Abstract
本发明涉及一种降血压胶囊及其制备方法,该降血压胶囊囊心由玉米须、葛根、决明子、苦丁茶、绞股蓝、山楂、菊花、三七叶、枸杞按特定的比例配制而成。先将各原料浸泡、煎煮、加热浓缩至膏状;加入淀粉、乙醇,过筛制成软材颗粒,溶于明胶水溶液,制备出微胶囊。该降血压胶囊由中草药配制而成,无毒、无副作用,缓释性能好,而且容易防止芯材药物受潮。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗药品微胶囊制备领域,特别涉及一种降血压微胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,心血管疾病是危害人类健康的头号杀手,全世界每年约有1300万人死于心血管疾病。2006年,卫生部发布了我国第一部心血管疾病的报告,揭示出我国心血管疾病的危险因素呈明显增长的态势。高血糖、高血脂、高血压逐渐成为威胁人类健康的三大杀手,并呈现年轻化的趋势,已经严重影响了人们的生活质量。
高血压是心血管疾病之一,严重威胁着人们的生命和健康。血液从心脏流经血管到达全身各处时对血管壁产生的压力,叫做血压。某些人血液不能很容易地通过全身,病变使血管变狭窄了,血流的压力就会升高以保证血流通过。这样一来,动脉血压超过正常值就形成了高血压。日常我们可以通过合理饮食、锻炼,服用降压药等有利于降压的小偏方等达到预防、治疗高血压的目的。
目前市场上长期使用的降血压药物,会使人产生依赖性,必须长期服用,且给身体带来副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于降血压的保健胶囊及其制备方法,制备了一种由中草药配制而成,无毒、无副作用,能够辅助降血压的微胶囊,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供了一种降血压微胶囊,囊壁为明胶,囊芯的组成按重量份数计为:玉米须30~50份,葛根10~20份,决明子3~10份,苦丁茶8~15份,绞股蓝3~10份,山楂8~20份,菊花5~7份,三七叶3~5份,枸杞6~8份。
作为优选:其中,玉米须40份,葛根15份,决明子8份,苦丁茶9份,绞股蓝5份,山楂15份,菊花6份,三七叶4份,枸杞8份。
本发明还提供了一种降血压胶囊的制备方法,具体操作为(下述的“倍量”均是指质量倍数):
(1)原料配制:按重量比称取原料玉米须、葛根、决明子、苦丁茶、绞股蓝、山楂、菊花、三七叶、枸杞,放入提取器内搅拌混合均匀,加入5~15倍量的水浸泡30分钟;
(2)高温浸提及过滤:加热煎煮步骤(1)中配制好的原料2~3小时,滤取煎液,其渣再加入5~10倍量的水,加热煎煮1.5~2小时,滤取煎液,再往其渣加入3~5倍量的水,加热煎煮1~1.5小时,过滤后合并这三次所得滤液;
(3)加热浓缩:将步骤(2)最后所得的滤液,加热浓缩至膏状,使水分含量降至28~31%;
(4)制成软材:将步骤(3)所得的膏,加入2.5~3.5倍体积的淀粉,搅拌均匀,然后再加入体积比占70~90%的乙醇,搅拌成均匀的软材;
(5)成粒干燥:将步骤(4)得到的软材,经20目筛制成颗粒,再将所得颗粒于60~90℃通风均匀干燥;
(6)微胶囊的制备:采用乳液法,将步骤(5)中的药物颗粒包覆在明胶微胶囊中,具体为,在35~65℃条件下,将0.2~0.75份步骤(5)中的药物颗粒,溶于16.5~28份的明胶水溶液中,再加入1~4.5份的吐温-80,搅拌均匀形成混合液;再将上述混合液加入到70~85份的温度为40~70℃的豆油中,形成油包水型乳液,在此温度下搅拌2~5小时,冷却至5~30℃,滴加入戊二醛溶液,引起相分离凝聚,搅拌30~60分钟,升温或降温至室温,搅拌3~6小时,收集得到降血压胶囊。
胶水溶液中,明胶质量含量为10~30%;戊二醛溶液中,戊二醛质量含量为5~25%。
本发明的有益效果在于:在降血压中药外面包覆了明胶微胶囊,不但改善了中药的口感,而且延长了降血压的药效,也可以药物吸潮,利于储存。

(3)加热浓缩:将步骤(2)最后所得的滤液,加热浓缩至膏状,使水分含量降至28~31%;
(4)制成软材:将步骤(3)所得的膏,加入2.5~3.5倍体积的淀粉,搅拌均匀,然后再加入体积比占70~90%的乙醇,搅拌成均匀的软材;
(5)成粒干燥:将步骤(4)得到的软材,经20目筛制成颗粒,再将所得颗粒于60~90℃通风均匀干燥;
(6)微胶囊的制备:采用乳液法,将步骤(5)中的药物颗粒包覆在明胶微胶囊中,具体为,在35~65℃条件下,将0.2~0.75份步骤(5)中的药物颗粒,溶于16.5~28份的明胶水溶液中,再加入1~4.5份的吐温-80,搅拌均匀形成混合液;再将上述混合液加入到70~85份的温度为40~70℃的豆油中,形成油包水型乳液,在此温度下搅拌2~5小时,冷却至5~30℃,滴加入戊二醛溶液,引起相分离凝聚,搅拌30~60分钟,升温或降温至室温,搅拌3~6小时,收集得到降血压胶囊。
4.如权利要求3所述的降血压胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中所述的明胶水溶液中,明胶质量含量为10~30%。
5.如权利要求3所述的降血压胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中所述的戊二醛溶液中,戊二醛质量含量为5~25%。
