本发明的名称为聚乙烯生产线机头模具。属于聚乙烯成型模具技术领域。它主要是解决现有机头模具使生产的管材存在表面粗糙、内外壁没有光泽、且不光滑的问题。它的主要特征是:包括模具钢材质的口模和芯模;在所述口模的外端面固定有聚四氟乙烯外环;在所述芯模的外端面固定有聚四氟乙烯内环;该聚四氟乙烯外环与聚四氟乙烯内环厚度相同,处于同一平面内。本发明具有可使所生产的管材表面光滑、内外壁有光泽、以及节约成本的特点,主要用于聚乙烯管材生产线上机筒外的机头模具。

技术领域
本发明属于聚乙烯成型模具技术领域,具体涉及一种聚乙烯管材生产线上机筒外的机头模具。
背景技术
目前,用于生产高密度聚乙烯(PE)管材的聚乙烯管材生产线上机筒外的机头模具一般采用的是模具钢,而模具钢的特点是表面粗糙度大、摩擦系数高,使生产的管材表面粗糙、内外壁没有光泽,且不光滑。在聚乙烯原料中加入光亮剂之类的辅料,虽能使生产的管材表面光滑、内外壁有光泽,但却增加了成本,又可能影响管材的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述不足之处而提供一种可使所生产的管材表面光滑、内外壁有光泽的聚乙烯生产线机头模具。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种聚乙烯生产线机头模具,包括模具钢材质的口模和芯模,其特征在于:在所述口模的外端面固定有聚四氟乙烯外环;在所述芯模的外端面固定有聚四氟乙烯内环;该聚四氟乙烯外环与聚四氟乙烯内环厚度相同,处于同一平面内。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的聚四氟乙烯外环、聚四氟乙烯内环分别通过螺丝与口模、芯模定位连接。
本发明由于在现有由模具钢材质的口模和芯模构成的机头模具基础上,分别在口模、芯模的外端面固定有聚四氟乙烯外环、聚四氟乙烯内环,且聚四氟乙烯外环与聚四氟乙烯内环厚度相同,处于同一平面内,因而在生产高密度聚乙烯(PE)管材时,能够充分利用聚四氟乙烯耐高温、高润滑、摩擦系数小和不粘附任何物质的特点,使聚乙烯挤出物通过口模和芯模成型后再与聚四氟乙烯内、外环表面摩擦,从而增加管材表面的光洁度,使管材表面光滑、内外壁有光泽。本发明具有可使所生产的管材表面光滑、内外壁有光泽、以及节约成本的特点。本发明主要用于聚乙烯管材生产线上机筒外的机头模具。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示。本发明聚乙烯生产线机头模具包括口模1、芯模2、聚四氟乙烯外环3和聚四氟乙烯内环4。其中,口模1和芯模2为模具钢材质,构成现有的机头模具。聚四氟乙烯外环3通过螺丝与口模1的外端面定位连接,聚四氟乙烯内环4通过螺丝与芯模2的外端面定位连接。聚四氟乙烯外环3与聚四氟乙烯内环4厚度相同,处于同一平面内,且同圆心。聚四氟乙烯外环3与聚四氟乙烯内环4的厚度可根据管材直径的大小确定。聚四氟乙烯外环3内壁、外壁要求光洁。
本发明充分利用了聚四氟乙烯耐高温、高润滑、摩擦系数小和不粘附任何物质的特点,通过与管材表面的摩擦,起到增加管材内外表面光亮效果,而不影响产品的任何性能。

1.一种聚乙烯生产线机头模具,包括模具钢材质的口模(1)和芯模(2),其特征在于:在所述口模(1)的外端面固定有聚四氟乙烯外环(3);在所述芯模(2)的外端面固定有聚四氟乙烯内环(4);该聚四氟乙烯外环(3)与聚四氟乙烯内环(4)厚度相同,处于同一平面内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯生产线机头模具,其特征在于:所述的聚四氟乙烯外环(3)、聚四氟乙烯内环(4)分别通过螺丝与口模(1)、芯模(2)定位连接。
