Abstract

本发明涉及带导轨的窑炉,包括窑炉壁、吊顶和地面,其特征在于:所述窑炉地面上方架设有隔热层,两侧窑炉壁上沿窑车行进方向铺设有若干对平行的供窑车滚动行驶的导轨,所述若干对导轨位于窑炉壁不同高度。本发明将原先在窑车上的隔热层固定于窑炉的地面上,隔热层固定的位于窑炉的某个升温曲线的点上,在窑车行进于窑炉经过整个升温曲线时,隔热层不需要经历反复的吸热、放热的过程,因此可以节省大量的热量损耗,大幅度提高热效率。在窑炉进口处动力设备给窑车一个前进的动力,所有的窑车都往前滚动一步,如此循环,窑车从入口到出口,变成成品。因为导轨是设计在窑炉壁上的,因此此窑车结构更适用于以承载轻型待烧制产品为主的窑炉系统。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业窑炉,特别是涉及一种带滑轨的窑炉。
背景技术
现有技术中的窑炉,一般为隧道式结构,炉壁和窑炉顶,为了防止热辐射的污染,一般采用耐火材料隔热;普通平整的地面上辅设导轨。窑炉的设计根据产品的烧制有一个升温曲线,从入口到出口一般是常温-低温-中温-高温-中温-低温-常温的曲线布置,窑车承载着待烧制产品一辆接一辆的在窑炉里缓慢行进,直至走完整个隧道式窑炉,待烧制产品经历整个历程后由生坯变成了熟坯。窑车其实是一个底下带有轮子的平板车,平板车上先行码放有一厚层耐火围砖、耐火纤维棉和支撑结构,再码放待烧制产品。该窑车结构是为了减少地面吸收热量,保障烧成空间高利用率以及避免窑车自身钢结构部分受损,提高窑炉的热量利用率。由于窑车上这层耐火围砖主要是起到曲封、阻隔作用(个别项目利用耐火围砖承受部分产品重量的除外),但是每辆窑车在窑炉内的行进,使得耐火围砖及纤维棉也经历了整个升温曲线过程,即耐火围砖及纤维棉同时也是先吸热,再放热,周而复始循环行进,这些热量消耗对于整个窑炉系统的热效率利用来说,是个不小的损失,节能效果不佳。
发明内容
针对上述工业窑炉的缺陷,本发明涉及一种带导轨的窑炉,隔热层固定的位于窑炉的地面上,当窑炉系统正常运转时,底层曲封、阻隔机构不需要反复经历升温-降温曲线的过程(不计窑炉点火升温过程),也因此减少了其吸热放热造成的热损,可以大幅度提高热效率,有良好的节能效果。

所述导轨只有一对,两根导轨分别固定于窑炉壁。
所述两侧窑炉壁有突出的凸台,所述导轨固定于凸台。
所述窑车包括一承重平台和底部的滚轮,所述滚轮能于导轨内滚动。
所述隔热层采用空心耐火砖为主要支撑结构砌成。
所述隔热层采用空心耐火砖、棚板及耐火纤维填充中空部分搭制而成。
所述空心耐火砖为凸字形结构,凸字形肩台可以搭棚板,凸字形空心耐火砖的下表面设计的凹槽与下面的空心耐火砖之间嵌合,使得隔热层稳固不易倒塌。所述下层空心耐火砖嵌入上层空心耐火砖的下表面凹槽内。
所述窑炉壁设置有凸台,棚板搭接于两空心耐火砖凸字形结构的肩台上或搭接于空心耐火砖凸字形结构的肩台与窑炉壁的凸台上。

可以在窑炉壁的不同高度设置导轨,窑车可以在不同高度行驶,即设计成多层结构,多层窑车并排行驶。
地面隔热层可做成空心结构,采用空心耐火砖为主要支撑结构砌成,辅以棚板及耐火纤维填充中空部分。空心结构不仅能节约材料,同时也有很好的隔热节能的效果。
本发明中的空心耐火砖设计为凸字形结构,凸字形肩台可以搭棚板,凸字形空心耐火砖的上表面与下表面设计的凹槽嵌合,使得隔热层稳固不易倒塌。

如图所示,本发明的带导轨的窑炉,包括窑炉壁1、吊顶2和地面3,其特征在于:所述窑炉地面3上方架设有隔热层,两侧窑炉壁的凸台9上沿窑车行进方向辅设有若干对平行的供窑车11滚动行驶的导轨4。
所述导轨可以有若干对,位于窑炉壁上的不同高度,窑车可以在不同高度行驶,即设计成多层结构,多层窑车并排行驶。
所述导轨还可以有若干对,位于分别位于窑炉壁和隔热层上,且导轨位于同一高度,即同一水平高度上有若干对导轨,供若干窑车并列行进。
所述窑车10包括一承重平台11和底部的滚轮5,所述滚轮5能于导轨4内滚动。
所述隔热层采用空心耐火砖7和棚板8搭制而成。所述空心耐火砖7为凸字形结构,上下相扣合,所述空心耐火砖7的下表面均设有凹槽6,下层空心耐火砖7嵌入上层空心耐火砖的下表面凹槽6。所述窑炉壁1设置有凸台9,棚板8搭接于两列空心耐火砖7凸字形结构的肩台上或搭接于空心耐火砖7凸字形结构的肩台与窑炉壁1的凸台9上。

1.带导轨的窑炉,包括窑炉壁、吊顶和地面,其特征在于:所述窑炉地面上方架设有隔热层,两侧窑炉壁上沿窑车行进方向铺设有若干对平行的供窑车滚动行驶的导轨,所述若干对导轨位于窑炉壁不同高度;
所述隔热层采用空心耐火砖和棚板搭制而成;
所述空心耐火砖为凸字形结构,下表面均设有凹槽,所述下层空心耐火砖嵌入上层空心耐火砖的下表面凹槽内;
所述窑炉壁设置有凸台,棚板搭接于两列空心耐火砖凸字形结构的肩台上或搭接于保空心耐火砖凸字形结构的肩台与窑炉壁的凸台上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带导轨的窑炉,其特征在于:所述导轨只有一对,两根导轨分别固定于窑炉壁与隔热层相交处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带导轨的窑炉,其特征在于:所述两侧窑炉壁有突出的凸台,所述导轨固定于凸台。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带导轨的窑炉,其特征在于:所述窑车包括一承重平台和底部的滚轮,所述滚轮能于导轨内滚动。
