目的是提供一种由遥控器指挥正反电机带动锁架,垂直张开、下合,设计合理、结构简单、生产容易、可移动、重量轻、美观大方、造价低、易管理,只需手持遥控器,无需上下车就可开锁关锁,其特征在于:地面固定眼(12)设置在底盘(1)前后两侧,磁铁吸附器(2)设置在张和腿(3)下部,张合轴(4)装在张合眼(5)内,张合眼(5)设置在张和腿(3)、张合梁(6)结合部,张和杆(7)装在电机(8)上、张合梁(6)内,电机(8)装在张合梁(6)、固定柱(10)结合部,坠杆(11)挂装在张合梁(6)下部。

自动张合式车位锁
技术领域:自动张合式车位锁的生产制造技术涉及到机械制造技术领域。
背景技术:随着社会进步生活水平提高,家用轿车逐年增多,停车位奇缺的矛盾已显现出来,因停车位也发生了很多的不应有的冲突,一些单位和个人也想出了不少办法,在泊位处设置车位锁,这些车位锁确实还要在上下车时进行开锁关锁,显得十分不方便。根据这一情况我们设计出一款可遥控指挥、可移动、可张、可合,重量轻、美观大方、造价低、易管理,只需手持遥控器,无需上下车就可开锁关锁的自动车位锁。
发明内容:目的是提供一种由遥控器指挥正反电机带动锁架,垂直张开、下合,设计合理、结构简单、生产容易、可移动、重量轻、美观大方、造价低、易管理,只需手持遥控器,无需上下车就可开锁关锁,其特征在于:地面固定眼(12)设置在底盘(1)前后两侧,磁铁吸附器(2)设置在张和腿(3)下部,张合轴(4)装在张合眼(5)内,张合眼(5)设置在张和腿(3)、张合梁(6)结合部,张和杆(7)装在电机(8)上、张合梁(6)内,电机(8)装在张合梁(6)、固定柱(10)结合部,坠杆(11)挂装在张合梁(6)下部。底盘(1)与磁铁吸附器(2)结合部设置一个磁铁片。在磁铁片左侧设置弹簧,右边连一根线经过底盘(1)内、固定柱(10)内,接于电机(8)一侧的杠杆上。张合梁(6)下部设置挂孔,坠杆(11)上部设置挂钩,以利挂装。电机(8)一侧杠杆长为100mm。

具体实施方式:地面固定眼(12)设置在底盘(1)前后两侧,磁铁吸附器(2)设置在张和腿(3)下部,张合轴(4)装在张合眼(5)内,张合眼(5)设置在张和腿(3)、张合梁(6)结合部,张和杆(7)装在电机(8)上、张合梁(6)内,电机(8)装在张合梁(6)、固定柱(10)结合部,坠杆(11)挂装在张合梁(6)下部,上述技术构成了垂直张开、下合,设计合理、结构简单、生产容易、可移动、重量轻、美观大方、造价低、易管理,只需手持遥控器,无需上下车就可开锁关锁。底盘(1)与磁铁吸附器(2)结合部设置一个磁铁片,以利稳定性。在磁铁片左侧设置弹簧,右边连一根线经过底盘(1)内、固定柱(10)内,接于电机(8)一侧的杠杆上,在电机转动时拉动磁铁片,让磁铁吸附器(2)不再有吸附力。张合梁(6)下部设置挂孔,坠杆(11)上部设置挂钩,以利挂装。电机(8)一侧杠杆长为100mm,此长度才能拉开磁铁片,闭合时弹簧将其拉回原位。

1.其特征在于:地面固定眼(12)设置在底盘(1)前后两侧,磁铁吸附器(2)设置在张和腿(3)下部,张合轴(4)装在张合眼(5)内,张合眼(5)设置在张和腿(3)、张合梁(6)结合部,张和杆(7)装在电机(8)上、张合梁(6)内,电机(8)装在张合梁(6)、固定柱(10)结合部,坠杆(11)挂装在张合梁(6)下部,遥控启动器(9)装在电机(8)一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动张合式车位锁,其特征在于:底盘(1)与磁铁吸附器(2)结合部设置一个磁铁片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁铁片,其特征在于:在磁铁片左侧设置弹簧,右边连一根线经过底盘(1)内、固定柱(10)内,接于电机(8)一侧的杠杆上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动张合式车位锁,其特征在于:张合梁(6)设置挂孔,坠杆(11)上部设置挂钩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自动张合式车位锁,其特征在于:电机(8)一侧杠杆长100mm。
