Abstract
本发明公开一种开水器,包括一桶状的内胆本体、进水管、出水管、排气管,内胆本体的上端密封固连第一上盖,第一上盖上面密封固连第二上盖,第一上盖和第二上盖之间围成一腔体,进水管穿过第二上盖、腔体、第一上盖其一端处于内胆本体的内下部,出水管一端连通内胆本体内上部,内胆本体内安装有电热管,排气管通过第二上盖连通所述腔体,进水管内壁上设有一排气孔连通所述腔体,进水管内壁在排气孔的上面向中间延伸一隔板,隔板的中间设有一过渡通孔。进一步,所述腔体内装有一L型管固连进水管,L型管内孔的下端连通所述的排气孔,L型管内孔的上端装有一重力球。本发明装拆、清洗方便,可确保出水品质,且制作成本较低,使用安全性较高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电热水器,尤其是一种电加热开水器。
背景技术
在电热水器制造技术领域,大多数承压式电热水器,可以直接连接有压力的自来水,其结构通常利用不锈钢焊接成一个密封容器作为内胆,然后在不锈钢密封容器上安装进水管、出水管、排气管和电加热管,排气管上再安装安全阀,不锈钢密封容器外侧再设置保温层和壳体。这种结构的电热水器如果作为加热水供人饮用的开水器使用,其存在以下几个问题,一是不锈钢焊接时的焊接材料会污染内胆里的水,降低水的饮用品质;二是密封的不锈钢容器无法清洗,长时间使用会积累水垢,也会影响出水水质;三是排气管上设置安全阀,如果安全阀失效,也可能带来使用安全性问题;四是密封不锈钢容器制造难度大、制造速度慢,制造成本也较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种开水器,其装拆、清洗方便,可确保出水品质,且制作成本较低,使用安全性较高。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种开水器,包括一桶状的内胆本体、进水管、出水管、排气管,内胆本体的上端密封固连第一上盖,第一上盖上面密封固连第二上盖,第一上盖和第二上盖之间围成一腔体,进水管穿过第二上盖、腔体、第一上盖其一端处于内胆本体的内下部,出水管一端连通内胆本体内上部,内胆本体内安装有电热管,排气管通过第二上盖连通所述腔体,进水管内壁上设有一排气孔连通所述腔体,进水管内壁在排气孔的上面向中间延伸一隔板,隔板的中间设有一过渡通孔。
进一步,所述出水管穿过第二上盖、所述腔体和第一上盖其一端处于内胆本体内上部。
优选所述进水管和出水管与第一上盖连成一体,所述排气管与第二上盖连成一体。
进一步,所述进水管的下部套有一延长管。
进一步,所述第二上盖设有第一通孔让进水管上部穿过,进水管上部外表面与第一通孔内壁之间装有密封圈,所述第二上盖设有第二通孔让出水管穿过,出水管外表面与第二通孔内壁之间装有密封圈。这样使得整体装配更方便,密封更可靠。
进一步,所述第一上盖与第二上盖相互套接,第一上盖与第二上盖之间设有密封圈,第一上盖下表面与内胆本体上端之间设有密封垫。以方便密封。
优选所述内胆本体为不锈钢制成。
进一步,所述内胆本体外侧设有保温层,在内胆本体外侧还设有一温度控制旋钮,温度控制旋钮根据设定温度控制电热管的工作状态。以方便控制内胆本体内的水温。
进一步,所述腔体内装有一L型管固连进水管,L型管内孔的下端连通所述的排气孔,L型管内孔的上端装有一重力球。可以尽量减少水进入所述腔体,避免从进水管流入的水从排气管流出。
再进一步,所述L型管内孔上端的内壁为倒锥形状。以方便重力球的活动,使得排气更为可靠。
本发明由于内胆本体为桶状,然后在内胆本体的上端密封固连第一上盖,在第一上盖上面密封固连第二上盖,这样结构的内胆本体可采用冲压拉伸制成,第一上盖和第二上盖可采用注塑或冲压拉伸制成,构成的整体内胆无需焊接,且装拆方便,清洗方便,可以确保出水品质,且整个内胆的制作效率高制作成本较低。
另一方面,第一上盖和第二上盖之间围成一腔体,排气管通过第二上盖连通所述腔体,进水管内壁上设有一排气孔连通所述腔体,进水管内壁在排气孔的上面向中间延伸一隔板,隔板的中间设有一过渡通孔;这样进入进水管的水通过过渡通孔后,压力下降,既防止大量水从排气孔排出,也方便内胆本体内的气体从排气孔排入所述腔体,然后再从第一上盖设有的排气管排出;因此无需在排气管上设置安全阀,使得结构简单,成本降低,进一步提高使用的安全性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图1至图5所示,一种开水器,其特征在于:包括一桶状的内胆本体1、进水管2、出水管3、排气管4,内胆本体1采用不锈钢冲压拉伸制成,内胆本体1的上端密封固连第一上盖5,第一上盖5上面密封固连第二上盖6,第一上盖5和第二上盖6之间围成一腔体56,第一上盖5、第二上盖6和内胆本体1可采用螺栓相锁紧固连。
