现有塑钢网带输送机,其金属传动轴的耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑钢网带输送机,其金属传动轴经过表面处理,具有优良的耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种塑钢网带输送机,其包括金属传动轴,该金属传动轴经过表面处理,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
1)在17.2质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份氯化月桂基三甲基铵、0.9质量份羧甲基纤维素、1.3质量份1,2-丙二醇、0.7质量份硫酸钡、1.8质量份磷酸、1.9质量份羟基亚乙基二膦酸、0.8质量份硝酸镍,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;
2)将表面处理工作液升温至47.5℃;
3)将金属传动轴置入表面处理工作液中浸渍26.5分钟,取出后烘干。
