[0015] 所有气囊I安装在船的舷侧板7外表面,如图I所示。图2为单个气囊I的局部剖视图,气囊I分别与舷侧板7外表面和气囊保护板2固连。气囊I里面装有适量碳酸钙粉末5和一个耐腐蚀的盐酸袋6,盐酸袋6里面装有适量盐酸。盐酸袋6与折叠着的气囊I粘连在一起,由于盐酸袋6的容积和强度比气囊I的容积和强度小很多,当气囊I稍微张开时,盐酸袋6会被撕裂。气囊保护板2的上边铰接在舷侧板7外表面,推力弹簧3安装在舷侧板7上且作用在气囊保护板2下边。在气囊保护板2和舷侧板7之间安装缆绳4,缆绳4的长度限制气囊保护板2与舷侧板7的夹角最多只有90度。
[0016] 本发明具体工作过程如下:当船体漏水发生倾斜时,船员可通过控制开关使弹力弹簧3作用在气囊保护板2,使气囊保护板2与舷侧板7形成一个小的角度。与之固连的气囊I就会随之打开,这时,与气囊I粘在一起的盐酸袋6会被撕裂。盐酸溢出可与气囊I内的碳酸钙粉末5反应,迅速生成大量气体,撑开气囊I。气囊I在浮力的作用下会上浮,继续撑开气囊保护板2,当气囊保护板2与舷侧板7的夹角达到90度时,缆绳4会限制其夹角继续张大,如图3所示。当船体部分进水发生倾斜时,可打开相应位置的气囊I使船体恢复平衡;但船体漏水严重时,打开所有气囊I,可为船体提供巨大浮力,阻止船身进一步下沉。
Claims (5)
1. 一种船舶抗沉气囊装置,其特征在于多个气囊安装在船的舷侧板外表面,气囊内装有耐腐蚀的盐酸袋和碳酸钙粉末,盐酸袋内装有适量盐酸。
2.根据权利要求I所述的船舶抗沉气囊装置,其特征是:气囊分别与舷侧板外表面和气囊保护板固连。
3.根据权利要求I所述的船舶抗沉气囊装置,其特征是:气囊里面装有适量碳酸钙粉末和一个耐腐蚀的盐酸袋,盐酸袋里面装有适量盐酸,盐酸袋与折叠着的气囊粘连在一起。
4.根据权利要求2所述的船舶抗沉气囊装置,其特征是:气囊保护板的上边铰接在舷侧板外表面,推力弹簧安装在舷侧板上且作用在气囊保护板下边。
5.根据权利要求2所述的船舶抗沉气囊装置,其特征是:在气囊保护板和舷侧板之间安装缆绳,缆绳的长度限制气囊保护板与舷侧板的夹角最多只有90度。
