本发明提供了一种苕丝糖半成品切割装置,包括机架、动力装置、传动装置、第一辊轴和第二辊轴,动力装置和传动装置均固定在机架上,机架上设有第一棍轴轴承和第二辊轴轴承,第一辊轴和第二辊轴分别设置在第一辊轴轴承和第二辊轴轴承内,第一辊轴和第二辊轴水平设置,第一辊轴的一端设有第一齿轮,另一端连接在传动装置的输出轴上,第二辊轴的一端设有第二齿轮,第二齿轮与第一齿轮相互啮合,第一辊轴和第二辊轴上均设有错开的环形切丝刀,切丝刀的宽度等于两相邻切丝刀的间隙。通过机械结构代替传统手工剪切,大大提高了半成品的切丝效率。

一种苕丝糖半成品切割装置
技术领域
本发明属于农副产品加工生产技术领域。
背景技术
苕丝糖是以糯米、红薯、蔗糖为原料加工成的黔北特产,具有香酥可口,入口即化,久吃不腻的特点,驰名省内外。其生产工艺包括30多道工艺,主要分为对原材料的处理,制胚,对胚体(半成品)进行切丝处理,最后制成成品。对半成品进行切丝处理时,传统的生产方法通常是采用人工剪切,生产效率低,浪费了大量的人力,提高了生产的成本。
发明内容
本发明提供一种苕丝糖半成品切割装置,以解决苕丝糖半成品切丝效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种苕丝糖半成品切割装置,包括机架、动力装置、传动装置、第一辊轴和第二辊轴,动力装置和传动装置均固定在机架上,机架上设有第一棍轴轴承和第二辊轴轴承,第一辊轴和第二辊轴分别设置在第一辊轴轴承和第二辊轴轴承内,第一辊轴和第二辊轴水平设置,第一辊轴的一端设有第一齿轮,另一端连接在传动装置的输出轴上,第二辊轴的一端设有第二齿轮,第二齿轮与第一齿轮相互啮合,第一辊轴和第二辊轴上均轴向设有错开的环形切丝刀,切丝刀的宽度等于两相邻切丝刀的间隙。
本发明的原理在于:动力装置提供动力带动传动装置,传动装置带动第一辊轴,第一辊轴和第二辊轴的一端分别设有第一齿轮和第二齿轮,第一齿轮和第二齿轮相互啮合,则第一辊轴带动第二辊轴转动,位于第一辊轴上的切丝刀和位于第二辊轴上的切丝刀形成类似剪刀的结构,在第一辊轴和第二辊轴的带动下,切丝刀完成对苕丝糖半成品的切割。
采用上述方案,通过机械结构代替传统手工对苕丝糖半成品的剪切,大大提高了半成品的切丝效率,切丝刀为环型,切丝刀的宽度等于两相邻切丝刀的间隙,由于间隙相等,所以切出来的丝更加均匀。
进一步,第一辊轴和第二辊轴的轴径相等,第一辊轴和第二辊轴相向转动。此时,苕丝糖半成品可以从上方放入,切成后的丝从下方落出,操作方便。
进一步,传动装置为皮带轮组,皮带轮传动能缓和载荷冲击,皮带轮传动运行平稳、低噪音、低振动;皮带轮传动的结构简单,调整方便。
进一步,动力装置为直流永磁无刷电机。直流永磁无刷电机传动效率高,噪声小,使整个工作环境相对安逸。
进一步,机架上还设有下料挡板,挡板朝着第一辊轴的方向倾斜设置。苕丝糖半成品切丝后顺着下料挡板回收到指定的位置,方便回收。

具体实施方式
附图说明中的附图标记为:机架1,皮带轮组2,第一辊轴3,第二辊轴4,第一齿轮5,第二齿轮6,切丝刀7,下料挡板8。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种苕丝糖半成品切割装置,包括机架1、皮带轮组2、第一辊轴3和第二辊轴4,皮带轮组2焊接在机架1上,机架1上设有第一棍轴轴承和第二辊轴轴承,第一辊轴3和第二辊轴4分别设置在第一辊轴轴承和第二辊轴轴承内,第一辊轴和第二辊轴的左端分别设有第一齿轮5和第二齿轮6,第一齿轮5和第二齿轮6相互啮合,第一辊轴的右端与皮带轮2的输出端连接。
如图2所示,第一辊轴3和第二辊轴4的轴径相等且位于同一水平面,第一辊轴3和第二辊轴4间的距离小于苕丝糖半成品的厚度,第一辊轴3和第二辊轴4上均设有大量的环形切丝刀7,位于第一辊轴3上的切丝刀和位于第二辊轴4上的切丝刀形成类似剪刀的结构,切丝刀7的宽度等于两相邻切丝刀7的间隙,由于间隙相等,所以切出来的丝更加均匀。机架1上还设有下料挡板8,苕丝糖半成品切丝后顺着下料挡板回收到指定的位置,方便回收。
皮带轮组2的主动轮与直流永磁无刷电机连接,直流永磁无刷电机传动效率高,噪声小,皮带轮传动能缓和载荷冲击,皮带轮传动运行平稳、低噪音、低振动,直流永磁无刷电机带动皮带轮组2转动,使整体的工作环境相对安静,皮带轮组2带动第一辊轴3朝着第二辊轴4的方向转动。由于第一辊轴3和第二辊轴4分别设有第一齿轮5和第二齿轮6,所以第一辊轴3带动第一齿轮5转动,第一齿轮5带动与其啮合的第二齿轮6反向转动,第二齿轮6又带动第二辊轴4朝着第一辊轴3方向转动,最终达成第一辊轴3和第二辊轴4相向转动。
具体工作时,仅需将苕丝糖半成品切成合适的厚度,竖直放入第一辊轴3和第二辊轴4之间的间隙,位于第一辊轴3和第二辊轴4上的切丝刀7相向转动,即完成对苕丝糖半成品的切丝工作,切好的丝落在下料挡板8上,顺着下料挡板8下滑,进行回收。相对于传统手工切割,采用机械的切丝方式,大大提高了生产效率。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种苕丝糖半成品切割装置,其特征在于,包括机架、动力装置、传动装置、第一辊轴和第二辊轴,动力装置和传动装置均固定在机架上,机架上设有第一棍轴轴承和第二辊轴轴承,第一辊轴和第二辊轴分别设置在第一辊轴轴承和第二辊轴轴承内,第一辊轴和第二辊轴水平设置,第一辊轴的一端设有第一齿轮,另一端连接在传动装置的输出轴上,第二辊轴的一端设有第二齿轮,第二齿轮与第一齿轮相互啮合,第一辊轴和第二辊轴上均轴向设有错开的环形切丝刀,切丝刀的宽度等于两相邻切丝刀的间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的苕丝糖半成品切割装置,其特征在于,第一辊轴和第二辊轴的轴径相等,第一辊轴与第二辊轴相向转动。
3.如权利要求1所述的苕丝糖半成品切割装置,其特征在于,传动装置为皮带轮组。
4.如权利要求1所述的苕丝糖半成品切割装置,其特征在于,动力装置为直流永磁无刷电机。
5.如权利要求1所述的苕丝糖半成品切割装置,其特征在于,机架上还设有下料挡板,挡板朝着第一辊轴的方向倾斜设置。
