Abstract
本发明公开了一种餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理方法,涉及垃圾处理技术领域。它包括以下步骤:步骤1,预处理:餐厨垃圾制得用于发酵的原料浆液;生活垃圾获得用于焚烧的干垃圾;步骤2,资源化:原料浆液制得沼气;干垃圾焚烧发电;步骤3,污染物处理:沼渣实现减量化,沼液进行沼液处理;烟气进行烟气净化;步骤4,沼气利用:沼气储存。本发明采用餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理的方法,可避免部分处理设施的重复建设,降低处理成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理技术领域,更具体地说它是一种餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理方法。
背景技术
随着公众对餐厨垃圾危害了解的深入,社会各界对建设餐厨垃圾处理厂的呼声也愈发强烈。目前,国内许多城市的餐厨垃圾处理厂均采用新建模式:在原有生活垃圾处理厂范围外,重新规划选址建设一座餐厨垃圾处理厂;由于市民往往抗拒将垃圾处置场所建设在其居住区附近,导致该模式大多存在选址困难的问题;同时,分别建设两厂(生活垃圾处理厂和餐厨垃圾处理厂)也存在投资过大的问题;此外,两厂独自管理,也将大大提高厂间资源共享,废物协同处置的难度;因而,实现餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾的协同处理是解决上述问题的一条有效方法。
餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾的协同处理,不仅能够降低处理成本;还可实现资源的循环利用,最大程度上实现废弃物资源化。
申请号为201610541836.1,专利名称为《生活垃圾与餐厨垃圾协同处理方法》的发明专利申请中提出了一种生活垃圾与餐厨垃圾协同处理的方法,该方法包括干湿垃圾的分离、干垃圾的焚烧发电以及湿垃圾的资源化处理等步骤,最终将干垃圾转化为飞灰并产生电能,湿垃圾经厌氧发酵或堆肥转化为能源或肥料;虽然这种方法通过餐厨垃圾和生活垃圾的协同处理实现垃圾的资源化利用,但是仍存在一些问题:首先,末端进行垃圾的干湿分离,工艺复杂,操作难度较大;其次,沼渣及废水中资源的回收效率不高;最后,该方法未能从整体上把握整个工艺,未考虑废水处理、烟气的处理等无害化处理过程中需消耗的电能、热能,可能存在处理成本偏高等问题。
因此,研发一种能够从整体上把握整个工艺,提高资源的回收效率,降低成本的餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理方法是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的不足之处,而提供一种餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,预处理:餐厨垃圾通过分拣系统、油水分离系统、破碎系统和制浆系统,制得用于发酵的原料浆液;
通过对生活垃圾通过分拣系统和脱水处理系统,获得用于焚烧的干垃圾;
步骤2,资源化:原料浆液通过厌氧发酵系统发酵制得沼气;
干垃圾通过焚烧发电系统焚烧发电;
步骤3,污染物处理:原料浆液厌氧发酵会产生沼渣和沼液,沼渣通过焚烧发电系统焚烧发电实现减量化,沼液通过沼液处理系统进行沼液处理;
焚烧发电会产生烟气,烟气通过烟气净化系统进行烟气净化;
步骤4,沼气利用:沼气经过沼气净化系统后通过沼气储存系统储存;储存后的沼气通过沼气燃烧系统,产生的热蒸汽用于厌氧发酵系统的加热保温,以及作为烟气净化系统的有效热源。
在上述技术方案中,步骤1中,分拣系统:通过分选工艺,分别对进入卸料斗中的餐厨垃圾和生活垃圾进行分选,去除餐厨垃圾中可回收物和不可降解物,去除生活垃圾中可回收物及不可燃物;分拣出的可回收物进行回收利用,分拣出的其他杂物则送入填埋场进行填埋,不可利用部分则依据各自的性质进行处理;
油水分离系统:对经分拣后的餐厨垃圾进行油水分离,分离出的粗油直接对外出售;分离出的液体直接送入制浆系统,用于发酵浆液的制备;剩下的是脱水去油后的餐厨垃圾;
脱水处理系统:将分拣后的生活垃圾堆存发酵,去除垃圾中多余的水分,得到脱水后的生活垃圾;
破碎系统:对脱水去油后的餐厨垃圾进行破碎,得到的餐厨垃圾颗粒的粒径不大于50mm;
制浆系统:将经过破碎的餐厨垃圾和脱水处理中的渗滤液进行混合;通过向混合浆液中加水搅拌,得到含固率6%-8%左右的发酵浆液。
