[0002] 我国是世界上垃圾包揪最重的国家,全国668座城市垃圾年产全国垃圾年清运总量3亿吨以上,垃圾增长率达到10%以上,中国年产垃圾已经占到全世界的四分之一以上。 全国现已有720亿吨垃圾包围着大中小城镇,占地5. 4亿平方米。全国几乎所有城镇均陷入垃圾重围之中,形成了“垃圾包围城市”的态势,城市垃圾将可能变成“垃圾城市”。大型垃圾填埋场周围大多形成了高发病区,民众的环境纠纷案件在不断增多。它涉及到所有城镇和人群,直接制约着我国城市化的进程,直接制约着经济发展,直接影响到社会安定。现已发展成为国内外重大环境问题的焦点之一。
[0003] 目前,国内的垃圾处理还没有一种很好的解决办法。现普遍采用的有三种方法:一是填埋;二是焚烧及焚烧发电;三是堆肥发酵沼气发电。现具体分析如下:
[0004] 一卫生填埋法;目前采用最多的垃圾处理方法。这种方法看似简单,但危害很大。 其缺点是:
[0005] (1)占地面积大、使用时间短(一般十年左右)、土地占用时间长(100年内无法再利用);
[0006] (2)填埋场四周产生的臭气、毒气、孳生了细菌、病毒、蚊子苍蝇等疾病传播源,还有制癌物,严重危害老百姓的身体健康。
[0007] (3)填埋后的垃圾对土壤、地下水、大气造成严重污染,其潜在危害性是在不断增加。
[0008] (4)垃圾填埋造成了资源的严重浪费。
[0009] (5)每天有大量的污水外溢要化人力物力去处理、要长期维护处理20年,每年要支付多少渗漏污水处理费用?对未来的环境影响难以估量。
[0010] 填埋的垃圾处理方法是一种无奈的处理方法。我们已逐步认识到了问题的严重性,有许多地方都在寻找积极有效的垃圾处理方法。
[0011] 二焚烧及焚烧发电方法。这种方法表面看似实现了垃圾处理的快速化,减量化和资源化,但是调研一下我国已建成并投产的焚烧或焚烧发电垃圾处理厂,就会发现这种处理方法其实也是一种得不偿失的处理方法。
[0012] (1)首先看其减量化,表面看似乎垃圾焚烧减量了 50%〜60%,但是实际上剩下的40%〜50%的炉渣还是需要再处理,还是要再去填埋又占用大量土地,重金属等污染地下水和土壤;
[0013] (2)再看资源化,直接焚烧就不用讲了,因为这种方法根本就没有实现资源化,更没有实现产业化,反而是严重浪费了可回收的资源。
[0014] (3)垃圾焚烧发电的方法,这种技术来源于国外,技术成熟,但是引进我国后,许多地方投产后因运行费用昂贵,政府财政无力承担,最后又不得不去填埋。其主要原因是我国的垃圾成分复杂、热值低、水分大,致使垃圾焚烧炉无法正常工作。那么要想正常工作,就必须加煤或喷油,这样就增加了运行费用,使投入远远大于产出。
[0015] (4)垃圾在焚烧过程中,释放出的臭气、毒气、二恶英、电池中的汞蒸汽等,严重二次污染大气,而且无法处理此类有毒气体,运行费用又十分昂贵,根本不符合我国国情。所以,从长远看,这种方法也不符合国家的垃圾处理无害化、资源化、产业化政策方向。
[0016] 三堆肥法,该方法具有投资少,易操作的优点。但存在着缺点:
[0017] (1)有机物堆腐时间长,一般需三周至一个月,堆积污染严重,苍蝇、蚊子孳生,严重污染周边环境,给当地卫生防疫带来极大隐患。
[0018] (2)有机物降解不彻底,处理不充分,残留物仍会造成垃圾污染。