进水管2穿过第二上盖6、腔体56、第一上盖5其一端处于内胆本体1的内下部,出水管3也穿过第二上盖6、所述腔体56、第一上盖5其一端处于内胆本体1的内上部,使得出水管3一端能够连通内胆本体1内上部,内胆本体1内安装有电热管7,排气管4通过第二上盖6连通所述腔体56,进水管2内壁上设有一排气孔21连通所述腔体56,进水管2内壁在排气孔21的上面向中间延伸一隔板22,隔板22的中间设有一过渡通孔23。
第一上盖5和第二上盖6可采用食品级的塑胶材料注塑成型,此时进水管2和出水管3可与第一上盖5连成一体,排气管4可与第二上盖6连成一体。这样可以提高生产效率,降低产品的制造成本。
在所述进水管2的下部套有一延长管24,可以进一步降低第一上盖5的注塑难度。
所述第二上盖6设有第一通孔61让进水管2上部穿过,进水管2上部外表面与第一通孔61内壁之间装有密封圈8,所述第二上盖6设有第二通孔62让出水管3穿过,出水管3外表面与第二通孔62内壁之间装有密封圈8。
所述第一上盖5与第二上盖6相互套接,第一上盖5与第二上盖6之间设有密封圈8,第一上盖5下表面与内胆本体1上端之间设有密封垫9。
所述内胆本体1外侧设有保温层10,在内胆本体1外侧还设有一温度控制旋钮11,温度控制旋钮11根据设定温度控制电热管7的工作状态,使得内胆本体1内的水温达到设定温度。
在保温层10的外侧还设有壳体12。
所述腔体56内装有一L型管13固连进水管2,L型管13内孔的下端连通所述的排气孔21,L型管13内孔的上端装有一重力球14。所述L型管13内孔上端的内壁为倒锥形状。
本实施例使用时,进水管2连接自来水,出水管3连接出水阀,自来水经过渡通孔23后降压进入内胆本体1内,内胆本体1内水温低于温度控制旋钮11设定温度时,电热管7开始工作对水进行加热,水加热过程中产生的气体通过排气孔21进入L型管13内孔顶开重力球14进入所述腔体56,然后经排气管4排出,水温达到设定温度后,电热管7停止工作,此时打开出水阀,出水管3就能输出适宜温度的热水。
以上仅是本发明一个较佳的实施例,本领域的技术人员按权利要求作等同的改变都落入本案的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种开水器,其特征在于:包括一桶状的内胆本体、进水管、出水管、排气管,内胆本体的上端密封固连第一上盖,第一上盖上面密封固连第二上盖,第一上盖和第二上盖之间围成一腔体,进水管穿过第二上盖、腔体、第一上盖其一端处于内胆本体的内下部,出水管一端连通内胆本体内上部,内胆本体内安装有电热管,排气管通过第二上盖连通所述腔体,进水管内壁上设有一排气孔连通所述腔体,进水管内壁在排气孔的上面向中间延伸一隔板,隔板的中间设有一过渡通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种开水器,其特征在于:所述出水管穿过第二上盖、所述腔体和第一上盖其一端处于内胆本体内上部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种开水器,其特征在于:所述进水管和出水管与第一上盖连成一体,所述排气管与第二上盖连成一体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种开水器,其特征在于:所述进水管的下部套有一延长管。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种开水器,其特征在于:所述第二上盖设有第一通孔让进水管上部穿过,进水管上部外表面与第一通孔内壁之间装有密封圈,所述第二上盖设有第二通孔让出水管穿过,出水管外表面与第二通孔内壁之间装有密封圈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种开水器,其特征在于:所述第一上盖与第二上盖相互套接,第一上盖与第二上盖之间设有密封圈,第一上盖下表面与内胆本体上端之间设有密封垫。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种开水器,其特征在于:所述内胆本体为不锈钢制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种开水器,其特征在于:所述内胆本体外侧设有保温层,在内胆本体外侧还设有一温度控制旋钮,温度控制旋钮根据设定温度控制电热管的工作状态。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的一种开水器,其特征在于:所述腔体内装有一L型管固连进水管,L型管内孔的下端连通所述的排气孔,L型管内孔的上端装有一重力球。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种开水器,其特征在于:所述L型管内孔上端的内壁为倒锥形状。
