发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种太阳能热水器,其金属机壳经过表面处理,具有优良的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、防静电、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种太阳能热水器,其包括金属机壳,该金属机壳经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
1)在13质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份偏钒酸氨、0.5质量份四乙烯五胺、1.4质量份羟丙基甲基纤维素、2.5质量份脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、0.9质量份三聚磷酸钠、1.8份质量丙二醇丁醚、0.7质量份2-噻吩乙,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;
2)将表面处理工作液升温至63℃;
3)将金属机壳置入表面处理工作液中浸渍26分钟,取出后烘干。
