本发明属于污水处理设备技术领域，涉及用于清除处理水表面漂浮的浮渣的装置。浮渣清除装置，包括以下结构：横穿沉淀池上部的轨道；沿轨道移动的刮板驱动器；装配到刮板驱动器的升降杆上在沉淀池的水面可垂直升降的刮片；流入口开口，位于沉淀池一侧，收集刮片刮来的浮渣，并向沉淀池外排放的浮渣收集装置。本发明的浮渣清除装置，利用超声波流量计，可动态控制刮板和浮渣收集装置的高度，利用两侧的行程开关，刮板在一定区间内反复扫向一个方向，从而可使浮渣得到清除。在刮板上形成侧边弯曲部，并有消泡水喷嘴，浮渣收集装置的前方的前方辅助板或前方突出部，在刮板作用下可将浮渣更好地收集至收集装置内部。
