技术领域
本发明的实施方式涉及具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置。
背景技术
具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆被控制成在内燃机燃油效率较差的区域使用电动机行驶,在内燃机燃油效率较高的区域使用内燃机行驶。而且,在需要较大的驱动力的情况下,将内燃机和电动机双方作为驱动源加以利用来实现所需的驱动力。此外,还有进行如下控制的混合动力车辆:在即使利用内燃机和电动机双方也无法获得所要求的驱动力的情况下,通过将有级自动变速器的齿轮级从当前的齿轮级向低速齿轮级侧降档来增大齿轮比,从而实现要求驱动力。

发明内容
如上所述,在需要较大的驱动力时,即,驾驶员进一步踩踏油门踏板要进行加速的情况下,即使使用内燃机和电动机的驱动力也无法满足要求驱动力时,作为此时的一种应对处理,使有级自动变速器降档来实现驱动力的增大。然而,在这种情况下,为了进行降档而进行切断离合器、齿轮级的变更动作、重新连接离合器等一连串处理,之后内燃机的转速上升,产生驱动力。也就是说,相对于油门踏板的踩踏操作,驱动力的增加至少延迟与降档处理对应的时间。因此,驾驶员往往在驱动力增加之前进一步踩踏油门踏板。在这种情况下,由于降档后增加的驱动力还包含与进一步踩踏油门对应的分量,所以会超过驾驶员预想的驱动力,驾驶员有时会使油门踏板复位。其结果,有级自动变速器升档,最后还是恢复到原来的齿轮级。这样,有级自动变速器与要求驱动力对应地,违背驾驶员的意愿执行不必要的齿轮级变更,可能导致驾驶操纵性(drivability)降低或不必要的降档所造成的燃油效率降低等。因此,需要开发一种具有能够缓解驾驶操纵性降低或燃油效率降低的有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置。
实施方式涉及的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,例如包括:变速信息获取部,其获取在变速比不同的多个齿轮级中选择某一个齿轮级的有级自动变速器在当前行驶状态下所选的齿轮级信息;要求信息获取部,其获取要求信息,该要求信息表示对车辆要求的要求驱动力;实际驱动力获取部,其获取将在当前行驶状态下通过内燃机的驱动而实际产生的发动机实际驱动力和通过电动机的驱动而实际产生的电动机实际驱动力相加所得的实际驱动力;以及控制部,其根据上述要求驱动力选择并变更上述有级自动变速器的齿轮级,并且在与上述要求驱动力相比上述实际驱动力不足的情况下,执行延迟处理,延迟上述有级自动变速器当前所选的上述齿轮级向变速比增大的方向转换,即执行使降档延迟的处理,直到满足规定的条件为止。采用这种方式,即使在与要求驱动力相比实际驱动力不足的情况下,也不会立即使齿轮级向变速比增大的方向转换,而使处理延迟直至满足规定的条件为止,由此能够抑制降档的执行。在这种情况下,在当前的行驶状态的齿轮级下持续输出驱动力,所以能够抑制驾驶员进一步踩踏油门踏板或使油门踏板复位的动作。其结果,能够简化油门踏板的操作,抑制驾驶操纵性降低。此外,还能够抑制频繁的变速控制,从而能够抑制燃油效率降低。
此外,实施方式涉及的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置中,作为上述规定的条件,在上述要求驱动力增加的情况下自开始执行上述延迟处理起的延迟期间达到规定的延迟目标期间时,上述控制部结束上述延迟处理并使上述齿轮级向变速比增大的方向转换。延迟目标期间例如可以是规定值,也可以根据预定的规则进行变更。在达到延迟目标期间后要求驱动力还是增加、即驾驶员要求车辆进一步加速的情况下,进行降档。其结果,能够进行反映驾驶员要求的变速器控制,能够有助于驾驶操纵性的提高。

具体实施方式
