称取猫人参10克、牛奶子根12克、山楂根15克、葡萄根12克、大红藤12克、飞来鹤15克、白花蛇舌草10克、还魂草12克、藤梨根10克、醉鱼草10克、车前子12克、红木香10克、白木香10克、淡竹叶15克、三七12克、虎杖15克、白术10克、天葵子10克、川芎12克、丹参10克、大青叶10克、半枝莲10克、珍珠伞8克、半边莲12克、独叶一枝花10克、七叶一枝花12克、娃儿藤12克、山海螺10克和大蓟10克，粉碎，加入100000毫升水，在回流的条件下加热3小时，过滤，使滤液冷却至室温，然后经0.22μm的微孔滤膜过滤，得到溶液1。
实施例2
称取0.1克的加入80000毫升无菌水，超声30分钟，然后0.22μm的微孔滤膜过滤，得到溶液2。
实验例
MTT(购自Sigma公司)用生理盐水溶解，配制成5mg/mL的工作液，-20℃保存；二甲基亚矾(DMSO)为西安化学试剂厂生产，分析纯。
MTT法原理
MTT是一种能接受H+的黄色染料。在活细胞线粒体呼吸链中，琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素C可使MTT的四氮唑环开裂，生成蓝紫色的formazan结晶。而死细胞中不含这种脱氢酶。Formazan结晶的生成量与活细胞数成正比，该结晶的DMSO溶液在570nm处有最大吸收峰，所以，可通过检测formazan结晶的量来评价药物对细胞增殖的影响。
测试方法
取对数生长期的肿瘤细胞，将细胞密度调至2×105个/mL，按每孔200μL加到96孔细胞培养板中，于37℃通入5％CO2的培养箱中培养4h。样品分别设定5个浓度梯度，每个浓度设3个平行样，同时设阳性、阴性对照，每孔加样品液或空白液各2μL，培养72h，然后每孔加MTT液10μL，继续培养4h，37℃，2000r/min离心8min，吸去上清。每孔加入DMSO各100μL在微量振荡器上振荡15min，至结晶完全溶解后，酶标仪测定每孔570nm处的吸光值(OD值)。取三孔平均OD值按IR％＝(OD对照-OD样品)/OD对照×100％来计算样品对细胞增殖的抑制率(IR％)。
人结肠癌细胞株HCT116购自上海丰寿生物科技有限公司，采用MTT法，以阿霉素为阳性对照药进行体外抗肿瘤活性评价，结果如下：

由上述结果可见，溶液1和溶液2对于人结肠癌细胞株HCT116具有体外抑制作用。

1.一种治疗结肠癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：猫人参10份、牛奶子根12份、山楂根15份、葡萄根12份、大红藤12份、飞来鹤15份、白花蛇舌草10份、还魂草12份、藤梨根10份、醉鱼草10份、车前子12份、红木香10份、白木香10份、淡竹叶15份、三七12份、虎杖15份、白术10份、天葵子10份、川芎12份、丹参10份、大青叶10份、半枝莲10份、珍珠伞8份、半边莲12份、独叶一枝花10份、七叶一枝花12份、娃儿藤12份、山海螺10份和大蓟10份。
