技术领域
本发明涉及一种易折叠面料。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。种类(1)梭织面料,也称机织物,是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。正确分析识别面料性能并准确合理地运用于服装设计是每一个设计师需要掌握的基本知识,否则面料识别错误可能会导致整款服装的设计,制作,穿着或者洗涤等环节出现问题。服装面料的识别包括服装面料的原料识别,外观特征识别以及外观质量识别等。观察识别面料不仅要用视觉,而且要用听觉,触觉甚至嗅觉。如运用眼睛的视觉效应观看织物的光泽明暗,染色情况,表面粗细以及组织,纹路和纤维的外观特征,比如纯棉布光泽普通,外观不够细洁,粗糙甚至有棉结杂质,羊毛与涤纶混纺的呢绒光泽较亮,有闪色感,身骨略为搬硬而失之柔软,并随涤纶含量的增加而明显突出。缺乏柔和的柔润感,织物挺括。平整,光滑;运用手的触觉效应能够感觉到织物和纤维的软硬,光滑,粗细,弹性,冷暖等,用手还可以测出纤维中纱线的强度和伸长度。
不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易折叠面料,具有抗晒、抗冻、抗老化、防腐蚀、轻便、易折叠耐用的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种易折叠面料,所述易折叠面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由消光黏胶纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由聚丙烯纤维和玻璃纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为100D/36F,所述纬纱的密度为150D/36F,所述消光黏胶纤维占所述经纱的重量比为45%-50%,所述聚酯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为50%-55%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述消光黏胶纤维占所述经纱的重量比为48%,所述聚酯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为52%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纬纱中聚丙烯纤维和玻璃纤维的重量比例为1:3。
本发明的一种易折叠面料,具有抗晒、抗冻、抗老化、防腐蚀、轻便、易折叠耐用的优点。

本发明一种易折叠面料,所述易折叠面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由消光黏胶纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由聚丙烯纤维和玻璃纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为100D/36F,所述纬纱的密度为150D/36F,所述消光黏胶纤维占所述经纱的重量比为45%-50%,所述聚酯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为50%-55%,所述消光黏胶纤维占所述经纱的重量比为48%,所述聚酯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为52%,所述纬纱中聚丙烯纤维和玻璃纤维的重量比例为1:3。
进一步说明,消光黏胶纤维,人造纤维的一个主要品种。由天然纤维素经碱化而成碱纤维素,再与二硫化碳作用生成纤维素黄原酸酯,溶解于稀碱液内得到的粘稠溶液称粘胶,粘胶经湿法纺丝和一系列处理工序后即成粘胶纤维。消光黏胶纤维,是粘纤的全称。它又分为粘胶长丝和粘胶短纤。粘纤——又叫人造丝、冰丝。2000年后,粘纤又出现了一种名为天丝、竹纤维的高档新品种。粘纤是以棉或其它天然纤维为原料生产的纤维素纤维。在12种主要纺织纤维中,粘纤的含湿率最符合人体皮肤的生理要求,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、染色绚丽等特性。
在进一步说明,玻璃纤维作为强化塑料的补强材料应用时,最大的特征是抗拉强度大。抗拉强度在标准状态下是6.3~6.9g/d,湿润状态5.4~5.8g/d。密度2.54。耐热性好,温度达300℃时对强度没影响。有优良的电绝缘性,是高级的电绝缘材料,也用于绝热材料和防火屏蔽材料。一般只被浓碱、氢氟酸和浓磷酸腐蚀。本发明提供一种防水的面料,具有抗晒、抗冻、抗老化、防腐蚀、轻便、易折叠耐用的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种易折叠面料,其特征在于:所述易折叠面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由消光黏胶纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由聚丙烯纤维和玻璃纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为100D/36F,所述纬纱的密度为150D/36F,所述消光黏胶纤维占所述经纱的重量比为45%-50%,所述聚酯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为50%-55%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易折叠面料,其特征在于:所述消光黏胶纤维占所述经纱的重量比为48%,所述聚酯纤维占所述经纱的重量比为52%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易折叠面料,其特征在于:所述纬纱中聚丙烯纤维和玻璃纤维的重量比例为1:3。
