背景技术
聚乳酸塑料做为生物可降解塑料，应用领域越来越广泛，聚乳酸塑料袋几乎在多个行业都有较为广泛的应用前景。聚乳酸塑料袋在制袋加工生产过程中，待制袋的聚乳酸塑料薄膜厚度较薄，当制袋机的切刀切割薄膜时，带有锯齿状的切刀非常容易使薄膜切割处出现卷毛的现象，致使切割后的塑料袋底部有卷曲，降低产品质量。

为解决现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提出适用于聚乳酸塑料制袋机的切刀装置；能够避免成品塑料袋底部出现卷曲现象，提高产品质量，降低生产成本。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供适用于聚乳酸塑料制袋机的切刀装置；包括切刀本体，加热装置；所述加热装置包括加热板，安装在加热板外面的护板，所述加热板配合安装在切刀本体的外侧面，护板固定安装在加热板外，加热板的一端通过电线与电源配合连接。
所述切刀本体的外侧设置一凹槽，凹槽水平纵向设置在切刀本体的外侧，加热板配合设置在凹槽内。
所述凹槽位于切刀本体外侧的中上部位置，所述加热板整体为长方体。
所述加热板加热的温度为60-70度。
有益效果：
本新型通过设置的切刀本体和加热装置，当切刀本体下端的切刀切割薄膜后，由于切刀接受到加热装置传导的热量，使其带有一定的温度，在切割的同时，切刀的温度会将切割处的卷毛熨烫平整，避免形成卷毛。提高产品质量，降低不合格产品率。

本实用新型提出一种适用于聚乳酸塑料制袋机的切刀装置；包括切刀本体1，加热装置；所述加热装置包括加热板2，安装在加热板2外面的护板3，所述加热板2配合安装在切刀本体1的外侧面，护板3固定安装在加热板2外，加热板2的一端通过电线与电源配合连接。
所述切刀本体1的外侧设置一凹槽4，凹槽4水平纵向设置在切刀本体1的外侧，加热板2配合设置在凹槽4内。
所述凹槽4位于切刀本体1外侧的中上部位置，所述加热板2整体为长方体。
所述加热板2加热的温度为60-70度。
本新型切刀装置，通过增设的加热板2和加热护板3，加热护板3通过紧固螺栓固定设置在切刀本体1上。使切刀本体1带有一定的温度，该温度不能够过高，否则会造成成品的底部出现过于熔融的不平整状态，优选的温度在60-70度之间。在切刀本体1的侧面纵向水平设置的凹槽4，能够使加热板2与切刀本体1紧密配合，更便于加热板2的热量传递到切刀本体1上，进而传递到切刀本体1的下端带有锯齿的切刀11处。在切刀11切割薄膜的同时，将在切割处产生的卷毛通过一定温度的熨烫，使可能产生细小的卷毛平整紧贴在塑料薄膜的底部，避免卷毛产生，提高成品质量。

2.如权利要求1所述的切刀装置，其特征在于：适用于聚乳酸塑料制袋机的切刀装置；其特征在于：所述切刀本体的外侧设置一凹槽，凹槽水平纵向设置在切刀本体的外侧，加热板配合设置在凹槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的切刀装置，其特征在于：所述凹槽位于切刀本体外侧的中上部位置，所述加热板整体为长方体。
4.如权利要求3所述的切刀装置，其特征在于：所述加热板加热的温度为60-70度。