下面,说明本发明的示例性实施方式。以下所示的实施方式的结构、以及由该结构带来的作用和结果(效果)仅是一个示例。本发明也能够通过以下实施方式所公开的结构以外的结构来实现,并且能够获得通过基本结构所获得的各种效果(也包含派生效果)。
图1是具有包括实施方式涉及的控制装置的控制单元100的混合动力车辆10的系统示意图。作为一个示例,混合动力车辆10具备有级自动变速器12(以下简称为变速器12或T/M12)。混合动力车辆10具有内燃机(例如发动机14(Eng))和电动机(例如电动发电机16(MG,Motor-Generator))作为旋转力(驱动力)的产生源。
变速器12、发动机14、电动发电机16由控制单元100统一控制。控制单元100例如为ECU(ElectricControlUnit,电子控制单元)。ECU例如具有MCU(MicroControllerUnit,微控制器单元)、电源电路、驱动器(控制器)、输入输出转换电路、输入输出保护电路等(均未图示)。ECU由安装在电路基板上的电子部件(未图示)构成。电路基板收纳在外壳(未图示)内。MCU具有CPU(CentralProcessingUnit,中央处理单元)、主存储装置(存储器)、接口(输入输出装置)、通信装置、总线等(均未图示)。主存储装置例如是ROM(ReadOnlyMemory,只读存储器)、RAM(RandomAccessMemory,随机访问存储器)等。在MCU中,CPU按照安装在主存储装置等中的程序执行运算处理,控制发动机14等各装置。
发动机14包括燃料喷射装置、点火装置、电控节流阀等。发动机14是使用汽油、柴油、乙醇、氢等燃料的内燃机,例如是进气道喷射式、缸内喷射式(直喷式)等发动机。控制单元100例如通过控制发动机14的节流阀的开度、燃料喷射阀的喷射量等,能够控制发动机14的发动机扭矩或转速(每单位时间的转数)等。发动机14的发动机输出轴(例如曲轴)经由未图示的离合器,能够切换成与变速器12输入轴一侧连接的状态或切断的状态,通过控制单元100的根据行驶状态的控制,能够将发动机14的发动机输出传递至变速器12一侧。另外,在发动机14安装有用于检测发动机14转速的传感器(曲轴转角传感器)14a,对控制单元100提供发动机14的驱动状态。将表示该驱动状态的信息用于发动机14的反馈控制。
电动发电机16接受经由逆变器18连接的电池20所提供的电力,能够对驱动发动机14所产生的驱动力进行补充。例如,在上坡路上行驶时等需要较大驱动力的情况下、或者在为了超车、并线等而需要加速时,利用通过电动机的驱动产生的驱动力,对通过发动机14的驱动产生的驱动力进行辅助。通过控制单元100的控制,根据需要将电动发电机16的输出轴与变速器12的输入轴一侧连接,将电动机输出传递至变速器12。此外,在发动机14停止时,电动发电机16通过转动发动机输出轴(例如曲轴)能够使发动机14起动。也就是说,电动发电机16能够具有起动机的功能。
此外,在混合动力车辆10制动时,电动发电机16能够利用从车轮22一侧经由差动装置24和变速器12传递来的旋转力而旋转,其作为发电机发挥功能,能够经由逆变器18对电池20进行充电(再生时充电)。此外,在变速器12为空档状态时,利用发动机14的发动机输出使电动发电机16的电动机输入轴(未图示)旋转,由此能够与上述同样经由逆变器18对电池20进行充电(停车时充电)。如果使用动力分配机构,则也能够利用发动机14的发动机输出的一部分进行上述的辅助行驶,利用其余的发动机输出对电池20进行充电(行驶时充电)。
另外,在电动发电机16安装有用于检测电动机转速的传感器(电动机输出轴传感器)16a,将电动发电机16的驱动状态提供给控制单元100。将表示该驱动状态的信息用于电动发电机16的反馈控制。
