Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,按重量份计,包含以下成分:组分A:蛋白酶65-80份,碳酸氢钠10-15份,水5-25份;组分B:辛基酚醚5-7份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠10-12份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐10-15份,聚季铵盐-75-7份,氢氧化钾3-5份,天然植物色素40-55份,水5-25份。本发明还提供了该用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂的使用方法。该方法操作简单,染色温度温和,对羊毛损害性小,染色效率高,色牢度高。而且该方法节约了能耗,降低了经济成本,十分适合大规模工业化操作。
Description
技术领域:
本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种用于纺织的羊毛染色剂。
背景技术:
羊毛是一种天然蛋白质纤维,其具有性能优异的吸湿性、保暖性、回弹性等,使其被广泛的应用于各类高档纺织面料中。但是由于羊毛纤维来源天然,其结构与普通的化工合成纤维存在很大的差异,纤维表层的鳞片层质地坚硬,有疏水性,会显著的影响染料分子的吸附,从而增加了羊毛染色的困难。常规操作中经常选择将羊毛加热至90-100℃来高温染色,但是高温染色不仅增加了操作成本,能耗变大,也会影响羊毛的一些天然性能,而且容易褪色。因此研究适合羊毛的低温染色法十分有意义。
中国专利CN201510607018.2公开了一种羊毛低温染色法,所述方法包括:将羊毛浸泡在植物染色剂中加热至50℃-60℃,25-35min中加入媒染剂,在50-60℃下恒温保持25-35min后将羊毛取出,自然风干后用清水洗净即可得到染色羊毛。该发明的制备方法安全环保,提高了羊毛染后色泽。但是该染色法对羊毛的染色性有限,色牢度较低。
发明内容:
本发明提供了一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂及其使用方法,该方法操作简单,染色温度温和,对羊毛损害性小,染色效率高,色牢度高。而且该方法节约了能耗,降低了经济成本,十分适合大规模工业化操作。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
组分A:蛋白酶65-80份,碳酸氢钠10-15份,水5-25份;
组分B:辛基酚醚5-7份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠10-12份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐10-15份,聚季铵盐-75-7份,氢氧化钾3-5份,天然植物色素40-55份,水5-25份。
作为上述技术方案的优选,一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
组分A:蛋白酶75份,碳酸氢钠15份,水10份;
组分B:辛基酚醚7份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠11份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐13份,聚季铵盐-75份,氢氧化钾5份,天然植物色素50份,水9份。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述蛋白酶为工业胰酶,枯草杆菌蛋白酶中的一种或两种混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述天然植物色素为海藻提取物,凤仙花提取物,高粱提取物,栀子提取物,金盏花提取物中的一种或多种混合物。
一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1、首先将组分A用水稀释,将羊毛纤维浸入其中,控制温度为35-55℃,持续浸泡60-90min,加热,控制温度在80-90℃持续10min后,将温度降至室温,脱水;
2、将组分B用水稀释,加热至45-60℃,在发泡机中充分鼓气发泡,将羊毛纤维浸入泡沫液中,在45-60℃温度下搅拌90-120min,消泡后静置30min,清洗后脱水,烘干。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤1中组分A与水的质量比为1:70-90。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤2中组分B与水的质量比为1:50-70。
本发明的有益效果在于:羊毛纤维染色所需的温度比较温和,不会对羊毛纤维的天然性能造成破坏,并且节约了能耗,降低了经济成本。采用发泡染色法,减少了水分的用量,同时也使染色更加均匀,渗透性好,提高了染色效率。使用天然植物色素,对人体健康不会造成伤害,绿色环保。

为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例1
一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
组分A:工业胰酶65份,碳酸氢钠13份,水22份;
组分B:辛基酚醚5份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠12份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐10份,聚季铵盐-75份,氢氧化钾4份,金盏花提取物55份,水9份。
其使用方法为:
1、首先将组分A用水稀释,将羊毛纤维浸入其中,控制温度为45℃,持续浸泡70min,加热,控制温度在85℃持续10min后,将温度降至室温,脱水;
2、将组分B用水稀释,加热至50℃,在发泡机中充分鼓气发泡,将羊毛纤维浸入泡沫液中,在55℃温度下搅拌120min,消泡后静置30min,清洗后脱水,烘干。
羊毛纤维染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高。
实施例2
一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
组分A:工业胰酶70份,碳酸氢钠14份,水16份;