[0019] (3)有机物堆肥产品杂质多,而且对重金属等有害物质不能有效分离,长期使用堆肥产品,会造成土壤表面沉积,破坏土壤、危害农作物。
[0020] (4)堆肥过程中,大多数氮营养被自然释放,磷、钾等化合物被自然降解,所以致使肥料质量低下,广大农民不愿问津,市场前景渺茫。
[0021] 综上所述,我国目前的生活垃圾处理技术基本处于低下水平,很难实现垃圾处理的无害化、资源化,更谈不上产业化。
发明内容:
[0022] 本发明提供了一种零污染零排放无害化城市生活垃圾资源化回收处理方法:能彻底解决现有全世界的生活垃圾处理技术的难题,提供一种占地面积小、处理时间短、零污染、零排放、无害化、全资源化、日产日清无剩余、无二次污染、运行费用低。所生产的有机肥料质量高,解决三农问题同时发展有机农业产业链的科学方法。
[0023] 本发明提供了一种零污染零排放无害化城市生活垃圾资源化回收处理方法:主要包括“CXEP六化十六大系统”如下步骤处理:
[0024] (1)、城市生活垃圾全封闭自动进料分选系统;封闭式的垃圾暂贮仓,配备行车和专用抓斗、板式进料输送装置、通风系统和喷雾除臭装置、渗浙液回收利用装置。垃圾进料和储存,并将仓内垃圾连续均勻地送入分选系统,把垃圾渗浙液收集储存利用、同时将垃圾储存期挥发的臭气集控处理。
[0025] (2)、大件垃圾自动分选、粉碎系统;大件垃圾分选装置、以机械手方式将废弃家俱类、装修废料、树枝竹杆、包装盒类、大件杂物类自动粉碎成300mm大小,分选率达到99% ; 可作为工厂燃料自用。以便进入热解气化系统之用。同时还和风力分选装置、电磁和永磁除铁装置、可调式砖石专用分选装置、输送装置和配套的通风除尘、除臭装置等综合为一体。
[0026] (3)、袋装垃圾自动破袋分选系统!
[0027] 同时可将生活垃圾中的袋装垃圾的袋子全部破开,其余垃圾去向破袋破碎机。可把各种垃圾自动破袋后、按颗粒大小筛选、用重力及弹跳力振动分选、用磁性分选、用轻重大小风选、特别把塑料袋泡沫盒类等风选分选彻底,塑料类分选率达95%以上、全部利用物理原理进行多级综合自动化分选输送并归类。[0028] (4)、有机物自动破碎风选分选系统;经破袋破碎机处理后的垃圾自然下落至综合风选机,根据比重不同、落点不同,破碎后垃圾粒径不同、成分不同的原理,通过风选装置、 粒选装置、磁选装置,可将垃圾分选清理分开归类。
[0029] (5)、全封闭式机械化风选塑料及磁选系统;无机物、铁磁物、电池类、砂土类、有机物、不可回收类可燃物、薄膜塑料类、轻质垃圾等。将混合垃圾经过机械筛选、风选、水选 (废旧塑料),磁选,物料被分成有机物(厨余、树叶杂草)、无机物(渣土、砖石、陶瓷、玻璃等)、可燃物(纸张、树枝竹木、稷杆杂草类、包装类、少量碎橡塑等)、塑料(较好塑料和塑料瓶等)、废金属等,并分别输送到相应的处理车间再清洗归类回收再利用。
[0030] (6)、有机物高温高压灭菌消毒喷爆系统;有机物进入高压力罐加温200度(10个大气压)中,进行2小时的高温高压消毒杀菌水解水热氧化处理,彻底熟化后将灌内物料瞬间喷爆至减压仓。喷爆时物料完全膨化成粉末状,所有喷爆后的物料再进入烘干系统、经筛选机筛分后,有机物类垃圾全部成为筛下物,无机物类全部成为筛上物,此项技术为目前国内外垃圾分类技术中,有机物与无机物分离最彻底的最先进的分选技术,即称“热选”技术。