变速器12可以采用通过致动器实现变速的自动变速器,该致动器根据电信号进行动作。变速机构可以采用包括所谓爪形离合器的犬牙式变速器。作为另一实施方式,可以采用具有同步器的变速器。此外,作为其他实施方式,也可以采用包括行星齿轮机构的变速器。无论哪种情况下都按照后文中作为一个示例来说明的变速映射图(map)(图2)进行变速。变速器12例如是具有4个变速级的有级变速器,该4个变速级是从第一档齿轮至第四档齿轮的不同变速比为不连续地变化。在变速器12安装有用于获取当前所选的齿轮级的信息的传感器(例如位移传感器)12a。此外,在变速器12的输出轴26安装有用于检测车速的传感器(转速传感器)28。
发动机14、电动发电机16、变速器12、逆变器18、电池20等基于来自传感器12a、14a、16a、28和设置于油门踏板30的传感器(油门开度传感器)30a等的信息,通过控制单元100进行统一控制。传感器30a通过检测油门开度,能够获取表示驾驶员要求的要求驱动力的要求信息。例如在驾驶员通过踩踏油门踏板30要求驱动力的情况下,控制单元100基于要求驱动力和当前的车速决定发动机14和电动发电机16的输出,并且选择变速器12的齿轮级来决定混合动力车辆10的行驶状态。
图2是在变速器12选择齿轮级时参照的变速映射图的一个示例。例如能够在设计阶段决定变速映射图。另外,变速映射图中的数字表示齿轮级的转换方向。控制单元100基于从传感器30a提供的油门踏板30的油门开度和当前行驶状态(车速),对变速器12输出用于选择齿轮级的指令。在图2中,示出了变速器12有4个齿轮级的情况,实线所示的变速线表示“升档时的变速映射图”,虚线所示的变速线表示“降档时的变速映射图”。例如,在变速杆是“D档(前进档)”的情况下,与油门开度无关地总是从第一档起步,按第二档、第三档、第四档的顺序依次升档。另外,变速点(齿轮级的切换点)设定成随着油门开度增大而升高。
另一方面,随着混合动力车辆10的速度下降,从高档侧依序自动地降档,即使油门开度相同,升档和降档的变速点也不同。这是为了抑制在行驶期间在变速点付近频繁地进行变速从而齿轮级的选择变得不稳定的情况。
在具备根据如上所述的变速映射图选择齿轮级的有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆10的情况下,如果在行驶期间驾驶员为了加速而踩踏油门踏板30,则控制单元100以规定的分配比对发动机14和电动发电机16发出输出增大指令。电动发电机16的电动机输出根据电池20的充电量和电动机特性,能够跟随油门踏板30的踩踏操作而发生变化。也就是说,由“电动机输出(电动机扭矩)×此时的变速比/轮胎半径”决定的电动机实际驱动力、换言之即通过电动机的驱动而实际产生的电动机实际驱动力能够跟随油门踏板30的踩踏操作迅速地增加。而发动机14的发动机输出相对于油门踏板30的踩踏操作延迟地变化。通过发动机14的驱动而实际产生的发动机实际驱动力由“发动机输出(发动机扭矩)×此时的变速比/轮胎半径”决定,所以发动机14的发动机实际驱动力也相对于油门踏板30的踩踏操作延迟地变化。因此,在要使发动机实际驱动力增加的情况下,控制单元100首先进行变速器12的降档处理。降档处理需要在暂时切断从发动机14向变速器12传递扭矩的状态下进行。也就是说,降档处理进行如下的一连串动作:首先,将位于发动机14与变速器12之间的离合器切断,在该离合器切断期间变更齿轮级,之后重新连接离合器。然后,在降档处理结束之后,使发动机14的转数上升,根据降档后的齿轮级使发动机14的发动机实际驱动力增加。这样,在根据油门踏板30的踩踏进行降档处理时,驱动力的增大会延迟与降档处理对应的时间。而且,在降档处理期间,由于使离合器切断,所以从发动机14传递扭矩被暂时切断,发生所谓的“扭矩丢失”。因此,驾驶员容易感觉到加速感比预想的小、或者尽管要求加速却在减速,有可能进一步踩踏油门踏板30。