在上述技术方案中,步骤2中,厌氧发酵系统:发酵浆液送入厌氧发酵罐,罐体采用蒸汽加热保温,在30-40℃的环境下发酵产沼气。
焚烧发电系统:将脱水后的生活垃圾在高温焚烧下产生热能转化为高温热蒸汽,推动锅轮机转动,产生电能。
在上述技术方案中,步骤3中,将沼渣送入脱水处理系统,然后作为可燃物供焚烧发电系统产生电能;
将沼液送入沼液处理系统,沼液处理系统采用生物法+膜处理工艺后产生污泥、浓缩液和尾水;污泥同沼渣一同送入脱水处理系统;浓缩液喷射入焚烧发电系统进行无害化处理;尾水作为工艺补充水供制浆系统和烟气净化系统使用;
烟气经烟气净化系统处理达标后排放;烟气净化系统采用SNCR+SDA+干法+活性炭+布袋除尘+SCR工艺,产生的飞灰经固化后外运填埋。
在上述技术方案中,沼气净化系统:沼气依次通过Fe2O3和石灰乳,去除其中的硫化氢及二氧化碳;
沼气存储系统:沼气压入专用气罐中进行收集;
沼气燃烧系统:收集的沼气送入沼气锅炉,通过燃烧产生的热能转化为热蒸汽,产生的热蒸汽用于厌氧发酵系统的加热保温,以保证发酵体系处于中温发酵的环境;此外,产生的热蒸汽也将作为烟气净化系统中SCR前的SGH的热源,保证进入SCR的烟气温度处于最佳反应温度。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1)本发明采用餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理的方法,可避免部分处理设施的重复建设,降低处理成本。
2)本发明可最大程度上实现垃圾的资源化利用;采用渗滤液配制发酵浆液,不仅可减少制浆工艺水的耗量,还可在一定程度上回收渗滤液中的能源;发酵完成后的沼渣送入垃圾焚烧系统焚烧发电,在实现废物减量化的同时,还可提高垃圾的能源回收效率;将沼液处理系统产生的浓缩液送入垃圾焚烧系统进行焚烧发电,可以以较低成本实现污水的零排水;沼液处理达标的尾水作为发酵制浆系统和烟气净化系统的补充水,节约了水资源,降低了运行成本;此外,将产生部分的沼气作为沼气燃烧系统的燃料,产生的热蒸汽供厌氧发酵系统和烟气净化系统使用,不仅降低了运行成本,还可提高沼气的资源化利用效率。

参阅附图可知:餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,预处理:餐厨垃圾通过分拣系统、油水分离系统、破碎系统和制浆系统,制得用于发酵的原料浆液;
通过对生活垃圾通过分拣系统和脱水处理系统,获得用于焚烧的干垃圾;
步骤2,资源化:原料浆液通过厌氧发酵系统发酵制得沼气;
干垃圾通过焚烧发电系统焚烧发电;
步骤3,污染物处理:原料浆液厌氧发酵会产生沼渣和沼液,沼渣通过焚烧发电系统焚烧发电实现减量化,沼液通过沼液处理系统进行沼液处理;
焚烧发电会产生烟气,烟气通过烟气净化系统进行烟气净化;
步骤4,沼气利用:沼气经过沼气净化系统后通过沼气储存系统储存;储存后的沼气通过沼气燃烧系统,产生的热蒸汽用于厌氧发酵系统的加热保温,以及作为烟气净化系统的有效热源。
在上述技术方案中,步骤1中,分拣系统:通过水选和磁选等工艺,分别对进入卸料斗中的餐厨垃圾和生活垃圾进行分选,餐厨垃圾中类似于包装纸、一次性碗筷等不可回收的可燃物,划为生活垃圾,供垃圾焚烧发电使用;去除餐厨垃圾中可回收物和不可降解物,去除生活垃圾中可回收物及不可燃物;分拣出的金属、塑料等可回收物进行回收利用,分拣出的砂石、煤渣等其他杂物则送入填埋场进行填埋;从源头将餐厨垃圾和生活垃圾分类;
油水分离系统:对经分拣后的餐厨垃圾通过三相分离器,在离心力的作用下分离出油脂、水和脱水垃圾,分离出的粗油直接对外出售;分离出的液体直接送入制浆系统,用于发酵浆液的制备;剩下的是脱水去油后的餐厨垃圾;此处也可依次采用固液分离和油水分离设备,分别将餐厨垃圾中的固体垃圾、水和油脂进行分离;
脱水处理系统:将分拣后的生活垃圾堆放于垃圾储坑中进行发酵,在微生物及重力的作用下去除垃圾中多余的水分,以提高垃圾的热值,提升垃圾焚烧发电的转化效率,得到脱水后的生活垃圾;
破碎系统:采用剪切式双轴破碎机对脱水去油后的餐厨垃圾进行破碎,得到的餐厨垃圾颗粒的粒径不大于50mm,以便后续厌氧发酵反应能够进行的更加彻底,尽可能提升系统的产沼气效率;
制浆系统:将经过破碎的餐厨垃圾和脱水处理中的渗滤液进行混合;通过向混合浆液中加水搅拌,得到含固率6%-8%左右的发酵浆液;通过向发酵浆液中添加各类营养物质,以保证发酵浆液中C/N比适合于后续的厌氧发酵;通过酸碱调节发酵浆液的pH维持在7左右,保证发酵浆液处于厌氧发酵最佳的pH环境;
为提高发酵浆液厌氧发酵的沼气产率,在制浆系统后增加一个浆液酸化水解罐,通过微生物的作用将大分子有机物转化成小分子的醇类和有机酸,便于后续厌氧发酵产沼气的进行。
