本发明公开了一种真空成型机卷材表皮上料长度自动控制方法,该方法是:卷材的表皮直接以卷为单位到达生产工位,每卷表皮在生产之前首先需要手动将表皮放入到传输链中,之后通过传输链表皮被自动输入到真空成型机的加热区域;在表皮自动进料区域的下方设置距离感应器,并设定距离传感器感应距离为900mm,控制程序首先判断真空成型机是否处于上表皮状态,如果是,距离感应器感应到表皮信号时,传输链延迟动作,延迟时间的计算方法为链条速度/表皮输送长度;如果不是,则距离感应器不起作用,传输链正常传输。能够准确控制卷材表皮进给的位置,消除了第一个循环中表皮的浪费和进给不到位造成整个循环的废品,最大程度的提高表皮利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空成型机卷材表皮上料长度自动控制方法。
背景技术
在汽车内饰制造领域,真空成型工艺中使用卷材的工艺十分普遍,在使用卷材的过程中第一个循环的控制方法一直是个空白点,通常为了使第一个循环顺利完成,不出现由于表皮长度不足造成更大的废品损失,在操作中都采用使表皮过盈的方法,但这样势必会造成表皮成本的损失,而且操作过程中也存在人为操作失误导致第一个循环成型失败的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,而提供一种真空成型机卷材表皮上料长度自动控制方法。
真空成型生产过程指的是热塑性材料首先被加热到粘弹态状态,然后在成型工位利用真空的负压成型出所需要的产品结构,然后冷却定型。该工艺普遍应用在汽车内饰制造领域,主要是在硬质PP或ABS塑料零件表面包覆一层PVC或TOP表皮以提高零件的舒适度。其中使用的原材料表皮主要有两种形式:片材和卷材。
片材是表皮被预先按照设定的面积和结构进行裁剪,之后利用设备的机械手吸盘自动抓取并送至加热生产区域。卷材则是表皮直接以卷为单位到达生产工位,每卷表皮在生产之前首先需要手动将表皮放入到传输链中,之后通过传输链表皮被自动输入到设备加热区域。理论上第一个循环的长度只需要大于设定的循环长度的50mm即可满足成型质量要求,然而在将表皮放入传输链时存在正500-700mm的操作误差,这样每卷表皮在第一个循环时都存在表皮浪费现象。
本发明的方法是:卷材的表皮直接以卷为单位到达生产工位,每卷表皮在生产之前首先需要手动将表皮放入到传输链中,之后通过传输链表皮被自动输入到真空成型机的加热区域;在表皮自动进料区域的下方900mm设置一个距离感应器,并设定距离传感器感应距离为900mm,控制程序首先判断真空成型机是否处于上表皮状态,如果是处于上表皮状态,距离感应器感应到表皮信号时,传输链延迟动作,延迟时间的计算方法为表皮输送长度/链条速度;如果不是处于上表皮状态,则距离感应器不起作用,传输链正常传输。以此方法精确控制表皮进给位置,避免表皮浪费和生产废品。
本发明的有益效果:
1、能够准确控制卷材表皮进给的位置,避免了由于进给不到位造成整个循环的废品。
2、传统的上料方法中由于存在上料长度的误差,通常将每卷表皮的长度增加0.5m,如:每个循环进给长度为2m,每卷表皮可生产40个循环,那么我们需要将每卷表皮的长度控制在2*40+1=80.5m。本发明可以精确表皮的位置和可控,可以将表皮卷材的长度控制在最小,消除第一个循环中表皮的浪费,最大程度的提高表皮利用率。

1.一种真空成型机卷材表皮上料长度自动控制方法,该方法是:卷材的表皮直接以卷为单位到达生产工位,每卷表皮在生产之前首先需要手动将表皮放入到传输链中,之后通过传输链表皮被自动输入到真空成型机的加热区域;在表皮自动进料区域的下方900mm设置一个距离感应器,并设定距离传感器感应距离为900mm,控制程序首先判断真空成型机是否处于上表皮状态,如果是处于上表皮状态,距离感应器感应到表皮信号时,传输链延迟动作,延迟时间的计算方法为表皮输送长度/链条速度;如果不是处于上表皮状态,则距离感应器不起作用,传输链正常传输。
