技术领域
本发明涉及一种银纤维防水透湿面料。
背景技术
在服装大世界里，服装的面料五花八门，日新月异。但是从总体上来讲，优质、高档的面料，大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装，宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装，大都档次较高。有时，穿著纯皮革制作的服装，也是允许的。种类（1）梭织面料，也称机织物，是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。正确分析识别面料性能并准确合理地运用于服装设计是每一个设计师需要掌握的基本知识，否则面料识别错误可能会导致整款服装的设计，制作，穿着或者洗涤等环节出现问题。服装面料的识别包括服装面料的原料识别，外观特征识别以及外观质量识别等。观察识别面料不仅要用视觉，而且要用听觉，触觉甚至嗅觉。如运用眼睛的视觉效应观看织物的光泽明暗，染色情况，表面粗细以及组织，纹路和纤维的外观特征，比如纯棉布光泽普通，外观不够细洁，粗糙甚至有棉结杂质，羊毛与涤纶混纺的呢绒光泽较亮，有闪色感，身骨略为搬硬而失之柔软，并随涤纶含量的增加而明显突出。缺乏柔和的柔润感，织物挺括。平整，光滑；运用手的触觉效应能够感觉到织物和纤维的软硬，光滑，粗细，弹性，冷暖等，用手还可以测出纤维中纱线的强度和伸长度。
不同的面料具有不同的透气性，吸湿性，保暖性等性能，比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性，穿着舒适，保暖性好，是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性，保温性，吸湿性，静电性等性能特征，再针对面料的挺括性，重量感，软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型，做什么样的款式等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种银纤维防水透湿面料，具有防水透湿、抗菌和防臭的优点。
本发明的技术方案是：一种银纤维防水透湿面料，所述银纤维防水透湿面料包括防水层和面料主体组成，所述面料主体是由经纱和纬纱编织而成，所述经纱为银纤维，所述纬纱为锦纶和涤纶混纺而成，所述经纱的密度为100D／96F，所述纬纱的密度为75D／72F，所述银纤维占所述面料主体的重量比为68%-74%，所述锦纶和涤纶混纺占所述面料主体的重量比为26%-32%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述银纤维占所述面料主体的重量比为72%，所述锦纶和涤纶混纺占所述面料主体的重量比为28%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述防水层为TPU防水透气膜。
本发明的一种银纤维防水透湿面料，具有防水透湿、抗菌和防臭的优点。

下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明一种银纤维防水透湿面料，所述银纤维防水透湿面料包括防水层和面料主体组成，所述面料主体是由经纱和纬纱编织而成，所述经纱为银纤维，所述纬纱为锦纶和涤纶混纺而成，所述经纱的密度为100D／96F，所述纬纱的密度为75D／72F，所述银纤维占所述面料主体的重量比为68%-74%，所述锦纶和涤纶混纺占所述面料主体的重量比为26%-32%。
进一步说明，所述银纤维占所述面料主体的重量比为72%，所述锦纶和涤纶混纺占所述面料主体的重量比为28%，所述防水层为TPU防水透气膜。
进一步说明，TPU防水透气膜（高、中、低透湿）用途：服装、鞋材面料贴合规格：幅宽：54”58”60”厚度：厚度0.015mm—0.80mm，颜色有透明、半透明、雾面、乳白色、肤色、黑色。类型：聚醚、聚已内酯优势：高透湿性、手感好、高耐水压、加工性能好、耐水洗干洗TPU防水透气膜以弹性体为主要材料，其弹性佳，强度高，在防水特性上有其它材料所无法比拟的物性表现（可承受水压10000mm以上，最薄可达0.012mm）；TPU薄膜除了具有高防水性外更具有极佳之透湿性（人体汗气可自由在薄膜间穿透）。主要功能：高透气性(可达到10000g/m2/24小时，贴合之后还能够达到5000-7000g/m2/24小时，视各家工厂贴合方法、技术及布料与胶水而有所不同)；高防水性（透气性好的薄膜通常是采用聚醚型TPU制造的，所以其耐水解性，抗菌性都非常优秀，因其强度高，耐水压也是非常优秀的）；高超的耐磨性:是橡胶的4-5倍；高抗拉强度及延伸率300-500%。
在进一步说明，防霉除臭功能，细菌滋生会让身体产生臭味，而银纤维表面的银离子能非常迅速将阿摩尼亚及变质的蛋白质吸附其上而降低或消除臭味。金属银杀菌的机理就是阻断细菌的生理过程。在温暖潮湿的环境里，银离子具有非常高的生物活性--这意味着银离子极易同其它物质相结合，使得细菌细胞膜内外的蛋白质凝固，从而阻断细菌细胞的呼吸和繁殖过程。环境越温暖潮湿，银离子的活性就越强。银纤维经测试能于1小时内抵制99.9%暴露于表面现象的细菌。而大部分其他抗菌产品经测试48小时后仍无法达到相同的效果。银纤维是将银和纤维紧密聚合而成，具有永久性，不会因时间及洗濯而递减，即使经洗濯250次后，其抗菌功能仍然丝毫没降低。本发明提供一种防水的面料，具有防水透湿、抗菌和防臭的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内，可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种银纤维防水透湿面料，其特征在于：所述银纤维防水透湿面料包括防水层和面料主体组成，所述面料主体是由经纱和纬纱编织而成，所述经纱为银纤维，所述纬纱为锦纶和涤纶混纺而成，所述经纱的密度为100D／96F，所述纬纱的密度为75D／72F，所述银纤维占所述面料主体的重量比为68%-74%，所述锦纶和涤纶混纺占所述面料主体的重量比为26%-32%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的银纤维防水透湿面料，其特征在于：所述银纤维占所述面料主体的重量比为72%，所述锦纶和涤纶混纺占所述面料主体的重量比为28%。