例如,在图2中,在当前的齿轮级为“第三级(3档)”的情况下,如果驾驶员踩踏油门踏板30,则如箭头A所示那样,车速几乎不变,仅油门开度增大。其结果,变速器12容易与车速无关地强制性地降档(所谓的强制降档(kickdown)),转换成“第二级(2档)”。然后,在降档结束后而发动机14的发动机输出比油门踏板30的踩踏延迟地上升,包含与进一步踩踏对应的分量地使发动机输出增大,导致急剧加速。于是,驾驶员感觉到比预想的加速感大很多从而减弱对油门踏板30的踩踏或者松开油门踏板30。其结果,如箭头B所示那样,车速仅是稍稍增加,油门开度却减小,超过升档时的变速线,再次转换成“第三级(3档)”。这样,虽然执行用于进行降档和升档的控制,但结果是恢复到控制前的齿轮级,因此有可能执行不自然的变速给驾驶员带来不适感、降低驾驶操纵性。此外,伴随降档,发动机14的转数升高,因此燃油效率会随之恶化。
因此,本实施方式的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆10的控制装置,为了抑制如上述那样的驾驶操纵性降低以及燃油效率恶化,在与要求驱动力相比当前的实际驱动力不足的情况下,执行延迟处理,延迟变速器12当前所选的齿轮级向变速比增大的方向转换(降档),直到满足规定的条件为止。
图3是表示控制单元100中执行延迟处理时所需要的结构的部分框图。控制单元100包括变速信息获取部32、要求信息获取部34、实际驱动力获取部36、控制部38、最大驱动力获取部40等作为执行延迟处理的结构。
变速信息获取部32获取齿轮级信息,其表示从变速比不同的多个齿轮级中选择某一个齿轮级的变速器12在当前的行驶状态下所选的齿轮级。变速信息获取部32从例如由位移传感器构成的传感器12a获取关于齿轮级的信息。
要求信息获取部34获取要求信息,其表示驾驶员向混合动力车辆10要求的要求驱动力。要求驱动力是在当前行驶状态的齿轮级下驾驶员通过操作油门踏板30所要求的驱动力,例如基于设置于油门踏板30的传感器30a得到的油门开度以及当前车速,通过参照预先通过试验等决定的驱动力映射图就能够得到该要求驱动力。另外,基于油门踏板30的踩踏量,能够获取所要求的驱动力的大小,基于油门踏板30的踩踏速度或释放速度,能够获取所要求的加速度或减速度。
实际驱动力获取部36获取将在当前行驶状态下通过发动机14的驱动而实际产生的发动机实际驱动力和通过电动发电机16的驱动而实际产生的电动机实际驱动力相加所得的实际驱动力。发动机实际驱动力能够基于传感器14a的检测值获取。图4是表示发动机14在某个齿轮级下的一般特性的图,示出了表示转速与输出扭矩(发动机输出)的关系的关系曲线ET、以及表示转速与输出的关系的关系曲线EP。也就是说,实际驱动力获取部36基于从传感器14a提供的发动机14的转速,通过映射能够获取发动机14当前输出的发动机输出(扭矩)。而且,基于获取的发动机输出、以及此时的变速比和轮胎半径,能够推定获取发动机实际驱动力。同样,实际驱动力获取部36基于传感器16a的检测值,能够获取在当前行驶状态下电动发电机16实际输出的电动机输出(电动机扭矩)。图5是表示电动发电机16的一般特性的图,示出了表示转速与输出扭矩(电动机扭矩)的关系的关系曲线MT、以及表示转速与输出的关系的关系曲线MP。也就是说,实际驱动力获取部36基于从传感器16a提供的电动发电机16的转速,通过映射能够获取电动发电机16当前输出的电动机输出(电动机扭矩)。而且,基于获取的电动机输出、以及此时的变速比和轮胎半径,能够推定获取电动机实际驱动力。因此,实际驱动力获取部36能够获取在当前行驶状态下由发动机14和电动发电机16的驱动产生的实际驱动力。
控制部38根据要求驱动力来选择并变更变速器12的齿轮级。然后,在与要求驱动力相比实际驱动力不足的情况下,执行延迟变速器12当前所选的齿轮级的降档的延迟处理,直到满足规定的条件为止。换言之,控制部38在驾驶员发出增加驱动力的要求的情况下,无论是否能够在变速器12当前所选的齿轮级下通过发动机14和电动发电机16的输出来实现要求驱动力,都延迟执行用于增大驱动力的降档(强制降档)。通过延迟降档,其间能够防止伴随离合器切断而产生的扭矩丢失,并且其间也通过发动机14和电动发电机16所产生的扭矩继续供给驱动力,所以至少不会产生减速,使驱动力向变速器12的当前齿轮级下能够产生的最大值持续增加。其结果,能够避免由降档引起的驱动力的响应延迟。也就是说,能够抑制频繁地进行变速器12的变速控制,防止伴随变速产生的车速变动,减轻给驾驶员带来的不适感。其结果,能够抑制驾驶操纵性降低。此外,由于不进行不必要的降档处理,所以也能够有助于抑制燃油效率恶化。