组分B:辛基酚醚6份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠10份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐12份,聚季铵盐-77份,氢氧化钾3份,凤仙花提取物45份,水17份。
其使用方法为:
1、首先将组分A用水稀释,将羊毛纤维浸入其中,控制温度为55℃,持续浸泡80min,加热,控制温度在90℃持续10min后,将温度降至室温,脱水;
2、将组分B用水稀释,加热至55℃,在发泡机中充分鼓气发泡,将羊毛纤维浸入泡沫液中,在60℃温度下搅拌90min,消泡后静置30min,清洗后脱水,烘干。
羊毛纤维染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高。
实施例3
一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
组分A:枯草杆菌蛋白酶75份,碳酸氢钠14份,水16份;
组分B:辛基酚醚6份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠10份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐12份,聚季铵盐-77份,氢氧化钾3份,栀子提取物45份,水9份。
其使用方法为:
1、首先将组分A用水稀释,将羊毛纤维浸入其中,控制温度为50℃,持续浸泡80min,加热,控制温度在85℃持续10min后,将温度降至室温,脱水;
2、将组分B用水稀释,加热至55℃,在发泡机中充分鼓气发泡,将羊毛纤维浸入泡沫液中,在55℃温度下搅拌90min,消泡后静置30min,清洗后脱水,烘干。
羊毛纤维染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高。
实施例4
一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
组分A:枯草杆菌蛋白酶80份,碳酸氢钠12份,水8份;
组分B:辛基酚醚6份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠11份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐14份,聚季铵盐-76份,氢氧化钾3份,海藻提取物45份,水15份。
其使用方法为:
1、首先将组分A用水稀释,将羊毛纤维浸入其中,控制温度为40℃,持续浸泡70min,加热,控制温度在90℃持续10min后,将温度降至室温,脱水;
2、将组分B用水稀释,加热至55℃,在发泡机中充分鼓气发泡,将羊毛纤维浸入泡沫液中,在60℃温度下搅拌100min,消泡后静置30min,清洗后脱水,烘干。
羊毛纤维染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高。
实施例5
一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
组分A:工业胰酶75份,碳酸氢钠10份,水15份;
组分B:辛基酚醚5份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠10份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐15份,聚季铵盐-77份,氢氧化钾4份,金盏花提取物40份,水19份。
其使用方法为:
1、首先将组分A用水稀释,将羊毛纤维浸入其中,控制温度为35℃,持续浸泡80min,加热,控制温度在85℃持续10min后,将温度降至室温,脱水;
2、将组分B用水稀释,加热至50℃,在发泡机中充分鼓气发泡,将羊毛纤维浸入泡沫液中,在50℃温度下搅拌100min,消泡后静置30min,清洗后脱水,烘干。
羊毛纤维染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
组分A:蛋白酶65-80份,碳酸氢钠10-15份,水5-25份;
组分B:辛基酚醚5-7份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠10-12份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐10-15份,聚季铵盐-75-7份,氢氧化钾3-5份,天然植物色素40-55份,水5-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
组分A:蛋白酶75份,碳酸氢钠15份,水10份;
组分B:辛基酚醚7份,月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠11份,十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐13份,聚季铵盐-75份,氢氧化钾5份,天然植物色素50份,水9份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,其特征在于,所述蛋白酶为工业胰酶,枯草杆菌蛋白酶中的一种或两种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂,其特征在于,所述天然植物色素为海藻提取物,凤仙花提取物,高粱提取物,栀子提取物,金盏花提取物中的一种或多种混合物。
5.一种用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将组分A用水稀释,将羊毛纤维浸入其中,控制温度为35-55℃,持续浸泡60-90min,加热,控制温度在80-90℃持续10min后,将温度降至室温,脱水;
(2)将组分B用水稀释,加热至45-60℃,在发泡机中充分鼓气发泡,将羊毛纤维浸入泡沫液中,在45-60℃温度下搅拌90-120min,消泡后静置30min,清洗后脱水,烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中组分A与水的质量比为1:70-90。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于纺织的双液型羊毛染色剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中组分B与水的质量比为1:50-70。