步骤2中,厌氧发酵系统:发酵浆液送入厌氧发酵罐,发酵浆液送入厌氧发酵罐,罐体采用沼气锅炉产生的热蒸汽进行加热保温,发酵温度设定为30-40℃,发酵产甲烷周期设定为25-30天,在发酵过程中采用搅拌机对浆液进行扰动;
焚烧发电系统:将脱水后的生活垃圾在高温焚烧下产生热能转化为高温热蒸汽,推动锅轮机转动,产生电能。
步骤3中,将分离出的沼渣采用板框压滤机进行脱水,脱水后沼渣的含水率需低于60%,方可输送至生活垃圾脱水处理系统,进而作为燃料焚烧发电;
将沼液送入沼液处理系统进行沼液处理,沼液处理系统采用二级A/O+UF+NF+RO工艺;通过A/O池对进入系统的沼液进行预处理,以降低沼液中主要污染物COD,BOD及NH3-N的浓度;通过UF+NF+RO组成的膜反应器,进一步去除水中的少量污染物,以保证尾水达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》GBT18920-2002及《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》GBT19923-2005中的相关要求(两规范不一致处,参照要求较严的标准);产生的污泥经脱水后同沼渣一同送入脱水处理系统,产生的浓缩液喷射入焚烧发电系统进行无害化处理;经净化后的尾水作为工艺补充水供发酵浆液的制备及烟气净化系统中各药剂的配置使用,多余的尾水用于垃圾运输车辆的清洗;
生活垃圾焚烧产生的烟气经烟气净化系统处理达标后排放;烟气净化系统采用SNCR+SDA+干法+活性炭+布袋除尘+SCR工艺;烟气中的NOx依次通过SNCR和SCR系统进行反应,酸性气体经SDA和干粉系统进行吸收,其中的粉尘则通过袋式除尘器去除,以保证处理后的烟气达到《生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准》GB18485-2014中的相关要求。净化系统中收集的飞灰经固化后外运填埋。
沼气净化系统:步骤2中产生的沼气中常含有较高浓度的H2S和CO2;若不进行处理,将影响沼气的质量。通过Fe2O3可有效去除沼气中的H2S,而使用石灰乳则可吸收沼气中的CO2气体;
沼气存储系统:将步骤4中净化的沼气压入专用气罐中进行收集;沼气储罐应具有耐高压,防爆特性的同时,还需采用水封保证其密闭性,防止沼气外泄。
沼气燃烧系统:将步骤4中收集的沼气送入沼气锅炉,通过燃烧产生的热能转化为热蒸汽;产生的热蒸汽用于厌氧发酵系统的加热保温,以保证发酵体系处于中温发酵的环境。此外,产生的热蒸汽也将作为烟气净化系统中SCR前的SGH的热源,保证进入SCR的烟气温度大于170℃。
步骤1:分拣中,餐厨垃圾中分选出的木头、塑料等可燃物送入脱水处理,作为干垃圾燃烧发电。
油水分离:分离出的油脂采用催化制柴油技术进行处理,提高产品的利用效率;
厌氧发酵中采用中温湿式发酵工艺,发酵周期不应低于15天。
沼渣和污泥的脱水均应尽可能的降低物料中的含水率,以减少脱水处理中的渗滤液的产量。
尾水可供厂区内道路浇撒、车辆冲洗、绿化灌溉使用。
存储的沼气可用于发电、厂区照明、食堂烹饪和外售。
其它未说明的部分均属于现有技术。
Claims (5)
1.餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,预处理:餐厨垃圾通过分拣系统、油水分离系统、破碎系统和制浆系统,制得用于发酵的原料浆液;
对生活垃圾通过分拣系统和脱水处理系统,获得用于焚烧的干垃圾;
分拣系统:通过分选工艺,分别对进入卸料斗中的餐厨垃圾和生活垃圾进行分选,去除餐厨垃圾中可回收物和不可降解物,去除生活垃圾中可回收物及不可燃物;分拣出的可回收物进行回收利用,分拣出的其他杂物则送入填埋场进行填埋,不可利用部分则依据各自的性质进行处理;
油水分离系统:对经分拣后的餐厨垃圾进行油水分离,分离出的粗油直接对外出售;分离出的液体直接送入制浆系统,用于发酵浆液的制备;剩下的是脱水去油后的餐厨垃圾;
脱水处理系统:将分拣后的生活垃圾堆存发酵,去除垃圾中多余的水分,得到脱水后的生活垃圾;

步骤2中,焚烧发电系统:将脱水后的生活垃圾在高温焚烧下产生热能转化为高温热蒸汽,推动锅轮机转动,产生电能。
4.根据权利要求3所述的餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理方法,其特征在于:
步骤3中,烟气经烟气净化系统处理达标后排放;烟气净化系统采用SNCR+SDA+干法+活性炭+布袋除尘+SCR工艺,产生的飞灰经固化后外运填埋。
5.根据权利要求4所述的餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理方法,其特征在于:
