Abstract

本发明是一种进水也不会沉的船艇,主要目的是解决现代所有船艇都共同存在的进水便会沉没的难题和容易侧翻及容易触撞散架等难题,具体的解决方案是采用不同于现在的造船方式和不同的材料构成不会沉的新式船,采用竹节管、分格板梁和防火型发泡填充料制成浮体平台后再在平台上造船仓住房和攻防设施非常适合军民两用船的专业生产厂家接产和推广使用。

技术领域:本发明是一种进水也不会沉的船艇,属造船业领域。
背景技术:船是一种浮于水面航行的古老运输产品,从竹木船到钢铁合金船及钢筋混凝土大型浮体,还有采用轻质金属和发泡剂填充制成的船艇等,尤其是现代发展的远洋轮船、航母舰艇更是多种多样,但共同都存在一个致命的缺点,那就是进水便会沉入水底,侧翻也会沉没,造成大量水难事故,给人类带来了重大生命财产损失。从古至今没有人能解决这一世界难题,为了解决这一问题便是本发明的目的。
发明内容:本发明的创新理念是让船进水也不会沉没,而且也不会因侧翻触礁而沉没散架,主要采用轻质而强度高韧性好的材料,如铝钛合金、不锈钢、聚四氟乙烯等金属塑料材料制成的竹节管、分格板、分格梁、分格仓,再用辅助填充轻质、韧性防火材料,如防火发泡剂与轻质韧性水泥混合填充料和伸缩充气气球等组合建造成新型的进水、侧翻、触撞也不会沉没散架的新式舰船。从而实现谁都希望拥有的永不沉没的货运航海轮船和炸不沉的航母舰艇之理想目的。
具体实施方案:本发明的具体实施方案分为结构材料制造,如竹节管和分格板梁的制造等;填充料的制造,如防火发泡剂和韧性水泥混合填充料的制造等;船体结构制造,如大中小型船体制造和多船体联结构成大型规模浮体平台等三部分分别实施。结构材料实施方案又分开竹节管制造和分格板梁制造多方案分别介绍;所谓竹节管,其结构特征是:在模铸管道时或卷制管道时需预设定管道每隔一段距离就有一道隔离板、象竹子的竹节一样,所以称其为竹节管。其主要功能是内分段隔离,中间空体积大,具有排水浮力大,能浮于水面,并在不超过一半以上节间穿洞进水或断开损坏漏水也不会沉没水下的功能,所以用竹节管横直叠装连结组成的浮体本身就具有船的功能,能承受较高的重压浮于水面并能抗击风浪触撞不容易散架和具有进水也不会下沉的功能。所述之分格板的实施方案是:采用强度高韧性好的轻质金属或塑料板两块板之间设置横直均匀的分隔板条对合连结构成中空而又密封的分格板,这种分隔板的功能是体空质轻浮力大,适宜用于建造船体面板和围板或货仓隔板,即使触碰穿洞也不容易散开和沉入水下,如与竹节管和分格梁组合连接建造大船无疑会增强其不会沉没的功能;此外,分格梁的制造方案是:所述的分格梁是采用方型或扁型的管道每隔一段距离即设置一块隔板,使之构成中空分格梁,其主要功能是承重能力强和抗拉强度高及体空浮力大等功能,最适宜用于造船和大型航母作为连结过梁使用,其结合竹节管、分格板组合构成的船艇本身就大大提高了抗沉能力和抗碰撞的功能;再有填充材料的防火发泡剂的制造方案是:采用现有的可燃发泡剂与现有的防火粉剂用喷雾式混合方法组成防火型发泡剂直接填充于船体连接空间或用现有防火发泡剂填充使船体形成一造质轻中空、浮力大强度高、穿洞漏水也不会下沉的整体浮船;即使挨炸弹炸开也不会整体下沉的浮体平台。为了实现船体进水也不下沉的目的,船体结构的制造方案是关键,具体组装其特征是:首先采用分格板焊制平底或半圆形或船形船外壳;然后采用分隔仓的方式并使用分格梁连接组成分格仓式船壳体,然后采用竹节管横直排列叠装焊接连结辅平船仓面,其中横排的竹节管致少有上中下三排穿过船仓分隔板联结整船各仓;竹节管叠装完成后即填充防火韧性发泡混合填充料于竹节管之间的空间,填平船仓盖住竹节管组成一造整体的船体平台,之后在船体平台周边再组装护栏,并安装防侧翻的可伸缩或可收放自如的两侧分格梁,并在分格梁中内装可自动充放气体的韧性气球,用于遇风浪或海啸时自动伸长并自行充气以增大船一侧或两侧的抗侧翻能力和整船的浮力;然后在船体平台上用分格板或竹节管设装一层垫空板管网基层,在基层上设计安装货运货仓,员工住房层,周边防护设施,或用于战争的攻防武器,激光发射装置,防空网发射装置,深水炸弹,防潜防空,预警雷达装置,防空导弹发射装置,无人飞机起降装置。
积极效果:由于本发明采用了与传统完全不同的造船方法和造船材料,实现了进水不会沉,碰撞不易散架,遇风浪不易侧翻,挨鱼雷攻击和炮弹导弹轰炸也不会整体下沉的预期目的,称得上是一种永不沉没的船艇,一旦得到军民两用,将对造船业产生积极的现实意义,对国家安全,人民的生命财产安全都将具有积极的现实意义。

1.进水也不会沉的船艇具体的构成其特征是:首先采用分格板焊制平底或半圆形或船形船外壳;然后采用分隔仓的方式并使用分格梁连接组成分格仓式船壳体,然后采用竹节管横直排列叠装焊接连结辅平船仓面,其中横排的竹节管致少有上中下三排穿过船仓分隔板联结整船各仓;竹节管叠装完成后即填充防火韧性发泡混合填充料于竹节管之间的空间,填平船仓盖住竹节管组成一造整体的船体平台,之后在船体平台周边再组装护栏,并安装防侧翻的可伸缩或可收放自如的两侧分格梁,并在分格梁中内装可自动充放气体的韧性气球,用于遇风浪或海啸时自动伸长并自行充气以增大船一侧或两侧的抗侧翻能力和整船的浮力;然后在船体平台上用分格板或竹节管设装一层垫空板管网基层,在基层上设计安装货运货仓,员工住房层,周边防护设施,或用于战争的攻防武器,激光发射装置,防空网发射装置,深水炸弹,防潜防空,预警雷达装置,防空导弹发射装置,无人飞机起降装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述装置其特征是所用的造船部件材料包括轻质金属塑料、竹节管、分格板、分格梁、混合防火发泡填充材料、充放气气球、伸缩收放分格梁。
3.根据权利要求1所述装置其特征是:如果军用舰艇,在船体平台上另设有攻防武器装置包括激光发射击装置、防空网发射装置、预警雷达装置、防空导弹发射装置、无人飞机起降装置、深水炸弹装置。
