It should be noted that, through the position arrangement of the first sensor 433, the outer support member 432 starts the return stroke after the opening/closing door a431 is opened to discharge, the opening/closing door a431 is elastically restored to be closed by the spring 434, and the outer support member 432 continues the return stroke movement until the outer support member is separated from the opening/closing door a431, at this time, the weighing hopper 41 and the opening/closing door a431 are integrally supported only by the gravity sensor 42, and the gravity sensor 42 accurately weighs the substances in the hopper without interference.
As shown in fig. 14 to 16, further, the outer support member 432 includes: a bracket 4320, a first motor 4321, a first crank rod 4322, a first connecting rod 4323 and a sector gear 4324; the support 4320 is fixedly connected to the gravity sensor 42, the first motor 4321 is disposed on the support 4320, the sector gear 4324 is hinged to the support 4320 in two sets, the two sets of sector gears 4324 are in meshing transmission, the first crank lever 4322 and the first connecting rod 4323 transmit power of the first motor 4321 to the sector gear 4324 to enable the sector gear 4324 to swing, the sector gear 4324 of each set is coaxially disposed with a rotation center of the corresponding opening/closing door a431, and the sector gear 4324 is provided with a shifting block 4325 for shifting the opening/closing door a 431.
Further, the sector gear 4324 is provided with an excessive stroke, the first sensor 433 controls the first motor 4321 to stop when detecting the first link 4323, and the shifting block 4325 is disengaged from the opening and closing door a 431.

a second-level caching dispensing device comprises a plurality of bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing unit machines, and further comprises: a buffer unit 5 and a dispensing container 6; the buffer component 5 is arranged below a plurality of bulk Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing units, the buffer component 5 comprises a hopper 51 for receiving and gathering materials from different bulk Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing units, the dispensing container 6 is arranged below the buffer component 5 for receiving the materials after being buffered and mixed in the buffer component 5, and the dispensing container 6 transfers the materials to a decocting station for decocting.
It should be noted that the dispensing container 6 is used for transporting proportioned materials to a decocting station for decocting, and the buffer component 5 is used for buffering the materials output from each dispensing unit, so that the dispensing container 6 can operate independently, and time is consumed without waiting for blanking below a plurality of dispensing units.
As shown in fig. 19 and 20, further, the cache component 5 further includes: door opening control member B52, opening/closing door B53, and dust cover 54; the door opening controller B52 is disposed at the outlet of the hopper 51, the door opening controller B52 drives the opening/closing door B53 to open and close to control the falling of the material, and the dust cover 54 surrounds the opening/closing door B53 to prevent the escape of the dust generated by the falling of the material.
It should be noted that, the door opening control member B52 is controlled by an electrical signal, when the dispensing container 6 moves to a position below the buffer component 5, the door opening control member B52 starts to control the opening and closing door B53 to open and blank, and the dust collecting mechanism can be connected to the outer side of the dust cover 54 to remove dust, so that the dust collecting effect is better.
As shown in fig. 21, further, the door opening control member B52 includes: a second motor 521, a crank rod 522, a second connecting rod 523, a long connecting rod 524 and a second sensor 525; two ends of the second connecting rod 523 are respectively connected with the crank rod 522 and the opening and closing door b53, the second motor 521 rotates and drives the opening and closing door b53 to swing through the crank rod 522 and the second connecting rod 523, the two opening and closing doors b53 are symmetrically arranged, and the two opening and closing doors b53 are connected through the long connecting rod 524 to realize mutual approaching or departing; the second sensor 525 detects a position signal of the crank lever 522 and controls the start and stop of the second motor 521 through an electric element.
Further, the opening and closing door b53 is connected with the dust cover 54 by the elastic piece 55 in a pulling way.
Further, the elastic piece 55 and the second connecting rod 523 are respectively located at two sides of the rotation center of the opening and closing door b53, the second connecting rod 523 drives the opening and closing door b53 to open through a pulling force, and the elastic piece 55 drives the opening and closing door b53 to close through a pulling force.

As shown in fig. 22, in which the same or corresponding components as those of the second embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those of the second embodiment, only the differences from the second embodiment will be described below for the sake of convenience: the third embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that:
a second-level cache dispatching method comprises the following steps:
A) dispensing configuration, wherein each dispensing unit of bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces receives a prescription signal, the dispensing unit matched with the signal starts the discharging part 3 to output materials, and the weighing part 4 is used for weighing and metering the materials;
B) in the second-level cache, after the weighing component 4 weighs the weight of the material to be consistent with the data required by the prescription, the door opening control piece A43 is opened, and the material falls into the hopper 51 of the cache component 5;
C) preparing a dispensing container, wherein the dispensing container 6 is conveyed to the bottom of the hopper 51 in the process of buffering materials;
D) when the dispensing container 6 is located under the hopper 51, the door opening control member B52 is actuated to make the material in the hopper 51 fall into the dispensing container 6.
Further, in the step B), one hopper 51 corresponds to a plurality of dispensing units, and the hopper 51 gathers the materials output by the dispensing units together.
Further, in step C), the time of the buffering process is less than or equal to the time of the dispensing container 6 transferred to the bottom of the hopper 51.
Working process
The bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing units are respectively used for storing different types of traditional Chinese medicine materials, after a dispensing signal of a prescription is obtained, the discharging part 3 in the bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing unit corresponding to the prescription is started to discharge, the weighing part 4 is used for weighing and metering the materials in the discharging process, when the weight meets the requirement in the prescription, the discharging part 3 stops discharging, the door opening control part A43 is opened to output the materials, the buffer memory parts 5 corresponding to the plurality of dispensing units temporarily store and gather the materials output by the dispensing unit dispensing, when the dispensing container 6 reaches the lower part of the buffer memory parts 5, the door opening control part B52 is opened, all the materials temporarily stored in the hopper 51 fall into the dispensing container 6, and the dispensing container 6 is used for subsequent medicine decocting and then used in turn.

