技术领域
本发明涉及一种加强型绳缆。
背景技术
目前在一些特殊行业如船舶和海洋工程重点项目需要特种绳缆，，柔软耐磨，伸长率低，操作便捷的新型绳缆，现有技术中的绳缆不能完全具备上述性能，不能满足技术要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种一种加强型绳缆，它不但可以增强绳缆的强度和柔软度，而且具有很强的耐磨性。
本发明采用了以下技术方案：一种加强型绳缆，它包括中心柱，在中心柱的周围分布有若干加强筋，加强筋呈弧形加强筋，在加强筋外绕有不锈钢丝股，不锈钢丝股为S向捻制而成，在不锈钢丝股外套有硅胶套。
所述的中心柱设置为PVC圆辊柱。所述的加强筋设置为半圆形加强筋，半圆形加强筋设置为PVC条。所述绳股沿着中心柱的轴向呈S向捻制而成。
本发明具有以下有益效果：采用了以下技术方案后，本发明通过在绳缆的中心柱，在中心柱的周围分布有若干加强筋，这样增强了绳缆的抗拉强度，同时，绳缆在拉伸过程中会向中部收缩，长期的拉伸容易影响绳缆的弹性，通过在绳缆中部设置中心柱，使得绳缆在挤压变形后复位更加容易，从而延长了绳缆的使用寿命，这就提高了绳缆的伸长率。在不锈钢丝股外套有硅胶套，这样可以增加耐磨性。

在图1中，本发明提供了一种加强型绳缆，它包括中心柱1，在中心柱1的周围分布有若干加强筋2，本实施例的中心柱1的周围分布有两个加强筋2，加强筋2呈弧形加强筋，在加强筋2外绕有不锈钢丝股3，不锈钢丝股3为S向捻制而成，在不锈钢丝股3外套有硅胶套4，所述的中心柱1设置为PVC圆辊柱，所述的加强筋2设置为半圆形加强筋，半圆形加强筋设置为PVC条，所述不锈钢丝股3沿着中心柱1的轴向呈S向捻制而成。

1.一种加强型绳缆，其特征是它包括中心柱（1），在中心柱（1）的周围分布有若干加强筋（2），加强筋（2）呈弧形加强筋，在加强筋（2）外绕有不锈钢丝股（3），不锈钢丝股（3）为S向捻制而成，在不锈钢丝股（3）外套有硅胶套（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型绳缆，其特征是所述的中心柱（1）设置为PVC圆辊柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加强型绳缆，其特征是所述的加强筋（2）设置为半圆形加强筋，半圆形加强筋设置为PVC条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加强型绳缆，其特征是所述绳股（3）沿着中心柱（1）的轴向呈S向捻制而成。
