本发明公开了一种GPS车载终端,其包括金属壳体,该金属壳体经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:1)在29质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份水解聚马来酸、3.4质量份柠檬酸三钠、2.1质量份三嗪类多羧酸化合物、2.5质量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.9质量份甲基乙基酮、3.5份质量聚天冬氨酸钠、4.1质量份磷酸三乙酯,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;2)将表面处理工作液升温至59℃;3)将金属壳体置入表面处理工作液中浸渍30分钟,取出后烘干。本发明GPS车载终端,其金属壳体经过表面处理,具有优良的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能。

本发明涉及GPS车载终端。
背景技术
现有GPS车载终端,其金属壳体的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种GPS车载终端,其金属壳体经过表面处理,具有优良的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种GPS车载终端,其包括金属壳体,该金属壳体经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
1)在29质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份水解聚马来酸、3.4质量份柠檬酸三钠、2.1质量份三嗪类多羧酸化合物、2.5质量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、1.9质量份甲基乙基酮、3.5份质量聚天冬氨酸钠、4.1质量份磷酸三乙酯,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;
2)将表面处理工作液升温至59℃;
3)将金属壳体置入表面处理工作液中浸渍30分钟,取出后烘干。
优选的,GPS车载终端,其包括金属壳体,该金属壳体经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
