
c) repeating the process b for K times, and putting the K traditional Chinese medicines into the medicine receiving hopper 3;
d) the pharmacist packs the K medicines in the medicine receiving hopper 3 and the N-K medicines on the dispensing table 1 together; so far, the grabbing of one dose of the medicine on the prescription is completed;
e) repeating the steps a, b, c and d until all M traditional Chinese medicines in the prescription are completely taken; thus, the grabbing of a batch of traditional Chinese medicine on the prescription is completed.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (7)
1. The automatic dispensing cabinet for the common bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is characterized in that: comprises a medicine storage weighing system, a control operation system, a dispensing table and a supporting frame; a support frame A (2) and a support frame B (5) are fixed at the bottom of the medicine storage weighing system; the bottom end of the operation control system is provided with a support frame C (6);
the medicine storage weighing system comprises a plurality of weighing medicine boxes (4) which are sequentially discharged, wherein each weighing medicine box (4) comprises a vibration reduction rubber pad (A1), a medicine box body, a medicine storage hopper (A11), a vibration feeding device, a weighing device and a stirring device;
the medicine box body comprises a medicine box side wall (A2), a medicine box front wall (A3), an upper cover plate (A5), a sliding groove plate (A6) and a sliding cover (A7); the upper cover plate (A5) is fixed at the top ends of the side wall (A2) and the front wall (A3) of the medicine box; the front wall (A3) is provided with a window (A4); a connecting piece (A15) is fixed below the upper cover plate (A5); a medicine falling pipeline (A10) is fixed on the bottom plate of the medicine box body;
the vibration feeding device comprises a vibration body and a vibration controller (A12); the vibration controller (A12) is fixed on the side wall (A2) of the medicine box and is electrically connected with the vibration body; the vibrating body is one of disc type vibration and linear type vibration; wherein the disk type vibration comprises an equant disk (C1) and a vibration base (C2), and the equant disk (C1) is fixed on the vibration base (C2); the linear vibration comprises an armature (G1), a vibration coil (G2), a linear bin (G3), a vibration coil seat (G4), a plate spring (G5), a base (G6), a vibration spring (G7) and a linear vibration device bracket (G8); the vibration coil (G2) is fixed on a vibration coil seat (G4), the vibration coil seat (G4) is fixed on a base (G6), and the plate springs (G5) are positioned at the front side and the rear side of the vibration coil (G2) and fixed on the base (G6); the armature (G1) is fixed below the linear bin (G3), and the linear bin (G3) is fixedly connected with the plate spring (G5) and is positioned above the base (G6); a vibration spring (G7) is fixed between the base (G6) and the vibrator bracket (G8) to ensure the linear bin (G3) to vibrate and feed smoothly;
the weighing device comprises a weighing sensor (D1), a gasket (D2), a vibration motor (D3), a sensor bracket (D4), a weighing funnel (D5), a baffle motor (D6), a turning plate (D7), a weighing transmitter (A13) and a forward and reverse switch (A14); the weighing hopper (D5) is positioned at a medicine outlet of the vibrating body, the weighing hopper (D5) is fixed on a weighing sensor (D1), the weighing sensor (D1) is fixed on a sensor bracket (D4), the sensor bracket (D4) is fixed on a bottom plate of the medicine box body, and an output shaft of a baffle motor (D6) is fixedly connected with a turning plate (D7) to drive the turning plate (D7) to rotate; a weighing transmitter (A13) and a forward and reverse rotation switch (A14) are fixed on the side wall (A2) of the medicine box, the weighing transmitter (A13) is electrically connected with a weighing sensor (D1), and the forward and reverse rotation switch (A14) is electrically connected with a baffle motor (D6);
the control operation system mainly comprises an electric cabinet (7), a touch screen (F1), a main switch button (F2), a reset button (F3) and an emergency stop button (F4); the touch screen (F1), the main switch button (F2), the reset button (F3) and the emergency stop button (F4) are all fixed on the electric cabinet (7); the vibration controller (A12), the weighing transmitter (A13), the forward and reverse switch (A14), the stirring motor (B1) and the vibration motor (D3) are electrically connected with the electric cabinet (7).

The automatic dispensing cabinet for bulk herbal pieces prepared for decoction in general as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the vibration-damping rubber gasket (A1) is fixed at the bottom of the medicine box body, and the medicine storage hopper (A11) is fixed between the side walls (A2) of the medicine box; round holes with different heights are formed in the side wall (A2) of the medicine box.
3. The automatic dispensing cabinet for bulk herbal pieces prepared for decoction in general as claimed in claim 1, wherein: an indicator light (A8) and an emptying switch (A9) are fixed on the front wall (A3) of the medicine box.

The automatic dispensing cabinet for bulk herbal pieces prepared for decoction in general as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the chute plate (A6) is fixed on the upper cover plate (A5); the sliding cover (A7) is positioned in the sliding groove plate (A6) and is connected with the sliding groove plate in a sliding way.
5. The automatic dispensing cabinet for bulk herbal pieces prepared for decoction in general as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a gasket (D2) is fixed between the weighing sensor (D1) and the sensor bracket (D4); and a vibration motor (D3) is fixed in the sensor bracket (D4).

The automatic dispensing cabinet for bulk herbal pieces prepared for decoction in general as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the stirring device comprises a stirring motor (B1), a motor bracket (B2), a connector (B3) and a stirring rod (B4); the motor support (B2) is fixed on the connecting sheet (A15), and the stirring motor (B1) is fixed on the motor support (B2); the output shaft of the stirring motor (B1) is fixedly connected with the stirring rod (B4) through a connector (B3).
7. The automatic dispensing cabinet for bulk herbal pieces prepared for decoction in general as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the baffle motor (D6), the vibration motor (D3) and the stirring motor (B1) are all direct current motors.