但是,根据变速器12的齿轮级确定了能够产生的最大驱动力,所以不优选在要求驱动力持续增加的状态下长时间维持当前的齿轮级。因此,本实施方式的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆10的控制装置,在要求驱动力增加的状态下在满足规定条件时,解除降档的延迟。例如,在要求驱动力增加的情况下自开始执行延迟处理起的延迟期间达到规定的延迟目标期间时,视为已满足规定的条件而使延迟处理结束,进行降档处理。延迟目标期间的目的之一是对延迟处理期间设置限制使降档处理重新开始,可以采用预先决定的规定值,也可以根据预定的规则进行变更。达到延迟目标期间后要求驱动力还是增加、即驾驶员要求车辆进一步加速的情况下,进行降档。其结果,能够进行反映驾驶员要求的变速器控制,能够有助于驾驶操纵性的提高。
此外,在其他实施方式中,控制部38也可以根据要求驱动力的增加率对延迟目标期间进行缩短修正。例如能够使要求驱动力与油门踏板30的踩踏量相对应。而且,能够使要求驱动力的增加率与油门踏板30的踩踏速度对应地表示。例如,在慢慢地踩踏油门踏板30的情况下,可以视为虽然驾驶员要求加速,但想要慢慢地加速。因此,减小延迟目标期间的缩短修正的比例。也就是说,视为驾驶员并不期望进行强制降档来急速增加驱动力,因而使降档延迟。在这种情况下,即使延迟降档、也就是说即使推迟延迟处理的解除,给驾驶员带来不适感的可能性也较低,损害驾驶操纵性的可能性也较低。反之,在急速地进一步踩踏油门踏板30的情况下,可以视为驾驶员想要迅速地加速、驱动力急速地增加。因此,使延迟目标期间的缩短修正的比例大于慢慢地踩踏油门踏板30的情况。其结果,在与驾驶员所预想的驱动力的变化对应的时刻执行降档,能够有助于驾驶操纵性的提高。
此外,作为其他实施方式,控制部38可以在要求信息为规定值以上的情况下将延迟目标期间变更为预先决定的最短期间。要求信息为规定值以上的情况可以是:例如油门踏板30被踩踏至最大程度的情况、或者踩踏速度为规定值以上的情况。也就是说,是可以视为驾驶员强烈要求加速的时候。在这种情况下,将延迟目标期间变更为预先决定的最短期间。其结果,迅速地进行降档,快速地实现驱动力的增加。
此外,作为其他实施方式,控制部38也可以在要求驱动力增加的情况下,在最大驱动力获取部40获取的最大驱动力与实际驱动力获取部36获取的实际驱动力之差为规定值以内时,视为满足了规定的条件,使延迟处理结束并进行降档。例如,在实际驱动力接近在变速器12当前所选的齿轮级下能够产生的最大驱动力,并在二者之差成为规定值以内后要求驱动力仍然增加、即驾驶员继续要求车辆进一步加速的情况下,进行降档。其结果,使当前行驶状态下的行驶能力发挥至最大附近,并且反映驾驶员要求地进行变速来确保驱动力。其结果,易于满足驾驶员的要求,能够有助于驾驶操纵性的提高。
图6是说明本实施方式涉及的混合动力车辆10的控制示例的流程图。
图6所示的流程图的处理在混合动力车辆10的点火开关为开启(ON)状态时按规定的控制周期持续执行。处理的执行定时一到,控制单元100就获取与当前行驶状态相关的信息(当前行驶状态)(S100)。例如,从传感器12a获取表示变速器12的状态的信息,从传感器12a获取表示发动机14的状态的信息,从传感器16a获取表示电动发电机16的状态的信息。此外,从传感器30a获取表示油门踏板30的状态的信息,从传感器28获取表示混合动力车辆10的车速的信息。然后,基于这些信息,将表示当前的混合动力车辆10的行驶状态的各种信息更新成最新状态。
