Abstract

本发明公开了一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,包括筘座、设置在筘座上的筘座压条以及设置在筘座一侧的钢筘和牵伸喷嘴,筘座压条上设置有支座,支座的一侧设置有纬纱拉伸管道,纬纱拉伸管道与牵伸喷嘴分别位于支座的两侧,钢筘和牵伸喷嘴位于支座的同侧,纬纱拉伸管道的始端开设有纬纱入口,支座上开设有与纬纱入口相连通的通孔,通孔正对牵伸喷嘴,支座上通孔的上方和下方分别设置有用于启开钢筘筘齿的拨拉杆,两根拨拉杆插入钢筘的筘齿中。本发明能够产生更大的牵引力,实现纬纱的折弯牵伸,不需要截取钢筘,避免了截取钢筘所产生的浪费,提高了引纬效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷气织机,尤其涉及一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置。
背景技术
喷气织机在引纬时为了为防止纬纱反弹产生纬缩,大多需要在织机引纬结束的位置安装一个牵伸喷嘴,牵伸喷嘴由独立的气包提供气源,用较大的气压给飞行的纬纱一个牵伸力,以保证纬纱能顺利拉直,防止纬缩的产生,传统的牵伸喷嘴的牵引力多数情况下不能达到所需要的牵引力,因此为保证纬纱拉直,需要很大的牵伸气压,这种单纯的增加牵伸气压的方式造成严重的气体浪费,且该过程需要一个专门的电磁阀和牵伸气包来控制气压,增加了成本,此外,这个过程中需要截取钢筘,截取钢筘的过程不仅降低了引纬效率,而且加大了费用和不必要的浪费。
由此可见,现有技术有待于进一步的改进和提高。
发明内容
本发明为避免上述现有技术存在的不足之处,提供了一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,该装置可以产生很大的牵引力,能拉紧纬纱,大大降低纬缩。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,包括筘座、设置在筘座上的筘座压条以及设置在筘座一侧的钢筘和牵伸喷嘴,筘座压条上设置有支座,支座的一侧设置有纬纱拉伸管道,纬纱拉伸管道与牵伸喷嘴分别位于支座的两侧,钢筘和牵伸喷嘴位于支座的同侧,纬纱拉伸管道的始端开设有纬纱入口,支座上开设有与纬纱入口相连通的通孔,通孔正对牵伸喷嘴,支座上通孔的上方和下方分别设置有用于启开钢筘筘齿的拨拉杆,两根拨拉杆插入钢筘的筘齿中。
所述支座上还设置有探纬器,探纬器与纬纱拉伸管道位于支座的同侧,纬纱拉伸管道的末端开设有探纬口,探纬器正对探纬口。
所述支座面向牵伸喷嘴的一侧设置有减震橡胶垫,减震橡胶垫与钢筘的背面相贴合。
所述纬纱拉伸管道沿纬纱拉伸方向依次包括纬纱入口段、纬纱主牵伸段和纬纱测长段,纬纱入口段为弯管,纬纱主牵伸段和纬纱测长段均为直管,牵伸喷嘴的喷嘴口的朝向以及纬纱入口的轴线均与纬纱主牵伸段的轴线相互垂直。
所述牵伸喷嘴的喷嘴口呈竖直扁平状。
所述牵伸喷嘴通过供气管道与气源相连,供气管道上设置有牵伸电磁阀。
所述拨拉杆为圆柱销。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明所取得的有益效果为:
1、本发明中的牵伸喷嘴与纬纱拉伸管道相互配合,能够产生更大的牵引力,实现纬纱的折弯牵伸,且完全不需要截取钢筘,杜绝了截取钢筘所产生的浪费以及不必要的浪费。
2、本发明中牵伸喷嘴的喷嘴口设计成竖直扁平状,可以有效地减少耗气量。
3、本发明中的探纬器能够准确的检测长纬。
4、本发明结构简单紧凑,节省空间,安装维修方便,且制作成本较低,适合大范围推广应用。

