Abstract

本发明涉及塑料管材加工模具,是一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出口模,它具有口模本体,其特征是:在口模本体的出口端加装有一个聚四氟乙烯塑料环,塑料环的内外径与口模本体出口端的内外径一致;本发明有效解决了现有金属模生产塑料管材,外表面光洁度低、制品收缩率尺寸变化较大的问题,主要用于聚乙烯塑料管材生产加工。

一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出口模
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料管材加工模具,尤其是一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出口模。
背景技术
在现有技术中用于挤出聚乙烯管材的挤出模头全部使用金属材料制作,通常使用40cr材料,表面镀薄硬铬抛光处理,使用中发现如下缺点:
1、管材外壁比表面光洁度粗糙,即使将模具抛光处理达到很高的光洁度,但挤出的制品光洁度还是没有显著的提高。
2、制品收缩率尺寸变化较大,达到2.5% 左右。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决现有模具生产的管材表面光洁度低,制品收缩率尺寸变化较大的问题,提供一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出口模。
本发明的具体方案是:针对现有的塑料管材口模进行改进,它具有口模本体,其特征是:在口模本体的出口端加装有一个聚四氟乙烯塑料环,塑料环的内外径与口模本体出口端的内外径一致。
本发明中所述塑料环与口模本体采凸台与槽口嵌装定位连接。
本发明中所述塑料环的高度h≥20mm。
本发明中在塑料环的外端面装有压紧圈。
本发明由于在口模出口端加装聚四氟乙烯塑料环,用于生产聚乙烯管材,外壁表面光洁度有显著的提高,同时,产品的收缩率减小到1%左右,本发明不仅可用于生产PE管材,也可以用于生产PVC-U、PVC-M、PP-R等塑料管材。

具体实施方式:
参见图1,本发明具有口模本体1,特别是:在口模本体1的出口端加装有一个聚四氟乙烯塑料环4,塑料环4的内外径与口模本体1出口端的内外径一致。
本实施实例中所述塑料环4与口模本体1采用凸台2与槽口3嵌装定位连接。
本实施实例中塑料环4的高度h≥20mm,具体为35mm。
本实施实例中在塑料环4的外端面装有压紧圈5,并通过螺钉6锁紧。

1.一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出口模,具有口模本体,其特征是:在口模本体的出口端加装有一个聚四氟乙烯塑料环,塑料环的内外径与口模本体出口端的内外径一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出口模,其特征是:所述塑料环与口模本体采用凸台与槽口嵌装定位连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出口模,其特征是:塑料环的高度h≥20mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出口模,其特征是:在塑料环的外端面装有压紧圈。