接着,要求信息获取部34参照预先决定的驱动力映射图,基于从传感器30a获取的油门开度和从传感器28获取的当前车速,获取驾驶员当前要求的要求驱动力(S102)。此外,实际驱动力获取部36参照如图4所示的例如能够在设计阶段决定的发动机特性映射图,基于从传感器14a获取的当前发动机14的转速,来获取当前的发动机实际驱动力。同样,实际驱动力获取部36参照如图5所示的例如能够在设计阶段决定的电动发电机特性映射图,基于从传感器16a获取的当前电动发电机16的转速,来获取当前的电动机实际驱动力。然后,获取将所获取的发动机实际驱动力和电动机实际驱动力相加所得的混合动力车辆10当前的实际驱动力(S104)。
变速信息获取部32基于从传感器12a获取的信息,获取表示当前行驶状态下变速器12所选的齿轮级的齿轮级信息,并且基于在S102中获取的要求驱动力和在S104中获取的实际驱动力,针对驾驶员的要求来计算要推荐的齿轮级(S106)。控制部38参照图2所示的变速映射图,针对当前车速在判断为为了实现要求驱动力(与油门开度对应的驱动力)不需要变速成其他齿轮级的情况下(S108,“否”),控制单元100通过控制部38维持变速器12当前的齿轮级。控制单元100计算为了实现要求驱动力而要由电动发电机16产生的辅助驱动力(S110)。然后,控制单元100对发动机14和电动发电机16进行控制来实现要求驱动力(S112)后,暂时结束该流程。
在S108中,控制部38针对当前车速在判断为为了实现要求驱动力(与油门开度对应的驱动力)需要变速成其他齿轮级的情况下(S108,“是”),如果判断为不需要降档(S114,“否”),则控制部38对变速器12发出指令使其升档(S116)。例如是油门开度保持固定不变而车速上升超过图2的变速映射图中的升档时的变速线的情况、或者因油门开度减小而超过升档时的变速线等情况。然后,跳转到S110,控制单元100计算为了实现要求驱动力而要由电动发电机16产生的辅助驱动力(S110),并且对发动机14和电动发电机16进行控制来实现要求驱动力(S112)后,暂时结束该流程。
在S114中,在控制部38对实际驱动力和要求驱动力进行比较的结果是,判断为为了实现要求驱动力需要进行降档的情况下(S114,“是”),判断是否需要强制降档(S118)。例如,在油门开度没有增加、即驾驶员没有发出加速要求的状况下车速降低而超过图2中的降档的变速线的情况下,不需要强制降档(S118,“否”),控制部38对变速器12发出指令使变速器12伴随速度降低而降档(S120)。然后,执行S110、S112的处理后,暂时结束该流程。
另一方面,在S118中,在控制部38对实际驱动力和要求驱动力进行比较的结果判断为为了实现要求驱动力需要强制降档的情况下(S118,“是”),控制部38不会立即执行强制降档而是使其延迟,并且执行延迟解除条件获取处理(S122)。然后,在判断为用图7等的流程图说明的延迟解除条件成立时(S124,“是”)、即控制部38要进行强制降档的情况下,进行降档(S120)。执行降档处理之后,执行S110、S112的处理后,暂时结束该流程。此外,在S124中延迟解除条件不成立的情况下(S124,“否”),跳过S120的处理,执行S110、S112的处理后,暂时结束该流程。
这样,在为了实现要求驱动力而决定使变速器12强制降档之后,也使强制降档延迟直到满足延迟解除条件为止,由此能够防止在执行强制降档的情况下因离合器切断而造成扭矩丢失。此外,通过延迟强制降档,在该延迟期间,由发动机14和电动发电机16产生的扭矩继续提供驱动力,所以至少不会产生减速,使驱动力向变速器12的当前齿轮级下能够产生的最大值持续增加。其结果,能够避免由强制降档引起的驱动力的响应延迟。这样,通过本实施方式的控制,在当前行驶状态的齿轮级下持续输出驱动力,所以能够抑制驾驶员进行进一步踩踏油门踏板30或使油门踏板30复位的动作。其结果,能够简化油门踏板30的操作,抑制驾驶操纵性降低。此外,能够抑制频繁的变速控制,从而能够抑制燃油效率降低。
