背景技术
[0002] 垃圾危害环境和能源短缺问题是当今世界范围内需要解决的重要课题之一,目前 世界范围内广泛采用的垃圾处理技术,仍然存在着难以克服的问题,可分述如下:
[0003] 1、焚烧发电:
[0004] -方面产生的热量用于发电和供暖,另一方面最大弊端是在焚烧垃圾时产生二次 污染物,如二恶英等有害气体,再次污染环境。同时焚烧处理的前期投入较大,焚烧相关设 备易于损坏,操作稳定性难度大,且能量转化效率很低,如果要解决好环保问题,势必会大 幅度增加成本,造成无法可持续运作的或依赖政府补贴的被动局面。
[0005] 2、填埋法:
[0006] 填埋法中大量垃圾污水由地表渗入地下,对城市环境和地下水源造成严重污染, 而且长期占用大量土地资源,因此这种垃圾处理方式已渐渐被政策限制或者仅作为过渡转 移性存放的方法。
[0007] 3、堆肥法:
[0008] 堆肥法中因生活垃圾堆肥量大,养分含量低,长期使用易造成土壤和地下水质污 染。选择性强,只能处理部分垃圾,很多成分无法生物降解。所以,堆肥的规模不易太大,更 不能对垃圾进行综合处理。
[0009] 4、生物处理法:
[001 0]通过选择合适菌种对垃圾中的有些有机质进行生物发酵,可降解合成醇类,甲烷 等燃料,残渣可在处理后部分用作肥料。由于方法本身不可避免地生成有害和污染物质,加 之生成的产品需要复杂的分离,废弃物也需要特殊的处理,且过程周期长,这些特点决定了 生物处理法的局限性和高成本,因此一直不能作为主要处理垃圾手段。
发明内容
[0011] 本发明的目的在于提供一种无污染、安全无隐患的全封闭零排放生活垃圾能源再 生及综合利用生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
[0012] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
[0013] -种全封闭零排放生活垃圾能源再生及综合利用生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
[0014] (1)垃圾分类、预处理和惰性物质处理制砖:垃圾经传送带送至挤压机,将非金属 无机物质压碎至IOmm以下,同时多余水分也被挤压分离,分离出的有机质再经粉碎机粉碎 至2cm以下;挤压分离过程中分离出的水和垃圾滤液合并进入污水处理系统;所述非金属无 机物质经400°C以上的有氧高温处理,有氧高温处理后得到的气体合并进入热解装置,有氧 高温处理后得到的固体渣和8-15%的水泥混合后采用制砖机制免烧砖;
[0015] (2)有机质热裂解、重整、合成燃料油:上述前处理后的有机质送入料斗,经螺旋杆 送料器,推入热解装置,热解采用催化流化中高温反应过程,产物为碳黑和有机油气,碳黑 送入化肥生产工艺中使用,油气经过过滤,送往重整器,重整采用高温、催化、水蒸汽过程, 主要产物为含有氢气、C0、⑶ 2、甲烷的混合气体,所述混合气体经过水蒸气法调整比例,经 热交换后,直接送往燃料合成器,燃料合成器将产生的燃气净化后,输往储罐,直接作为产 品销售或接内燃机发电并网;
[0016] (3)酸性气体的吸收和化肥合成:在化肥合成器中利用氨和活性碳吸收C02,再经 过磷酸盐的调整做成复合缓释化肥,其余的C0、水蒸汽和可燃气,流经热交换器,将水蒸气 出送往锅炉,可燃气和CO送往裂解和重整器作为燃气提供热源,热交换得到的热量用于垃 圾进入热解前的预热;
[0017] (4)废水处理及中水回用:收集的污水首先流经粗细格栅,去除体积较大的固体杂 后进入污水调节池,经污水调节池调节水质、水量及水温后,污水被提升进入混合槽,与经 过的其它废水充分混合;此混合水经PH调节池加碱调节PH值为中性后经配水槽进入水解酸 化池,在水解酸化池内悬挂填料,填料上设有兼性菌,污水中的大分子及难溶有机物被兼性 菌分解成小分子及易溶解有机物,接触氧化池内的微生物的氧化作用去除污水中的有机 物,并通过曝气为微生物提供充足的氧气;接触氧化池内老化的微生物膜从填料上脱落下 来,随水流入混凝反应槽,在混凝反应槽内投加混凝剂,使水中的悬浮物凝聚在一起,形成 颗粒状絮体,并在二沉池中实现固液分离;二沉池的上清液进入清水池,经石英砂过滤后, 进入景观池储存,用于绿化灌溉和工艺回用水源,污泥集于二沉池底部,污泥定期排入污泥 浓缩池,经浓缩后的污泥由隔膜栗栗入板框压滤机进行污泥脱水,脱水后干污泥送入热解 装置,惰性渣用于制砖,过滤液、冲洗水和浓缩池的上清液回流至调节池,重新返回污水处 理系统进行处理。