[0031] (7)、氧化制造颗粒有机肥料系统!经高温高压消毒杀菌水解水热氧化后的大量有机质物料,经过特殊处理后可作为纯高效生态有机肥直接使用,总养分可达5% -8%左右。这种降解后的有机质,用电子配料系统,自动配入农作物生长所需要的氮、磷、钾养份和适量的微量元素,并经科学造粒烘干,最终制成高养分有机复合肥料,供有机农场使用,同时能改良土壤。
[0032] (8)、无机物类制建材系统!本工艺利用分选出的无机物、垃圾热解气化后的炉渣为原料,制作成空心砖或道板砖,主要品种为:增光西班牙道板、机压西班牙道板、增光草坪砖、机压六角砖、机压扭曲砖、机压彩色路沿石系列、机压空心砖等。生产的多孔固化垃圾多孔砖达到(GB13M4-2000)《烧结多孔砖》,Q/JK01-2004《固化垃圾多孔砖》的国家标准。
[0033] (9)、橡胶类硬塑料炼油系统;把废旧橡胶轮胎、胶鞋、胶塑类制品、废旧塑料类、油脂、油漆类物料等送入炼油设备系统处理器中,经热熔过程把产生的含二氧化硫气体经脱硫、除尘、沉降池、达标后再输送到气体处理塔再净化处理。在旋转处理器内的温度达到要求时候就有油、气产生,把油气进入渣油池冷却裂解,结束后把油、渣、等分离开、再进入下道精炼成柴油、汽油达国标后使用,炉渣去向制成建材。

[0036] (12)、余热利用供应系统(热量多余可加发电系统);热力系统主要供水解水热氧化压力罐、生态有机肥干燥机、建材养护窑提供热能,其热源主要来自可燃物气化炉,主要设备包括过热蒸气余热锅炉、热风炉、热空气储罐、空气压缩机、压缩空气储罐等。用气体清结能源烧锅炉、烧水、余热供本厂使用、多余热能或给居民集中供热或给酒店、宾馆、学校、洗浴中心供热水。在日处理1000吨以上工厂可加装发电系统,经济效益很高,做到以废治废、充分利用、节能环保。
[0037] (13)、可回收物再生利用系统;把各车间分选出的铁制品、金属类、电器类等、玻璃制品类等,给回收站再利用。电池类给专业处理厂处置。
[0038] (14)、塔式喷淋洗滌废气处理系统;废气集控处理系统:垃圾分选车间臭气、热力系统运行废气、水解水热氧化釜工作过程中产生的废气,炼油系统产生废气、塑料制粒车间废气、制肥车间废气、经收集后送至废气洗涤塔进行集控处理。同时在消除烟尘和有害气体,使废气中的烟尘及有害成分与水膜中的添加剂发生化学反应,生成固态反应物,随水流去向沉降池。废气水膜洗涤塔尾气出口管道设置有活性碳吸附回收装置,吸附尾气中的有害危险物,以保证尾气排放达到国家标准。
[0039] (15)、污水综合处理循环利用;用“A/0“+脱色氧化组合式处理的工艺,即过滤,吸附保护手段,使其能稳定达到国家标准。污水经过粗、细格栅后,进入调节池,并在池中进行水质、水量调节,保证进入生化系统水质、水量稳定。污水将由污水排水管均衡地送入后序处理设备。调节池内设预曝气装置,即可起到初步降解水中有机物,又可以防止污水中杂物沉降、淤塞。废水进入氧化池后,在通过曝气管不断将二氧化氯与污水混合,二氧化氯浓度不断增大,氧化能力不断增强,色度不断降低,高分子不断被分解、降解大部分C0Dcr、B0D5 和SS,同时废水中的NH4-N也有所下降。再通过生物脱色炭滤罐进一步脱色和澄清过滤,保证出水色和各项排污指标达到国家标准,全部净化水再次循环利用。水池底部污泥去向高温高压消毒杀菌水解水热氧化处理灌,彻底熟化后进入制肥系统,制有机肥料!

