本发明涉及一种用于工业的面料。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。种类(1)梭织面料,也称机织物,是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。正确分析识别面料性能并准确合理地运用于服装设计是每一个设计师需要掌握的基本知识,否则面料识别错误可能会导致整款服装的设计,制作,穿着或者洗涤等环节出现问题。服装面料的识别包括服装面料的原料识别,外观特征识别以及外观质量识别等。观察识别面料不仅要用视觉,而且要用听觉,触觉甚至嗅觉。如运用眼睛的视觉效应观看织物的光泽明暗,染色情况,表面粗细以及组织,纹路和纤维的外观特征,比如纯棉布光泽普通,外观不够细洁,粗糙甚至有棉结杂质,羊毛与涤纶混纺的呢绒光泽较亮,有闪色感,身骨略为搬硬而失之柔软,并随涤纶含量的增加而明显突出。缺乏柔和的柔润感,织物挺括。平整,光滑;运用手的触觉效应能够感觉到织物和纤维的软硬,光滑,粗细,弹性,冷暖等,用手还可以测出纤维中纱线的强度和伸长度。
不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等。

本发明的目的在于提供一种用于工业的面料,具有柔韧性好,工作强度大,不易破裂的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于工业的面料,所述用于工业的面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由热熔性聚氨酯材料和高密度聚乙烯纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由聚氨脂树脂和棉纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为50D/18F,所述纬纱的密度为75D/72F,所述热熔性聚氨酯材料占所述经纱的重量比为48%-55%,所述高密度聚乙烯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为45%-52%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热熔性聚氨酯材料占所述经纱的重量比为53%,所述高密度聚乙烯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为47%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纬纱中聚氨脂树脂和棉纤维的重量比例为2:1。
本发明的一种用于工业的面料,具有柔韧性好,工作强度大,不易破裂的优点。

本发明一种用于工业的面料,所述用于工业的面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由热熔性聚氨酯材料和高密度聚乙烯纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由聚氨脂树脂和棉纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为50D/18F,所述纬纱的密度为75D/72F,所述热熔性聚氨酯材料占所述经纱的重量比为48%-55%,所述高密度聚乙烯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为45%-52%,所述热熔性聚氨酯材料占所述经纱的重量比为53%,所述高密度聚乙烯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为47%,所述纬纱中聚氨脂树脂和棉纤维的重量比例为2:1。
进一步说明,热熔性聚氨酯材料的优异性能:突出的高回弹性是目前所有弹性纤维都无法比拟的,它的断裂伸长率大于400%,最高可达800%,即使在300%拉伸形变时,回弹回复率仍在95%以上;优异的抗张强度、抗撕裂强度;耐候、耐紫外线照射能力强;耐化学品、耐洗涤;与染料的亲和性好。热熔性聚氨酯材料已被广泛应用于纺织品中,是一种高附加值的新型纺织材料,其使用形式主要有四种:裸丝、包芯纱、包覆纱、合捻线。如丝袜、泳衣、舞蹈衣、莱卡(纯棉包覆氨纶丝)、服装等,在传统纺织品中,只需加入不到10%数量的热熔性聚氨酯材料,就可以使传统织物的档次大为提高,显示出柔软、舒适、美观、高雅的风格。聚氨酯涂料的应用领域主要有:飞机、船舶、车辆涂装;木材、塑料、橡胶、皮革的表面涂装;建筑物涂装;防腐涂装,等等。
在进一步说明,聚氨酯树脂作为一种具有高强度、抗撕裂、耐磨等特性的高分子材料,在日常生活、工农业生产、医学等领域广泛应用。聚氨酯弹性体用作滚筒、传送带、软管、汽车零件、鞋底、合成皮革、电线电缆和医用人工脏器等;软质泡沫体用于车辆、居室、服装的衬垫,硬质泡沫体用作隔热、吸音、包装、绝缘以及低发泡合成木材,涂料用于高级车辆、家具、木和金属防护,水池水坝和建筑防渗漏材料,以及织物涂层等。胶粘剂对金属、玻璃、陶瓷、皮革、纤维等都有良好的粘着力。此外聚氨酯还可制成乳液、磁性材料等。本发明提供一种防水的面料,具有柔韧性好,工作强度大,不易破裂的优点。

1.一种用于工业的面料,其特征在于:所述用于工业的面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由热熔性聚氨酯材料和高密度聚乙烯纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由聚氨脂树脂和棉纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为50D/18F,所述纬纱的密度为75D/72F,所述热熔性聚氨酯材料占所述经纱的重量比为48%-55%,所述高密度聚乙烯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为45%-52%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于工业的面料,其特征在于:所述热熔性聚氨酯材料占所述经纱的重量比为53%,所述高密度聚乙烯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为47%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于工业的面料,其特征在于:所述纬纱中聚氨脂树脂和棉纤维的重量比例为2:1。