图7中示出了表示延迟解除条件获取处理的一个示例的流程图。图7的示例是对强制降档的延迟,设置时间限制的示例。也就是说,是根据驾驶员的要求来改变强制降档的执行时刻的示例。
首先,在用于解除强制降档延迟处理的延迟解除标记为有效(ON)的情况下,控制部38将其设成无效(OFF)(S200)。接着,要求信息获取部34基于来自传感器30a的信息计算油门开度的增加量(S202)。例如,在油门踏板30的增加量较大的情况下,可以视为驾驶员强烈期望要求驱动力增大。也就是说,可以视为驾驶员期望急剧的加速。反之,在油门踏板30的增加量不太大的情况下,可以视为驾驶员期望要求驱动力增大,但是其程度不大,期望缓慢加速。控制部38参照例如预先通过试验等制定的确定了油门开度与延迟目标期间的关系的延迟目标期间映射图,获取与油门增加量对应的延迟目标期间(S204)。例如,在油门开度相对于全开小于25%的情况下,选择预先决定的最长的延迟目标期间。此外,在油门开度为25%以上且小于50%的情况下,选择相对于最长的延迟目标期间缩短为50%的延迟目标期间。这样,通过与油门开度对应地改变延迟目标期间,能够根据油门踏板30的操作状态来改变强制降档控制的状况,能够将驾驶员的意志反映在控制中,有助于驾驶操纵性的提高。
另外,在油门开度大于规定值A的情况下,例如进行油门开度大于90%的所谓的“油门踏板踩到底”的情况下(S206,“是”),视为驾驶员期望急剧的加速,控制部38将延迟目标期间变更为预先决定的最短值(S208)。
在自强制降档的延迟处理开始之后的经过期间达到由S204获取的延迟目标期间、或者达到在S208中变更后的最短值的延迟目标期间的情况下(S210,“是”),控制部38将表示延迟解除的延迟解除标记设为有效(S212),并暂时结束该流程。这样,延迟解除标记变为有效,由此图6的S124中延迟解除条件被满足。
在S210中,不是延迟目标期间<经过期间的情况下(S210,“否”),跳过S212的处理,暂时结束该流程。此外,在S206中,在不是油门开度>规定值A、例如不是油门踏板踩到底的情况下(S206,“否”),跳过S208的处理,执行S210及其后的处理。
这样,通过根据油门开度即驾驶员对油门踏板30的操作状态适当改变延迟解除条件,能够进行考虑了驾驶员的驾驶操作意图的控制,能够有助于驾驶操纵性的提高。
图8示出了表示延迟解除条件获取处理的其他示例的流程图。图8的示例是基于实际驱动力的变化来控制强制降档的延迟的示例。也就是说,是根据驾驶员的要求来改变强制降档的执行时刻的示例。
首先,在用于解除强制降档的延迟处理的延迟解除标记为有效的情况下,控制部38将其设为无效(S300)。接着,最大驱动力获取部40获取在变速器12当前所选的齿轮级下发动机14和电动发电机16能够合并产生的最大驱动力(S302)。该最大驱动力根据所选的齿轮级唯一地确定,所以也可以从预先针对每个齿轮级存储的值中获取。接着,控制单元100求取所获取的当前齿轮级下的最大驱动力与实际驱动力获取部36所获取的当前齿轮级下的实际驱动力之差,在该差为规定值B以内的情况下(S304,“是”),将延迟解除标记设为有效(S306)。例如,在实际驱动力接近在变速器12当前所选的齿轮级下能够产生的最大驱动力,并在二者之差为规定值B以内后要求驱动力仍然增加、即驾驶员要求车辆进一步加速而踩踏油门踏板30的情况下,允许强制降档来增大驱动力。在这种情况下,能够使当前行驶状态下的行驶能力发挥至最大附近,并且能够反映驾驶员的要求,有助于驾驶操纵性的提高。在图8的示例的情况下也是,延迟解除标记变为有效,由此图6的S124中延迟解除条件被满足。
在S304中,不是最大驱动力-实际驱动力<规定值B的情况下(S304,“否”),跳过S306的处理,暂时结束该流程。
另外,图6~图8所示的流程图是一个示例,只要能够执行强制降档的延迟处理和延迟的解除处理即可,处理的顺序可以适当变更,也能够获得同样的效果。
