Abstract

本发明涉及带滑轨的窑炉,包括窑炉壁、吊顶和地面,其特征在于:所述窑炉地面上铺设有隔热层,隔热层上沿窑车行进方向辅设有若干对平行供窑车滑动的滑轨。本发明将原先在窑车上的隔热层固定于窑炉的地面上,隔热层固定的位于窑炉的某个升温曲线的点上,在窑车行进于窑炉经过整个升温曲线时,隔热层不需要经历反复的吸热、放热的过程,因此可以节省大量的热量损耗,大幅度提高热效率。当窑车一辆辆并行在导轨上方,利用窑炉进口处动力设备给窑车一个前进的动力,所有的窑车都往前滑动行进,如此循环,窑车从入口到出口,变成成品。此窑车结构可以根据承载力大小,选用不同承载力的空心耐火砖及碳化硅制品进行组装而成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业窑炉,特别是涉及一种带滑轨的窑炉。
背景技术
现有技术中的窑炉,一般为隧道式结构,炉壁和窑炉顶,为了防止热辐射的污染,一般采用耐火材料隔热;普通平整的地面上辅设导轨。窑炉的设计根据产品的烧制有一个升温曲线,从入口到出口一般是常温-低温-中温-高温-中温-低温-常温的曲线布置,窑车承载着待烧制产品一辆接一辆的在窑炉里缓慢行进,直至走完整个隧道式窑炉,待烧制产品经历整个历程后由生坯变成了熟坯。窑车其实是一个底下带有轮子的平板车,平板车上先行码放有一厚层耐火围砖、耐火纤维棉和支撑结构,再码放待烧制产品。该窑车结构是为了减少地面吸收热量,保障烧成空间高利用率以及避免窑车自身钢结构部分受损,提高窑炉的热量利用率。由于窑车上这层耐火围砖主要是起到曲封、阻隔作用(个别项目利用耐火围砖承受部分产品重量的除外),但是每辆窑车在窑炉内的行进,使得耐火围砖及纤维棉也经历了整个升温曲线过程,即耐火围砖及纤维棉同时也是先吸热,再放热,周而复始循环行进,这些热量消耗对于整个窑炉系统的热效率利用来说,是个不小的损失,节能效果不佳。
发明内容
针对上述工业窑炉的缺陷,本发明涉及一种带滑轨的窑炉,隔热层固定的位于窑炉的地面上,当窑炉系统正常运转时,底层曲封、阻隔机构不需要反复经历升温-降温曲线的过程(不计窑炉点火升温过程),也因此减少了其吸热放热造成的热损,可以大幅度提高热效率,有良好的节能效果。
带滑轨的窑炉,包括窑炉壁、吊顶和地面,其特征在于:所述窑炉地面上方架设有隔热层,隔热层上沿窑车行进方向辅设有若干对平行的供窑车滑行的滑轨。
所述隔热层以空心耐火砖为主要支撑结构砌成。
所述隔热层以空心耐火砖与棚板搭制,中空部分填充有耐火纤维。
所述滑轨下方采用上、下层空心耐火砖相扣合固定,所述平行的空心耐火砖之间、空心耐火砖与窑炉壁之间固定有棚板。
所述空心耐火砖为凸字形结构,上、下表面均设有凹槽,所述滑轨嵌入上表面的凹槽内,所述下层空心耐火砖嵌入上层空心耐火砖的下表面凹槽。
所述窑炉壁设置有凸台,棚板搭接于两列空心耐火砖凸字形结构的肩台上或搭接于空心耐火砖凸字形结构的肩台与窑炉壁的凸台上。
所述滑轨为一对两条,位于窑炉地面隔热层上的中间位置。
所述窑车包括承重横梁及下部的滑块,所述滑块上开有凹槽,平行滑块相对的凹槽内嵌有承重横梁。
所述滑块与承重横梁形成井字形结构。

在滑块与承重横梁形成井字形结构上铺设棚板,然后将待烧制产品码放在棚板上。可以设计成多对滑轨,每对滑轨与承重横梁形成一个井字形结构。
地面隔热层可做成空心结构,采用空心耐火砖为主要支撑结构砌成,辅以棚板及耐火纤维填充中空部分。空心结构不仅能节约材料,同时也有很好的隔热节能的效果。
本发明中的空心耐火砖设计为凸字形结构,凸字形肩台可以搭棚板,凸字形空心耐火砖的上表面与下表面设计的凹槽嵌合,使得隔热层稳固不易倒塌;凸字形空心耐火砖的上表面设计凹槽,滑轨嵌入上表面的凹槽内,使窑车行进时更稳固。

如图所示,本发明的带滑轨的窑炉,包括窑炉壁1、吊顶2和地面3,其特征在于:所述窑炉地面3上方架设有隔热层,隔热层上沿窑车行进方向铺设有一对平行供窑车滑动的滑轨4。
所述窑车包括承重横梁6和滑块5,所述滑块5上开有凹槽,平行滑块5相对的凹槽内嵌有承重横梁6,所述滑块5与承重横梁6形成井字形结构,上面搭有码放待烧制产品的棚板12。
所述保温层采用空心耐火砖7和棚板8搭制而成。所述空心耐火砖7为凸字形结构,上下相扣合。所述空心耐火砖7的上、下表面均设有凹槽,所述滑轨4嵌入上表面的凹槽10内,所述下层空心耐火砖7嵌入上层空心耐火砖的下表面凹槽9。所述窑炉壁1设置有凸台11,棚板8搭接于两列空心耐火砖7凸字形结构的肩台上或搭接于空心耐火砖7凸字形结构的肩台与窑炉壁1的凸台11上,中间的部分填充有耐火纤维13。

1.带滑轨的窑炉,包括窑炉壁、吊顶和地面,其特征在于:所述窑炉地面上方架设有隔热层,隔热层上沿窑车行进方向辅设有若干对平行的供窑车滑行的滑轨;
所述隔热层以空心耐火砖与棚板搭制,中空部分填充有耐火纤维;
所述滑轨下方采用上、下层空心耐火砖相扣合固定,所述平行的空心耐火砖之间、空心耐火砖与窑炉壁之间固定有棚板;
所述空心耐火砖为凸字形结构,上、下表面均设有凹槽,所述滑轨嵌入上表面的凹槽内,所述下层空心耐火砖嵌入上层空心耐火砖的下表面凹槽;
所述窑炉壁设置有凸台,棚板搭接于两列空心耐火砖凸字形结构的肩台上或搭接于空心耐火砖凸字形结构的肩台与窑炉壁的凸台上;