[0026] 本发明用于处理有机质废弃物等,不需分类,包括城市生活垃圾的有机质部份、屠 宰厂动物废弃物、农业废弃物、木材加工业废弃物等林业废弃物,既能解决城市垃圾造成的 环境问题,又有效地再生能源和生产回返于土地的缓释化肥,将生活垃圾经过热裂解、重整 和合成产出有效的缓释化肥和洁净燃料等,惰性残渣经过热改性,用于制备建筑用砖,实现 有效的碳循环,整个运行过程能耗合理,真正实现了垃圾的完全转化和利用,无二次污染生 成,产品可控、产值高,原料来源稳定可靠,同时,又能有效地生产高纯燃料,如汽柴油等有 价值的能源,或作为内燃机燃料直接发电并网,保证了整个生产无排放,封闭式操作环境, 过程安全无隐患,势必会带来显著的经济和社会效益。

具体实施方式

[0031] 请参阅图1-3,一种全封闭零排放生活垃圾能源再生及综合利用生产工艺,具体步 骤如下:
[0032] (1)垃圾分类、预处理和惰性物质处理制砖:垃圾经传送带送至挤压机,将石块、砖 头、玻璃、煤渣非金属无机物质压碎至IOmm以下,同时多余水分也被挤压分离,分离出的塑 料、纸张、织物有机质再经粉碎机粉碎至2cm以下;挤压分离过程中分离出的水和垃圾滤液 合并进入污水处理系统;所述非金属无机物质经400°C以上的有氧高温处理(热源来自重整 后气体降温850-400°C,以热交换方式利用系统热量),有氧高温处理后得到的气体合并进 入热解装置,有氧高温处理后得到的固体渣和8-15%的水泥混合后采用制砖机制免烧砖; 制砖机生产的成品规格有标准砖,空芯砖、多孔砖和槽形砖,指标达到Jc239-2001的标准和 Jc422-90免烧砖标准;
[0033] (2)有机质热裂解、重整、合成燃料油:上述前处理后的有机质送入料斗,经螺旋杆 送料器,推入热解装置,粉碎过程附加部分压缩功能,缩小有机垃圾(不要求干燥,含水量可 高约为30%)的体积,有利于热解反应的反应体积效率的提高。这一步预处理好的垃圾,直 接送入下一步热解过程;热解采用催化流化中高温反应(500_700°C)过程,产物为碳黑和有 机油气,碳黑送入化肥生产工艺中使用,油气经过过滤,送往重整器,这一步的热源,部分来 自后面生产过程产生的循环废热、燃气,部分可用碳黑,其余以外加热做为补充,比例由运 行的实际经济核算决定;重整采用高温(800_950°C)、催化、水蒸汽(锅炉供)过程,主要产物 为含有氢气、C0、C02、甲烷的混合气体,这些混合物不需分离,所述混合气体经过水蒸气法 调整比例,经热交换后,直接送往燃料合成器,热源和裂解器纳入统一的管理之中,燃料合 成器将产生的燃气净化后,输往储罐,直接作为产品销售或接内燃机发电并网;
[0034] (3)酸性气体的吸收和化肥合成:在化肥合成器中利用氨和活性碳吸收C02,再经 过磷酸盐的调整做成复合缓释化肥,其余的C0、水蒸汽和可燃气,流经热交换器,将水分出 送往锅炉,可燃气和CO送往裂解和重整器做燃气提供部分热源,热交换得到的热量用于垃 圾进入热解前的预热;
[0035] (4)废水处理及中水回用:收集的污水首先流经粗细格栅,去除体积较大的固体杂 后进入污水调节池,经污水调节池调节水质、水量及水温后,污水被提升进入混合槽,与经 过的其它废水充分混合;此混合水经PH调节池加碱调节PH值为中性后经配水槽进入水解酸 化池,在水解酸化池内悬挂填料,填料上设有兼性菌,污水中的大分子及难溶有机物被兼性 菌分解成小分子及易溶解有机物,使污水的可生化性得到一定程度的改善后再进入接触氧 化池,接触氧化池是污水得到治理的主要设施。接触氧化池内的微生物的氧化作用去除污 水中的有机物,所述接触氧化池内悬挂大量填料作为微生物的载体,并通过曝气为微生物 提供充足的氧气;污水连续不断地进入,水中大部分可溶性有机物被微生物吸附降解,接触 氧化池内老化的微生物膜从填料上脱落下来,随水流入混凝反应槽,在混凝反应槽内投加 混凝剂,使水中的悬浮物凝聚在一起,形成较大的颗粒状絮体,并在二沉池中实现固液分 离;二沉池的上清液进入清水池,经石英砂过滤后,进入景观池储存,用于绿化灌溉和工艺 回用水源,污泥集于二沉池底部,污泥定期排入污泥浓缩池,经浓缩后的污泥由隔膜栗栗入 板框压滤机进行污泥脱水,脱水后干污泥送入热解装置,惰性渣用于制砖,过滤液、冲洗水 和浓缩池的上清液回流至调节池,重新返回污水处理系统进行处理。

