本发明涉及车载型GPS装置。
背景技术
现有车载型GPS装置,其金属壳体的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车载型GPS装置,其金属壳体经过表面处理,具有优良的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种车载型GPS装置,其包括金属壳体,该金属壳体经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
1)在23质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚、2.3质量份葡萄糖酸内酯、1.5质量份偏硅酸盐、3.1质量份醇乙氧化物羧酸盐、1.5质量份磷酸三乙酯、2.4份质量聚乙二醇、2.6质量份月脂肪四氢吡啶,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;
2)将表面处理工作液升温至53℃;
3)将金属壳体置入表面处理工作液中浸渍36分钟,取出后烘干。
优选的,车载型GPS装置,其包括金属壳体,该金属壳体经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:

2)将表面处理工作液升温至53℃;
3)将金属壳体置入表面处理工作液中浸渍36分钟,取出后烘干。
实施例2

2)将表面处理工作液升温至53℃;
3)将金属壳体置入表面处理工作液中浸渍36分钟,取出后烘干。

2)将表面处理工作液升温至53℃;
3)将金属壳体置入表面处理工作液中浸渍36分钟,取出后烘干。
