本发明涉及风冷热泵机组。
背景技术
现有风冷热泵机组,其金属机壳的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、防静电、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种风冷热泵机组,其金属机壳经过表面处理,具有优良的防水、耐腐蚀、防锈、防静电、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种风冷热泵机组,其包括金属机壳,该金属机壳经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
1)在11质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份环烷酸咪唑啉季铵盐、3.5质量份丙二醇、1.2质量份二乙烯三胺、2.6质量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、0.9质量份阿拉伯树胶粉、1.3份质量十六醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、0.7质量份草酸铁铵,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;
2)将表面处理工作液升温至61℃;
3)将金属机壳置入表面处理工作液中浸渍28分钟,取出后烘干。

2)将表面处理工作液升温至61℃;
3)将金属机壳置入表面处理工作液中浸渍28分钟,取出后烘干。
实施例2

2)将表面处理工作液升温至61℃;
3)将金属机壳置入表面处理工作液中浸渍28分钟,取出后烘干。

2)将表面处理工作液升温至61℃;