[0037] 某地区垃圾成份为:纸张:3 · 9%、厨余/木头:17 · 6%、塑料:16 · 1 %、纤维制品: 2.7%、固体渣:40.3%、金属:0.2%、水:19.3%。
[0038]按处理量为4吨/小时,经过挤压产生200公斤/小时(5 % )的废水进入污水处理,滚 压后再经过振动筛网床送带,1600公斤/小时的土渣被分离,热改性(400°C脱水,粉碎,850 °C改性)后与160公斤/小时的水泥及其他添加物混合,可制成各种需要的免烧砖;分离出来 的废水经废水处理工艺,将沉积泥经板压后,送入热改性装置用于制砖;而其中的有机质部 分被收集,送往热裂解装置。
[0039]其余的有机质部分约2200公斤/小时(含水15%),经剪切粉碎(尺寸2cm)进入热裂 解炉,其中流化温度为700°C,与有机质充分接触,因而可快速(〈2分钟)分解有机质为碳粉 (500公斤/小时)、有机油气(280公斤/小时)和水(800公斤/小时),并一起从顶部吹出,利用 传动力,经过两级涡旋分离器,将碳粉和灰份等固体与剩余气体分离。碳粉进入化肥合成装 置,而气体和水蒸汽经过吹浮式吸附过滤器,除去可能的有害成分后,进入重整工艺,在850 °C高温及催化下,与水蒸汽反应,生成小分子氢气、CCKCO 2和少量甲烷。由于下一步反应为 放热过程,这些流出气体需要冷却,因而将气体流经前述土渣两级热改性装置,达到热交换 和热量利用的目的。
[0040] 本发明提出了新的工艺和整合技术,并得到了中试(处理量50公斤/小时)试验的 验证,而后经过6年的工业化实践,表明这一近零排放、综合利用废弃有机质生产缓释化肥 和燃料等技术领域具备大规模实践基础,本发明与现有的立即填埋处理和立即焚烧处理方 法的指标对比如表1所示:

[0045]本发明创造了一套完整、有效、无污染、完全转化利用的垃圾综合处理工艺,通过 挤压、分筛和粉碎的特定过程,实现了垃圾的水、惰性物质和有机质的快速预处理,没有人 工分选介入,改善了生产环境和劳动强度;中高温度、常压下的快速热裂解过程。热裂解的 高能耗是制约这类技术应用的一个主要因素。本发明通过对设备的创新设计,采用流化快 速、高效热传递,和传统方法相比热解速度提高了近十倍,因此能耗大幅度得到了降低,为 热裂解技术的应用提供了保障;涡旋气固分离和吹浮吸附工艺,使得大规模量处理的速度 和效率得以可行;重整和调整工艺中的技术条件,包括设备、催化剂等,都是在经历了近十 年的研究,经过优化后的设计,其效率和产率都大幅度地得到了提高。解决诸多例如焦油和 一些聚合分子带来的净化问题;采用热裂解的产物之一,活性碳,和碱性物质如氨,对整个 系统的气体排放的酸性气体如二氧化碳、氮氧化物进行有效快速吸附制成缓释化肥,也是 本发明的重要创新之一。因此实现了无有害气体和温室气体排放的工艺过程,并同时产生 非常有价值的新型化肥;系统过程的热管理更是整个工艺很重要的一环,通过合理设计和 热交换等技术,系统的能耗得到了降低,效率得到了提高;在燃料合成中,过程为放热,传统 的管式热交换反应器效率低,周期长。我们发明了层稳流间隔换热反应模式,使得合成工艺 得到了效率上的显著改善。
[0046] 本发明用于处理有机质废弃物等,不需分类,包括城市生活垃圾的有机质部份、屠 宰厂动物废弃物、农业废弃物、木材加工业废弃物等林业废弃物,既能解决城市垃圾造成的 环境问题,又有效地再生能源和生产回返于土地的缓释化肥,将生活垃圾经过热裂解、重整 和合成产出有效的缓释化肥和洁净燃料等,惰性残渣经过热改性,用于制备建筑用砖,实现 有效的碳循环,整个运行过程能耗合理,真正实现了垃圾的完全转化和利用,无二次污染生 成,产品可控、产值高,原料来源稳定可靠,同时,又能有效地生产高纯燃料,如汽柴油等有 价值的能源,或作为内燃机燃料直接发电并网,保证了整个生产无排放,封闭式操作环境, 过程安全无隐患,势必会带来显著的经济和社会效益。