对本发明的几个实施方式进行了说明,但这些实施方式是作为示例提出的,不意在限定发明的范围。这些新的实施方式能够以其他各种方式实施,在不脱离发明要旨的范围内能够进行各种省略、置换、变更。这些实施方式及其变形方式包含在发明的范围和要旨内,并且包含在记载在权利要求书的发明及其等同范围内。
例如图1所示的混合动力车辆10的系统结构是一个示例,只要是使被自动控制的变速器的强制换档控制延迟的结构即可。例如在图1中示出了使用电动/发电机16的情况,不过也可以是不具有再生发电功能的电动机。此外,也可以是具有多个电动发电机16或电动机的结构。此外,示出了由控制单元100统一控制发动机14、电动发电机16、变速器12等的示例,不过也可以具有分别控制发动机14、电动发电机16、变速器12的控制单元,对它们进行协同控制。

Claims (9)

1.一种具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
变速信息获取部,其获取在变速比不同的多个齿轮级中选择某一个齿轮级的有级自动变速器在当前行驶状态下所选的齿轮级信息;
要求信息获取部,其获取要求信息,该要求信息表示对车辆要求的要求驱动力;
实际驱动力获取部,其获取将在当前行驶状态下通过内燃机的驱动而实际产生的发动机实际驱动力和通过电动机的驱动而实际产生的电动机实际驱动力相加所得的实际驱动力;以及
控制部,其根据所述要求驱动力选择并变更所述有级自动变速器的齿轮级,并且在与所述要求驱动力相比所述实际驱动力不足的情况下,执行延迟处理,延迟所述有级自动变速器当前所选的所述齿轮级向变速比增大的方向转换,直到满足规定的条件为止。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于:
作为所述规定的条件,在所述要求驱动力增加的情况下自开始执行所述延迟处理起的延迟期间达到规定的延迟目标期间时,所述控制部结束所述延迟处理并使所述齿轮级向变速比增大的方向转换。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于:
所述控制部根据所述要求驱动力的增加率,对所述延迟目标期间进行缩短修正。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于:
在所述要求信息为规定值以上的情况下,所述控制部将所述延迟目标期间变更为预先决定的最短期间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于,具有:
最大驱动力获取部,其获取在当前所选的所述齿轮级下所述内燃机和所述电动机能够合并产生的最大驱动力,
作为所述规定的条件,在所述要求驱动力增加的情况下所述最大驱动力与所述实际驱动力之差为规定值以内时,所述控制部结束所述延迟处理并使所述齿轮级向变速比增大的方向转换。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于:
所述要求信息获取部基于确定了油门开度与车速的关系的驱动力映射图来获取当前的所述要求驱动力。
7.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于:
所述控制部基于确定了油门开度与所述延迟目标期间的关系的延迟目标期间映射图来获取与油门增加量对应的延迟目标期间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于:
所述控制部,在油门开度相对于全开小于25%的情况下,选择预先决定的最长的延迟目标期间,在所述油门开度相对于全开为25%以上且小于50%的情况下,选择相对于最长的延迟目标期间缩短为其50%的延迟目标期间。
9.根据权利要求7所述的具备有级自动变速器的混合动力车辆的控制装置,其特征在于:
所述控制部在所述油门开度大于规定值的情况下,将所述延迟目标期间变更为预先决定的最短值。
