本发明公开了一种防阻燃聚烯烃电缆料,各组分所占份量如下:硫化剂为18-20份、主抗氧剂8-12份、辅抗氧剂6-8份、活性炭28-38份、大豆油13-18份、氯腊8-9份、阻燃剂10-20份、纳米强威粉6-8份、十溴联苯谜为2-8份、碳酸钙为16-28份、陶土粉为22-30、氯化聚乙烯为5-16份、快压出炭黑为40-60份、防老剂为12-30份、变压器油为22-28份、氢氧化铝为30-50份、氧化镁为29-30份。本发明与普通的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料相比,提升了耐热老化性能,大大提高了产品的收缩性能,消除了低烟无卤聚烯烃电缆料在高温下易收缩的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防阻燃聚烯烃电缆料。
背景技术
电缆护套与电缆配合使用。目前,市场上的电缆护套样式较多,五花八门。但是,
传统电缆护套其阻燃性能较差。如何解决上述技术问题,成为亟待攻克的难题。传统的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料的配方体系很难找到一个平衡点,既能满足材料的热收缩试验,又不影响材料的物理机械性能。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防潮耐腐蚀电缆绝缘层配方。
一种防阻燃聚烯烃电缆料,各组分所占份量如下:硫化剂为18-20份、主抗氧剂8-12份、辅抗氧剂6-8份、活性炭28-38份、大豆油13-18份、氯腊8-9份、阻燃剂10-20份、纳米强威粉6-8份、十溴联苯谜为2-8份、碳酸钙为16-28份、陶土粉为22-30、氯化聚乙烯为5-16份、快压出炭黑为40-60份、防老剂为12-30份、变压器油为22-28份、氢氧化铝为30-50份、氧化镁为29-30份。
具体地本发明有以下原料配方:由各组分所占份量如下:硫化剂为20份、主抗氧剂8份、辅抗氧剂6份、活性炭28份、大豆油15份、氯腊18份、阻燃剂12份、纳米强威粉7份、十溴联苯谜为6份、碳酸钙为21份、陶土粉为26、氯化聚乙烯为15份、快压出炭黑为50份、防老剂为26份、变压器油为22份、氢氧化铝为40份、氧化镁为30份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明与普通的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料相比,提升了耐热老化性能,大大提高了产品的收缩性能,消除了低烟无卤聚烯烃电缆料在高温下易收缩的问题。

本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种防阻燃聚烯烃电缆料,各组分所占份量如下:硫化剂为18-20份、主抗氧剂8-12份、辅抗氧剂6-8份、活性炭28-38份、大豆油13-18份、氯腊8-9份、阻燃剂10-20份、纳米强威粉6-8份、十溴联苯谜为2-8份、碳酸钙为16-28份、陶土粉为22-30、氯化聚乙烯为5-16份、快压出炭黑为40-60份、防老剂为12-30份、变压器油为22-28份、氢氧化铝为30-50份、氧化镁为29-30份。