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种零污染零排放无害化城市生活垃圾资源化回收处理方法,“CXEP六化十六大处理系统”其特征在于:(1)、城市生活垃圾全封闭自动进料分选系统;封闭式的垃圾暂贮仓,配备行车和专用抓斗、板式进料输送装置、通风系统和喷雾除臭装置、渗浙液回收利用装置。垃圾进料和储存,并将仓内垃圾连续均勻地送入分选系统,把垃圾渗浙液收集储存利用、同时将垃圾储存期挥发的臭气集控处理。(2)、大件垃圾自动分选、粉碎系统;大件垃圾分选装置、以机械手方式将废弃家俱类、 装修废料、树枝竹杆、包装盒类、大件杂物类自动粉碎成300mm大小,分选率达到99% ;可作为工厂燃料自用。以便进入热解气化系统之用。同时还和风力分选装置、电磁和永磁除铁装置、可调式砖石专用分选装置、输送装置和配套的通风除尘、除臭装置等综合为一体。(3)、袋装垃圾自动破袋分选系统!同时可将生活垃圾中的袋装垃圾的袋子全部破开,其余垃圾去向破袋破碎机。可把各种垃圾自动破袋后、按颗粒大小筛选、用重力及弹跳力振动分选、用磁性分选、用轻重大小风选、特别把塑料袋泡沫盒类等风选分选彻底,塑料类分选率达95%以上、全部利用物理原理进行多级综合自动化分选输送并归类。(4)、有机物自动破碎风选分选系统;经破袋破碎机处理后的垃圾自然下落至综合风选机,根据比重不同、落点不同,破碎后垃圾粒径不同、成分不同的原理,通过风选装置、粒选装置、磁选装置,可将垃圾分选清理分开归类。(5)、全封闭式机械化风选塑料及磁选系统;无机物、铁磁物、电池类、砂土类、有机物、 不可回收类可燃物、薄膜塑料类、轻质垃圾等。将混合垃圾经过机械筛选、风选、水选(废旧塑料),磁选,物料被分成有机物(厨余、树叶杂草)、无机物(渣土、砖石、陶瓷、玻璃等)、 可燃物(纸张、树枝竹木、稷杆杂草类、包装类、少量碎橡塑等)、塑料(较好塑料和塑料瓶等)、废金属等,并分别输送到相应的处理车间再清洗归类回收再利用。(6)、有机物高温高压灭菌消毒喷爆系统;有机物进入高压力罐加温200度(10个大气压)中,进行2小时的高温高压消毒杀菌水解水热氧化处理,彻底熟化后将灌内物料瞬间喷爆至减压仓。喷爆时物料完全膨化成粉末状,所有喷爆后的物料再进入烘干系统、经筛选机筛分后,有机物类垃圾全部成为筛下物,无机物类全部成为筛上物,此项技术为目前国内外垃圾分类技术中,有机物与无机物分离最彻底的最先进的分选技术,即称“热选”技术。(7)、氧化制造颗粒有机肥料系统!经高温高压消毒杀菌水解水热氧化后的大量有机质物料,经过特殊处理后可作为纯高效生态有机肥直接使用,总养分可达5%-8%左右。 这种降解后的有机质,用电子配料系统,自动配入农作物生长所需要的氮、磷、钾养份和适量的微量元素,并经科学造粒烘干,最终制成高养分有机复合肥料,供有机农场使用,同时能改良土壤。(8)、无机物类制建材系统!本工艺利用分选出的无机物、垃圾热解气化后的炉渣为原料,制作成空心砖或道板砖,主要品种为:增光西班牙道板、机压西班牙道板、增光草坪砖、 机压六角砖、机压扭曲砖、机压彩色路沿石系列、机压空心砖等。生产的多孔固化垃圾多孔砖达到(GB13M4-2000)《烧结多孔砖》,Q/JK01-2004《固化垃圾多孔砖》的国家标准。(9)、橡胶类硬塑料炼油系统;把废旧橡胶轮胎、胶鞋、胶塑类制品、废旧塑料类、油脂、 油漆类物料等送入炼油设备系统处理器中,经热熔过程把产生的含二氧化硫气体经脱硫、 除尘、沉降池、达标后再输送到气体处理塔再净化处理。在旋转处理器内的温度达到要求时候就有油、气产生,把油气进入渣油池冷却裂解,结束后把油、渣、等分离开、再进入下道精炼成柴油、汽油达国标后使用,炉渣去向制成建材。