Abstract

本发明涉及塑料管材加工模具,是一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出芯模,它具有芯模本体,其特征是:在芯模本体的尾端加装有一个聚四氟乙烯塑料环,塑料环的外径与芯模本体尾端的外径一致;本发明有效解决了现有金属模生产塑料管材,内表面光洁度低、制品收缩率尺寸变化较大的问题,主要用于聚乙烯塑料管材生产加工。

一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出芯模
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料管材加工模具,尤其是一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出芯模。 
背景技术
在现有技术中用于挤出聚乙烯管材的挤出模头全部使用金属材料制作,通常使用40cr材料,表面镀薄硬铬抛光处理,使用中发现如下缺点: 
1、管材内壁表面光洁度粗糙,即使将模具抛光处理达到很高的光洁度,但挤出的制品光洁度还是没有显著的提高。
2、制品收缩率尺寸变化较大,达到2.5% 左右。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决现有模具生产的管材内表面光洁度低,制品收缩率尺寸变化较大的问题,提供一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出芯模。 
本发明的具体方案是:针对现有的塑料管材芯模进行改进,它具有芯模本体,其特征是:在芯模本体的尾端加装有一个聚四氟乙烯塑料环,塑料环的外径与芯模本体尾端的外径一致。 
本发明中所述塑料环的对接端制有台阶,其小直径段嵌装在芯模本体的管口内定位连接。。 
本发明中所述塑料环的高度h≥20mm。 
本发明中在塑料环的外端面装有压紧圈。 
本发明由于在芯模出口端加装聚四氟乙烯塑料环,用于生产聚乙烯管材,内壁表面光洁度有显著的提高,同时,产品的收缩率减小到1%左右,本发明不仅可用于生产PE管材,也可以用于生产PVC-U、PVC-M、PP-R等塑料管材。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明具有芯模本体1,特别是:在芯模本体1的尾端加装有一个聚四氟乙烯塑料环3,塑料环3的外径与芯模本体1尾端的外径一致。 
本实施实例中所述塑料环3的对接端制有台阶2,其小直径段嵌装在芯模本体的管口内定位连接。 
本实施实例中塑料环3的高度h≥20mm,具体为35mm。 
本实施实例中在塑料环3的外端面装有压紧圈5,并通过螺钉4锁紧。

1.一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出芯模,具有芯模本体,其特征是:在芯模本体的尾端加装有一个聚四氟乙烯塑料环,塑料环的外径与芯模本体尾端的外径一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出芯模,其特征是:所述塑料环的对接端制有台阶,其小直径段嵌装在芯模本体的管口内定位连接。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出芯模,其特征是:塑料环的高度h≥20mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高聚乙烯管材光洁度的挤出芯模,其特征是:在塑料环的外端面装有压紧圈。