Claims (12)

1. A dispensing unit machine for bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is characterized by comprising:
a charging barrel (1);
a medicine dispensing member (2); and
a discharge member (3);
the discharging component (3) is arranged at the bottom of the charging barrel (1),
the medicine dispensing component (2) processes the materials in the charging barrel (1) and then the discharging component (3) controls the materials to be output.
2. The unit machine for dispensing bulk herbal pieces of chinese traditional medicine according to claim 1, wherein the drop tube (1) is straight through vertically, the drop tube (1) being used for the unimpeded drop of the material stored therein.
3. The unit machine for dispensing bulk herbal pieces of chinese traditional medicine according to claim 2, wherein the dropping barrel (1) is set in a trumpet shape with a small top and a big bottom.
4. The machine of claim 1, wherein the dispensing unit (2) comprises:
a material-bridging prevention roller (21); and
a medicine dispensing roller (22);
the anti-bridging roller (21) is erected at the lower part of the charging barrel (1) and rotates relative to the charging barrel (1),
the material-bridging-preventing roller (21) is elastically connected with a plurality of deflector rods (211) to stir or hit materials to prevent the materials from bridging below the material-falling barrel (1),
the medicine dispensing roller (22) is arranged below the material bridging prevention roller (21) and is used for shifting materials one by one.
5. A dispensing unit machine for bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is characterized by comprising:
a charging barrel (1);
a medicine dispensing member (2); and
a discharge member (3);
the charging barrel (1), the medicine dispensing part (2) and the discharging part (3) form a vertical through-shaped material passing channel which guides and vertically discharges materials,
the medicine dispensing part (2) comprises a medicine dispensing roller (22) for performing medicine dispensing preparation treatment on the materials.
6. The unit machine for dispensing bulk herbal pieces prepared for decoction, according to claim 5, wherein said dispensing roller (22) is provided with a plurality of rows of gear teeth (221), adjacent gear teeth (221) are arranged in a staggered manner, said discharging member (3) is provided as an elastic plate, and said elastic plate is pushed by said gear teeth (221) to vibrate for discharging the floral leaf materials.
7. The bulk herbal decoction piece dispensing unit machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the dispensing roller (22) is provided with a spiral blade (222), the dispensing roller (22) is arranged obliquely upwards, the dispensing roller (22) rotationally drives the spiral blade (222) to rotate for lifting the materials, the discharging part (3) is a straight cylinder and is arranged at the tail end of the spiral blade (222), and the spiral blade (222) is used for outputting the small granular materials.
8. A dispensing unit machine for bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is characterized by comprising:
a charging barrel (1);
a medicine dispensing member (2); and
a discharge member (3);
the medicine dispensing part (2) comprises a medicine dispensing roller (22) for preparing medicine dispensing for the materials;
the medicine dispensing roller (22) is arranged as a crushing roller, the crushing roller is used for crushing falling materials in the material falling barrel (1) and treating stem-shaped or block-shaped materials, the discharging part (3) is arranged as a pushing frame driven by a single side, and the pushing frame is of a spiral spring structure.
9. A second-level caching dispensing device comprises a plurality of bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing unit machines arranged in an array, and is characterized by also comprising a caching component (5);
the buffer memory part (5) is arranged below the bulk Chinese medicinal decoction piece dispensing units, the buffer memory part (5) comprises a hopper (51) for receiving materials from different bulk Chinese medicinal decoction piece dispensing units and gathering the materials together,
the dispensing container (6) is used for receiving the materials after being cached and mixed in the caching component (5) through the lower part of the caching component (5), and the dispensing container (6) transfers the materials to a decocting station for decocting.
10. The second-level cache dispensing device according to claim 9, wherein said cache unit (5) further comprises:
a door opening control member B (52);
an opening/closing door b (53); and
a dust cover (54);
the door opening control piece B (52) is arranged at an outlet of the hopper (51), the door opening control piece B (52) drives the door opening and closing B (53) to perform opening and closing work to control the falling of the materials,
the dust cover (54) encloses the opening and closing door b (53) for preventing the escape of the dust generated by the falling of the material.
11. A method of two-level cache reconciliation as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 13 comprising the steps of:
A) dispensing configuration, wherein each dispensing unit of bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces receives a prescription signal, the dispensing unit matched with the signal starts the discharging part (3) to output materials, and the weighing part (4) weighs and meters the materials;
B) a second-level cache, wherein after the weighing part (4) weighs the weight of the material to be consistent with the data required by the formula, the door opening control part A (43) is opened, and the material falls into a hopper (51) of the cache part (5);
C) preparing a medicine barrel, wherein in the process of buffering materials, a dispensing container (6) is conveyed to the bottom of a hopper (51);
D) discharging, and when the container (6) to be regulated is positioned right below the hopper (51), starting the door opening control element B (52) to enable all the materials in the hopper (51) to fall into the regulating container (6).
12. The method of claim 14, wherein the second-level cache is a cache level cache,