(10)、橡胶类硬塑料炼油系统;把废旧橡胶轮胎、胶鞋、胶塑类制品、废旧塑料类、油脂、 油漆类物料等送入炼油设备系统处理器中,经热熔过程把产生的含二氧化硫气体经脱硫、 除尘、沉降池、达标后再输送到气体处理塔再净化处理。在旋转处理器内的温度达到要求时候就有油、气产生,把油气进入渣油池冷却裂解,结束后把油、渣、等分离开、再进入下道精炼成柴油、汽油达国标后使用,炉渣去向制成建材。(11)、不可回收类可燃物热解气化系统;大件家具类、装修废木料类、织物类、竹木类、 包装类、采用专利配方添加剂混合后,进入热解气化炉设备干溜气化成气体清结能源;然后用可燃气体烧蒸气锅炉供热系统、炉渣去向制成建材。(12)、余热利用供应系统(热量多余可加发电系统);热力系统主要供水解水热氧化压力罐、生态有机肥干燥机、建材养护窑提供热能,其热源主要来自可燃物气化炉,主要设备包括过热蒸气余热锅炉、热风炉、热空气储罐、空气压缩机、压缩空气储罐等。用气体清结能源烧锅炉、烧水、余热供本厂使用、多余热能或给居民集中供热或给酒店、宾馆、学校、洗浴中心供热水。在日处理1000吨以上工厂可加装发电系统,经济效益很高,做到以废治废、充分利用、节能环保。(13)、可回收物再生利用系统;把各车间分选出的铁制品、金属类、电器类等、玻璃制品类等,给回收站再利用。电池类给专业处理厂处置。(14)、塔式喷淋洗滌废气处理系统;废气集控处理系统:垃圾分选车间臭气、热力系统运行废气、水解水热氧化釜工作过程中产生的废气,炼油系统产生废气、塑料制粒车间废气、制肥车间废气、经收集后送至废气洗涤塔进行集控处理。同时在消除烟尘和有害气体, 使废气中的烟尘及有害成分与水膜中的添加剂发生化学反应,生成固态反应物,随水流去向沉降池。废气水膜洗涤塔尾气出口管道设置有活性碳吸附回收装置,吸附尾气中的有害危险物,以保证尾气排放达到国家标准。(15)、污水综合处理循环利用;用“A/0”+脱色氧化组合式处理的工艺,即过滤,吸附保护手段,使其能稳定达到国家标准。污水经过粗、细格栅后,进入调节池,并在池中进行水质、水量调节,保证进入生化系统水质、水量稳定。污水将由污水排水管均衡地送入后序处理设备。调节池内设预曝气装置,即可起到初步降解水中有机物,又可以防止污水中杂物沉降、淤塞。废水进入氧化池后,在通过曝气管不断将二氧化氯与污水混合,二氧化氯浓度不断增大,氧化能力不断增强,色度不断降低,高分子不断被分解、降解大部分C0Dcr、B0D5和 SS,同时废水中的NH4-N也有所下降。再通过生物脱色炭滤罐进一步脱色和澄清过滤,保证出水色和各项排污指标达到国家标准,全部净化水再次循环利用。水池底部污泥去向高温高压消毒杀菌水解水热氧化处理灌,彻底熟化后进入制肥系统,制有机肥料!
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种零污染零排放无害化城市生活垃圾资源化回收处理方法,“CXEP六化十六大处理系统”其特征在于:“CXEP”生活垃圾综合处理六化十六大系统1、生活垃圾全封闭自动进料分选系统;2、 大件垃圾自动分选及粉碎系统;3、袋装垃圾自动破袋分选系统;4、有机物自动破碎风选分选系统;5、封闭式机械化风选塑料及磁选系统;6、有机物高温高压灭菌消毒喷爆系统;7、 氧化制造颗粒有机肥料系统;8、无机物制建材系统;9、塑料类回收制造颗粒系统;10、橡胶类硬塑料炼油系统;11、不可回收类可燃物热解气化系统;12、余热利用供应系统(热量特大可加发电系统);13、可回收物再生利用系统;14、塔式喷淋洗滌废气集控处理系统! 15、 污水处理系统;16、自动监控、检测系统。
