Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量份比的原料:6~12份水基润滑剂、1~2份三乙醇胺、1~2份丙三醇、4~6份防锈剂、0.5~1份消沫剂、2~5份增稠剂、35~45份去离子水。本发明的润滑剂具有良好的润滑性,可有效提高缝纫设备工作效率;具有优良的耐久性及稳定性,少量增稠剂的添加提高了润滑剂体系的附着性和黏粘性,缝纫设备连续运转条件下添加润滑剂的频次大大降低,省时省力;本发明的润滑剂容易清洗、成本低廉、使用寿命长、不污染布面而且非常环保,容易被生物降解,是一种不含矿物油的缝纫设备专用润滑剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织设备助剂领域,具体涉及一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂。
背景技术
缝纫机是人们常用的一种较为精密的纺织器械,其使用过程中须要做好维护保养工作。要保养好一台缝纫机,须要在其运转时有足够的润滑剂对运转部位进行保护,使机器运转轻便灵活,减少机件磨损,润滑剂的选择尤为重要。
现有技术中缝纫机普遍使用石油制品或植物油作为其润滑剂/油,所用润滑剂润滑性能不好,使用寿命短,耐久性较差,缝纫机连续使用一天或几天后就需要全面加一次润滑剂/油,如果不是经常连续使用,一般每个半个月或者一个月也需要加一次润滑剂/油,费时费力,使用极为不便;以石油制品为基础的润滑剂还含有对身体有害的芳烃基础油,具有较强的疏水性,泄漏于织物上很难清洗干净,而且容易带来滞留在布面上的油渍气味,难以去除,严重影响了布面的质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,使得润滑剂具有良好的润滑性及黏粘性,水溶性及耐久性良好,使用安全、方便。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,包含以下重量份比的原料:6~12份水基润滑剂、1~2份三乙醇胺、1~2份丙三醇、4~6份防锈剂、0.5~1份消沫剂、2~5份增稠剂、35~45份去离子水。
作为优选,所述防锈剂为C11~13脂肪酸醇胺盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚烷氧基磷酸酯二乙醇胺中的一种。
作为优选,所述消沫剂为有机硅消泡剂。
作为优选,所述增稠剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇。
作为优选,所述水基润滑剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇、水溶性聚醚、聚乙二醇中的一种。
进一步地,所述一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其制备方法为:将水基润滑剂加热至50~60℃,依次搅拌加入消沫剂、丙三醇、三乙醇胺、防锈剂、去离子水和增稠剂,保温搅拌20~30min,降至室温,过滤包装后即为本发明成品。
优点:本发明提供的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂具有良好的润滑性,可有效提高缝纫设备工作效率;具有优良的耐久性及稳定性,少量增稠剂的添加提高了润滑剂体系的附着性和黏粘性,缝纫设备连续运转条件下添加润滑剂的频次大大降低,省时省力;本发明的润滑剂容易清洗、成本低廉、使用寿命长、不污染布面而且非常环保,容易被生物降解,是一种不含矿物油的缝纫设备专用润滑剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明:
实施例1:一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,包含以下重量份比的原料:6份水基润滑剂、1份三乙醇胺、1份丙三醇、4份防锈剂、0.5份消沫剂、2份增稠剂、35份去离子水。
本实施例中,所述防锈剂为C11脂肪酸醇胺盐,所述消沫剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述增稠剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇,所述水基润滑剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇。
进一步地,本实施例所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其制备方法为:将水基润滑剂加热至50~60℃,依次搅拌加入消沫剂、丙三醇、三乙醇胺、防锈剂、去离子水和增稠剂,保温搅拌20~30min,降至室温,过滤包装后即为本实施例一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂成品。
实施例2:一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,包含以下重量份比的原料:12份水基润滑剂、2份三乙醇胺、2份丙三醇、6份防锈剂、1份消沫剂、5份增稠剂、45份去离子水。
本实施例中,所述防锈剂为C12脂肪酸醇胺盐,所述消沫剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述增稠剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇,所述水基润滑剂为水溶性聚醚。
进一步地,本实施例所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,包含以下重量份比的原料:8份水基润滑剂、2份三乙醇胺、2份丙三醇、5份防锈剂、0.8份消沫剂、3份增稠剂、40份去离子水。
本实施例中,所述防锈剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述消沫剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述增稠剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇,所述水基润滑剂为聚乙二醇。
进一步地,本实施例所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4:一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,包含以下重量份比的原料:7份水基润滑剂、1.5份三乙醇胺、2份丙三醇、4.5份防锈剂、0.9份消沫剂、4份增稠剂、36份去离子水。
本实施例中,所述防锈剂为聚烷氧基磷酸酯二乙醇胺,所述消沫剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述增稠剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇,所述水基润滑剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇。
进一步地,本实施例所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5:一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,包含以下重量份比的原料:11份水基润滑剂、1份三乙醇胺、1份丙三醇、6份防锈剂、0.7份消沫剂、3份增稠剂、43份去离子水。
本实施例中,所述防锈剂为C13脂肪酸醇胺盐,所述消沫剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述增稠剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇,所述水基润滑剂为水溶性聚醚。
进一步地,本实施例所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量份比的原料:6~12份水基润滑剂、1~2份三乙醇胺、1~2份丙三醇、4~6份防锈剂、0.5~1份消沫剂、2~5份增稠剂、35~45份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其特征在于:包含以下重量份比的原料:9份水基润滑剂、2份三乙醇胺、2份丙三醇、5份防锈剂、0.8份消沫剂、4份增稠剂、40份去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为C11~13脂肪酸醇胺盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚烷氧基磷酸酯二乙醇胺中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其特征在于:所述消沫剂为有机硅消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐久性良好的水基缝纫机润滑剂,其特征在于:所述水基润滑剂为甲氧基聚乙二醇、水溶性聚醚、聚乙二醇中的一种。
