Abstract

本发明公开一种耐溶剂吸嘴,该吸嘴盖顶部与盖周身设为圆滑过渡面,该吸嘴的材料包括HDPE、LLDPE、色母;以质量百分比为单位,所述HDPE、LLDPE、色母之间的配料比为80:20:2,本发明还公开了一种上述吸嘴的生产工艺:①配料:将HDPE、LLDPE和色母按80:20:2的配比搅拌均匀;②注塑:加入注塑机料斗,加热到210~225℃;在一段射压力为50%~60%,二段射压45%~50%的射压下,注射3秒,熔融状粒料进入模腔,保压1.2~1.5秒,经10~20秒冷却成型,后模具打开,在顶出为40%~50%的压力下,通过顶针将产品顶出模腔。本发明从吸嘴的产品结构设计上消除了应力集中,同时,通过产品配方的改进,工艺的优化,既能有效保证产品的密封性能,又能有效确保产品不开裂。

Description

一种耐溶剂吸嘴的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于包装技术领域,具体涉及一种耐溶剂吸嘴及其生产工艺。
背景技术
吸嘴,是一种使用在包装袋上、用来实现密封的管盖组合件,主要应用在食品及日化用品等液体包装袋产品上,该产品是通过注塑机将熔融的塑料粒子注射到模具型腔中冷却成型而制的。目前市场主要用在果冻、豆奶、洗衣液等产品的包装。现有的吸嘴主要成份为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),但在实际使用中HDPE容易出现应力开裂,尤其对极性溶剂很敏感,在极性溶剂中即使受到很小的应力也会很快的出现开裂。而现有吸嘴在包装内容物为液洗液时,由于液洗液中含有表面活性剂,而表面活性剂为极性分子,进而易导致吸嘴在长时间接触到该类内容物时容易发生开裂,因此,吸嘴开裂成为液洗液领域普遍存在的问题。为此,开发一种可以耐溶剂腐蚀的新型吸嘴,是打开吸嘴产品在液洗包装领域市场迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种降低其内应力、增加其抗环境应力开裂能力的耐溶剂吸嘴及其生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的目的之一是提供一种耐溶剂吸嘴,采用了以下技术方案:
一种耐溶剂吸嘴,该吸嘴盖顶部与盖周身设为圆滑过渡面,该吸嘴的材料包括HDPE、LLDPE和色母。
优选的,以质量百分比为单位,所述HDPE、LLDPE和色母之间的配料比为80:20:2。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种上述耐溶剂吸嘴的生产工艺,采用了如下技术方案:
S1、配料:将HDPE、LLDPE和色母按80:20:2的配比搅拌均匀;
S2、注塑:加入注塑机料斗,加热到210~225℃;在一段射压力为50%~60%,二段射压45%~50%的射压下,注射3秒,熔融状粒料进入模腔,保压 1.2~1.5秒,经10~20秒冷却成型,后模具打开,在顶出为40%~50%的压力下,通过顶针将产品顶出模腔。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)、本发明吸嘴盖顶部与盖周身设为圆滑过渡面,减少了料流在注塑成型过程中的温度梯变,进而避免了结晶过程的不均,最终达到减少应力集中的目的;同时,通过降低注射压力,提高温度,将注塑压力由70%~75%调整为50%~60%、温度由160~185℃升高为210~225℃达到减少内应力的目的;内应力降低后,由于HDPE粒子具有较好的密封性能,但抗环境应力能力较差,在配方中增加抗应力能力强的线性聚乙烯(LLDPE),并调整配方的配比,通过提高产品本身的抗应力能力,在不降低密封性能的前提下最终实现产品不开裂。
2)、本发明从吸嘴的产品结构设计上消除了应力集中,同时,通过产品配方的改进,工艺的优化,进而彻底解决了产品开裂问题,既能有效保证产品的密封性能,同时,还可以有效确保产品不开裂,进而打开了吸嘴产品在液洗液行业的市场。通过市场近一年多的应用,未发现开裂,消费者反馈良好,该产品已达到国内领先水平。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图、附表,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
S1、配料:将HDPE(牌号T60-800),LLDPE(牌号7044)及色母分别按 100:0:2、80:10:2,80:20:2;80:30:2的配比搅拌均匀;
S2、注塑:分别加入注塑机料斗,加热到210~225℃;在一段射压力为 50%,二段射压45%的射压下,注射3秒,熔融状粒料进入模腔,保压1.2 秒,经50秒冷却成型,后模具打开,在顶出为50%的压力下,通过顶针将产品顶出模腔;
S3、制得一种耐溶剂吸嘴,该吸嘴盖顶部与盖周身为圆滑过渡面,如图 1所示箭头处。
根据该生产工艺所制得吸嘴的抗环境应力开裂(ESCR)性能测定如下表 1所示:

结果表明,随着LLDPE的加入,使产品抗开裂性能明显得到改善,而加入量过多存在漏液风险,加入量过少仍有开裂。
实施例2
S1、配料:将HDPE、LLDPE和色母分别按80:20:2的配比搅拌均匀;
S2、上述S1混合物,注塑保压压力由25MPa增加到30MPa、35MPa、40MPa,对所制得的产品分别做抗开裂测试,结果如附图2所示,表明:随着保压压力的增大,产品抗开裂性能降低。
S3、上述S1的混合物,将注射速率由30mm/s逐步增大至60mm/s,对所制得的产品分别做抗开裂测试,获得数据如图3所示,表明随着注射速率的增大,当注射速率达到40mm/s时,产品抗开裂性能存在最优值。
S4、上述S1混合物,将注塑冷却时间由10秒逐步增加至50秒,所测的产品抗开裂性能,如图4所示,表明随着冷却时间的增大,抗开裂性能逐步增大;尤其是冷却时间在30秒到50秒内,抗开裂性能更为优异。
S5、上述S1混合物,将注塑熔体温度由210度增加到225度,所测的产品抗开裂性能,如图5所示,表明随着熔体温度的增大,抗开裂性能逐步增大。
综合实施例1、2可知,本发明将注塑压力由70%~75%调整为50%~60%、温度由160~185℃升高为210~225℃,通过降低注射压力,提高熔体温度,达到降低内应力进而减少开裂的目的;同时,由于HDPE粒子具有较好的密封性能,但抗环境应力能力较差,在配方中增加抗应力能力强的线性聚乙烯 (LLDPE),并调整配方的配比,通过提高产品本身的抗应力能力,在不降低密封性能的前提下最终实现产品不开裂。

1.一种耐溶剂吸嘴的生产工艺,该吸嘴盖顶部与盖周身设为圆滑过渡面,其特征在于:该吸嘴的材料包括HDPE、LLDPE和色母;
以质量百分比为单位,所述HDPE、LLDPE、色母之间的配料比为80:20:2;
S1、配料:将HDPE、LLDPE和色母按80:20:2的配比搅拌均匀;
S2、注塑:加入注塑机料斗,加热到210~225℃;在一段射压力为50%~60%,二段射压45%~50%的射压下,注射3秒,注射速率为40mm/s,熔融状粒料进入模腔,保压1.2~1.5秒,经10~20秒冷却成型,后模具打开,在顶出为40%~50%的压力下,通过顶针将产品顶出模腔。
