本发明公开了一种车载GPS终端,其包括金属壳体,该金属壳体经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:1)在21质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份乌洛托品、1质.8量份3-壬烯-2-酮、2.6质量份磷酸三钠、1.4质量份乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、3.6质量份亚油酸钠皂、1.7份质量琉基苯并噻唑、1.8质量份焦磷酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;2)将表面处理工作液升温至51℃;3)将金属壳体置入表面处理工作液中浸渍38分钟,取出后烘干。本发明车载GPS终端,其金属壳体经过表面处理,具有优良的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能。

本发明涉及车载GPS终端。
背景技术
现有车载GPS终端,其金属壳体的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车载GPS终端,其金属壳体经过表面处理,具有优良的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种车载GPS终端,其包括金属壳体,该金属壳体经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
1)在21质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份乌洛托品、1质.8量份3-壬烯-2-酮、2.6质量份磷酸三钠、1.4质量份乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、3.6质量份亚油酸钠皂、1.7份质量琉基苯并噻唑、1.8质量份焦磷酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;
2)将表面处理工作液升温至51℃;
3)将金属壳体置入表面处理工作液中浸渍38分钟,取出后烘干。
优选的,车载GPS终端,其包括金属壳体,该金属壳体经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:

2)将表面处理工作液升温至51℃;
3)将金属壳体置入表面处理工作液中浸渍38分钟,取出后烘干。