下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1至图4所示,一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,包括筘座1、设置在筘座1上的筘座压条2以及设置在筘座1一侧的钢筘14和牵伸喷嘴11,牵伸喷嘴11的喷嘴口12呈竖直扁平状,可有效地减少耗气量,牵伸喷嘴11通过供气管道与气源相连,供气管道上设置有牵伸电磁阀;筘座压条2上设置有支座3,支座3的一侧设置有纬纱拉伸管道,纬纱拉伸管道与牵伸喷嘴11分别位于支座3的两侧,钢筘14和牵伸喷嘴11位于支座3的同侧,纬纱拉伸管道的始端开设有纬纱入口,支座3上开设有与纬纱入口相连通的通孔,通孔正对牵伸喷嘴11,支座3上通孔的上方和下方分别设置有用于启开钢筘14筘齿的拨拉杆6,拨拉杆6为圆柱销,两根拨拉杆6插入钢筘14的筘齿中,实现纬纱的折弯牵伸,不需要截取钢筘14,避免了钢筘14的浪费;所述纬纱拉伸管道沿纬纱拉伸方向依次包括纬纱入口段7、纬纱主牵伸段8和纬纱测长段9,纬纱入口段7为弯管,纬纱主牵伸段8和纬纱测长段9均为直管,牵伸喷嘴11的喷嘴口12的朝向以及纬纱入口的轴线均与纬纱主牵伸段8的轴线相互垂直;所述支座3上还设置有探纬器10,探纬器10与纬纱拉伸管道位于支座3的同侧,纬纱拉伸管道的末端开设有探纬口13,探纬器10正对探纬口13。
所述支座3面向牵伸喷嘴11的一侧设置有减震橡胶垫4,减震橡胶垫4与钢筘14的背面相贴合,可以起到缓冲震动的作用。
本发明中的喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,安装在筘座压条2上,通过拨拉杆6插入钢筘14的筘齿中,形成一个供纬纱通过的缝隙,支座3上的减震橡胶垫4贴合在钢筘14的背面;牵伸喷嘴11安装到筘座1上,使牵伸喷嘴11的喷嘴口12对准纬纱入口,当纬纱到达时,牵伸电磁阀打开,压缩空气气流通过牵伸喷嘴11把纬纱由筘齿缝隙吹入纬纱拉伸管道中,在气流作用下拉紧纬纱,起到握持牵伸作用。如果有长纬,探纬器10可以准确探测。

1.一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,包括筘座、设置在筘座上的筘座压条以及设置在筘座一侧的钢筘和牵伸喷嘴,其特征在于,筘座压条上设置有支座,支座的一侧设置有纬纱拉伸管道,纬纱拉伸管道与牵伸喷嘴分别位于支座的两侧,钢筘和牵伸喷嘴位于支座的同侧,纬纱拉伸管道的始端开设有纬纱入口,支座上开设有与纬纱入口相连通的通孔,通孔正对牵伸喷嘴,支座上通孔的上方和下方分别设置有用于启开钢筘筘齿的拨拉杆,两根拨拉杆插入钢筘的筘齿中;所述支座上还设置有探纬器,探纬器与纬纱拉伸管道位于支座的同侧,纬纱拉伸管道的末端开设有探纬口,探纬器正对探纬口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,其特征在于,所述支座面向牵伸喷嘴的一侧设置有减震橡胶垫,减震橡胶垫与钢筘的背面相贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,其特征在于,所述纬纱拉伸管道沿纬纱拉伸方向依次包括纬纱入口段、纬纱主牵伸段和纬纱测长段,纬纱入口段为弯管,纬纱主牵伸段和纬纱测长段均为直管,牵伸喷嘴的喷嘴口的朝向以及纬纱入口的轴线均与纬纱主牵伸段的轴线相互垂直。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,其特征在于,所述牵伸喷嘴的喷嘴口呈竖直扁平状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,其特征在于,所述牵伸喷嘴通过供气管道与气源相连,供气管道上设置有牵伸电磁阀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气织机纬纱牵伸装置,其特征在于,所述拨拉杆为圆柱销。
