本发明公开了一种新型功能化胶带及其生产方法,该新型功能化胶带依次由功能化基材层、水性压敏胶层及离型膜层组成;它的生产方法包括如下步骤:a)水性压敏胶层通过涂布方式形成于功能化基材层上;b)离型膜层贴附形成于所述水性压敏胶层上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,尤其涉及一种新型功能化胶带,属于功能胶带技术领域。
背景技术
在现实生活中,经常会碰到将某一功能材料黏贴于一个物体上以实现特定功能的情形,现有方式一般采用在功能基材的背面转帖市售双面压敏胶,应用时揭去外离型膜层后,粘贴于物体上的相应部位即可,因此对于实际粘贴有用的仅是胶层,外离型膜层只在胶带使用前起保护作用。然而,市售双面压敏胶结构较为复杂,一般由外离型膜层、压敏胶层、中间层(常见有棉纸、PET、PVC膜、无纺布、泡棉等)、压敏胶层和内离型膜层依次组成,在使用中还存在多处资源浪费:如内离型膜层和中间层的存在对胶带使用不起任何作用(内离型膜层在转帖时还需剥离丢弃);且考虑到市售双面胶商购中的利润环节,其使用成本自然显著提高。此外,市售双面胶制备过程中依旧以溶剂型压敏胶为主,典型溶剂有乙酸乙酯、甲苯、二甲苯等,这些有机溶剂不仅破坏自然环境,危害人体健康,且后处理代价高昂。因此,开发新型功能化胶带以解决上述问题变得非常迫切。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服市售双面胶在应用中的诸多不足,旨在提供一种绿色环保、低成本的新型功能化胶带。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种新型功能化胶带,其特征在于依次由功能化基材层、水性压敏胶层及离型膜层组成。它的生产方法包括如下步骤:a)水性压敏胶层通过涂布方式形成于功能化基材层上;b)离型膜层贴附形成于所述水性压敏胶层上。
本发明更进一步的技术特征是:
所述水性压敏胶层采用水性丙烯酸酯类压敏胶或水性聚氨酯类压敏胶或水性橡胶类压敏胶。
所述功能化基材层为散热基材层。
所述散热基材层采用铜箔、铝箔或高导热纳米碳铜箔。
所述功能化基材层为缓冲基材层。
所述缓冲基材层采用聚氨酯、或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
所述功能化基材层为绝缘基材层。
所述绝缘基材层采用聚氯乙烯。
所述离型膜层采用硅离型膜或纸。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.采用水性压敏胶,因其以水为溶剂,故几乎不产生挥发性有机物,避免了常规溶剂型压敏胶制备过程中的毒害有机物挥发,具备环保特点。
2.功能化基材直接涂布水性压敏胶,再贴附离型膜层可形成各种功能型胶带,实际应用时直接选购相应类型的功能胶带,相比双面胶转帖法不仅操作简单,而且更加环保,成本也大幅度降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种新型功能化胶带,依次由功能化基材层1、水性压敏胶层2及离型膜层3组成。本实施例中,功能化基材层1为散热层,散热层采用高导热纳米碳铜箔。水性压敏胶层2采用水性丙烯酸酯类压敏胶,离型膜3采用纸。
在实际应用中,散热层1还可以采用铝箔或铜箔。所述水性压敏胶层2还可以采用水性聚氨酯类压敏胶或水性橡胶类压敏胶。所述离型膜层3还可以采用硅离型膜。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,所述功能化基材层1为缓冲基材层,
所述缓冲基材层采用聚氨酯或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,其余与实施例1类同。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,所述功能化基材层1为绝缘基材层,所述绝缘基材层采用聚氯乙烯,其余与实施例1类同。
新型功能化胶带的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
A.水性压敏胶层通过涂布方式形成于功能化基材层上;
B.离型膜层贴附形成于所述水性压敏胶层上。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,但是本发明的覆盖范围不限于此。应当理解,普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明做出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验而得到的技术方案,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种新型功能化胶带,其特征在于依次由功能化基材层、水性压敏胶层及离型膜层组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型功能化胶带,其特征在于所述水性压敏胶层采用水性丙烯酸酯类压敏胶或水性聚氨酯类压敏胶或水性橡胶类压敏胶。
3.如权利要求2所述的新型功能化胶带,其特征在于所述功能化基材层为散热基材层。
4.如权利要求3所述的新型功能化胶带,其特征在于所述散热基材层采用铜箔、铝箔或高导热纳米碳铜箔。
5.如权利要求2所述的新型功能化胶带,其特征在于所述功能化基材层为缓冲基材层。
6.如权利要求5所述的新型功能化胶带,其特征在于所述缓冲基材层采用聚氨酯、或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
7.如权利要求2所述的新型功能化胶带,其特征在于所述功能化基材层为绝缘基材层。
8.如权利要求7所述的新型功能化胶带,其特征在于所述绝缘基材层采用聚氯乙烯。
9.如权利要求1-8中任一权利要求所述新型功能化胶带,其特征在于所述离型膜采用硅离型膜或纸。
10.如权利要求1所述的新型功能化胶带的生产方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
a)水性压敏胶层通过涂布方式形成于功能化基材层上;
b)离型膜层贴附形成于所述水性压敏胶层上。
