 本实用新型涉及一种挤出设备，尤其涉及一种管材的挤出成型装置。
背景技术
挤出成型在塑料加工中又称为挤塑，是指物料通过挤出机料筒和螺杆间的作用，边受热塑化，边被螺杆向前推送，连续通过机头而制成各种截面制品或半制品的一种加工方法。
挤出模具是挤出设备的核心装置之一，直接关系到产品的质量及生产效率。
目前使用的挤出模具由于工艺水平的限制，表面较为粗糙，导致挤出的管材产品表面凹凸不平，影响了产品的性能以及后续工序的进行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够生产出更好表观的管材挤出成型装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的一种挤出成型装置包括外模以及设于所述外模内的内模，外模与内模间形成模腔，其特征在于，所述模腔壁设有耐磨润滑层。
优选地，所述耐磨润滑层为陶瓷耐磨润滑层。
优选地，所述耐磨润滑层为高分子复合耐磨润滑层。
优选地，所述外模自由端口内壁设有一凹孔，将一垫圈设于凹孔内，并在该自由端口外套装一固定套。
综上所述，本实用新型一种挤出成型装置在模腔壁上设有设有耐磨润滑层，解决了挤出管材内外表面凹凸不平的问题，为后续工序提供了方便，同时也改善了产品的使用性能。

一种挤出成型装置，包括一外模20以及设于所述外模20内的内模10，外模20与内模10间构成模腔12，模腔壁12设有耐磨润滑层11，该耐磨润滑材料11为陶瓷耐磨润滑层，或者为具有润滑效果的高分子复合耐磨润滑层，如环氧基氧化石墨耐磨润滑层。挤出时管料在耐磨润滑层11的润滑作用下，可使管材内外表面变得光滑。
请参阅图2，其所示为本实用新型一种挤出成型装置的第二实施例。
本实施例与第一实施例类似，其区别在于所述外模20自由端口内壁设有一凹孔22，将垫圈21设于凹孔22内，并在该自由端口外套装一固定套30用于固定垫圈21。
综上所述，本实用新型一种挤出成型模具在模腔壁上设有耐磨润滑层，解决了挤出管材内外表面凹凸不平的问题，为后续工序提供了方便，同时也改善了产品的使用性能。
本实用新型并不局限于上述具体实施方式，凡采用等同替换或等效变形形成的技术方案，均落在本实用新型所要求保护的范围之内。

1.一种用于塑料加工的挤出成型装置，包括外模以及设于所述外模内的内模，外模与内模间形成模腔，其特征在于，所述模腔壁设有耐磨润滑层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种挤出成型装置，其特征在于：所述耐磨润滑层为陶瓷耐磨润滑层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种挤出成型装置，其特征在于：所述耐磨润滑层为高分子复合耐磨润滑层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种挤出成型装置，其特征还包括：所述外模自由端口内壁设有一凹孔，将一垫圈设于凹孔内，并在该自由端口外套装一固定套。
