技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用于人体面部皮肤美容的贴膜，尤其是涉及一种凝胶面膜，属于人体面部皮肤护理用品领域。
背景技术
随着现代工作压力的提升，空气质量的越来越差，饮食睡眠的不规律，导致现代人皮肤的问题越来越多，对改善和解决皮肤的问题要求与日俱增，而且对皮肤美容的方式方法要求越来越高，使皮肤美容的方式方法和产品面临更重要的课题。
目前，市场上的面膜类产品大致分为两大类型，采用无纺布或布质的纤维类面膜或者单层凝胶类面膜产品。
纤维类面膜的缺点是有效成份直接暴露在空气中，在短时间内就会挥发或变干，对面部皮肤的作用没有持续性的效果，不可能在短时间内通过数次或有限次数而达到面部皮肤美容目的。而且，纤维类产品刚开始使用时含水充分，导致肌肤过多吸水，然后由于纤维类面膜变干后反向从肌肤吸收水分，这样会使肌肤更加的松弛。单层凝胶类面膜的缺点是附着力不好，贴在皮肤上容易滑动移位，而且凝胶韧性较差，容易撕裂。
现时，使用面膜是大部份人趋向的美容方式，但是怎样使外用产品更有效，持续性更长，又能解决目前产品存在的问题，是目前需要迫切解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的，在于克服目前人体面部使用面膜类产品所存在上述缺点和不足，提供一种人体美容多层凝胶面膜。
所述人体美容多层凝胶面膜是指在两层凝胶面膜之间，由一层或多层由其他材料制成的薄网格层，两层凝胶面膜的外沿周边连体；所述多层是指面膜由外沿周边连体的凝胶薄膜外层和凝胶膜内层以及薄网格层构成。
本发明解决纤维类面膜的有效成分直接暴露在空气中，在短时间内就会挥发或变干，对面部皮肤的作用没有持续性效果和变干后反向从肌肤吸收水分，使肌肤松弛，以及单层凝胶类面膜附着力不好，容易滑动移位和容易撕裂的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是：包括四层结构，第一层是凝胶薄膜外层，第三层是与第一层的外沿周边连体的凝胶薄膜内层，第二层是第一层与第三层之间、外沿周边之内的薄网格层，第四层是紧贴第三层的剥离背衬层。

第一层凝胶薄膜外层和第三层凝胶薄膜内层包含具有能形成一定粘结力的成膜剂高分子聚合物或它们的混合物：羧甲基纤维素（CMC）、卡波树脂、羟乙基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（PVP)、聚乙二醇（PEG)、丙烯酸脂共聚物、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯（PVA）。
还包含具有增白皮肤作用的过氧化物：氢氧化钠、氢氧化铝，以及过氢氧化物稳定剂：EDTA二钠。
还包含作为皮肤美容的：、透明质酸钠、胶原蛋白粉、熊果苷、辅酶Q10、蛋清素钠、酒石酸、芦荟提取物、维生素、肝素钠、VC多糖体、甘羟铝、羟基维甲醚（痘灭灵）、苦碱素、谷氨酸铝、果酸、鱼腥草素。

凝胶内、外层贴在面部皮肤表面时，释放出有效活性成分，对面部皮肤进行美容和治疗。
第二层是在凝胶薄膜外层和凝胶薄膜内层之间、外沿周边之内的网状格子或薄网格结构，其材料是蚕丝网、天然纤维网、人造纤维网、塑料网或合成的聚合物网，其网线厚度或直径在0.01毫米至0.5毫米之间，是一层或多层结构。其主要作用是将凝胶薄膜外层和凝胶薄膜内层固定，和具有更好的韧性及弹性，不易撕裂。
第四层是紧贴第三层的透明塑料薄膜剥离背衬层，其材料是PET材质的塑料薄片、箔或纸，其与凝胶薄膜内层紧贴的表面涂布有离型剂硅、氟或它们的混合物，作用是面膜未使用前保护面膜，使用时能轻易与凝胶薄膜内层剥离，丢弃不用。
面膜的中间范围冲压有孔洞，其作用是不遮盖眼睛等透气部位。
本发明的优点是：面膜美肤的有效成份持续性效果好，大大增加和提高美肤效果，面膜对面部的附着力好，不容易滑动移位和不容易产生撕裂现象。

羟基维甲醚0.1%，苦碱素1%，
水26%。
或者将配方A置换成配方F：
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10%，卡波树脂1%，
甘油47.6%，EDTA二钠1%，
羰甲基纤维素2%，聚乙烯2%，
谷胺酸铝5%，水20%，
聚丙烯酸钠10%，薄荷0.2%，
食用香精0.1%，透明质酸钠0.5%，
果酸0.1%鱼腥草素0.5%。
或者将配方A置换成配方G：
卡拉胶1%，魔芋胶1%，
水95%，透明质酸钠0.5%，
胶原蛋白1.5%，氯化钾0.2%，
薄荷0.2%，食用香精0.1%，
茶树提取物0.5%。
以上配方的成份比例是重量百分比。
第一层凝胶薄膜外层1和第三层凝胶薄膜内层3是外沿周边连体结构。
第二层薄网格层2是包埋在凝胶薄膜外层1和凝胶薄膜内层3之间、外沿周边之内的网状格子或薄网格状结构，其材料是蚕丝网、天然纤维网、人造纤维网、塑料网或合成的聚合物网，其网线厚度或直径在0.01毫米至0.05毫米之间，是一层或多层结构。
第四层是紧贴第三层的透明塑料薄膜剥离背衬层4，其材料是PET材质的塑料薄片、箔或纸，其与凝胶薄膜内层紧贴的表面涂布有离型剂硅、氟或它们的混合物，作用是面膜未使用前保护面膜，使用时能轻易与凝胶薄膜内层剥离，丢弃不用。
面膜的中间范围冲压有孔洞5，其作用是不遮盖眼睛等透气部位。
本发明的制备方法和过程是：将凝胶薄膜外层1和凝胶薄膜内层2配方中的各种成分按重量百分比混合搅拌均匀后，涂布于薄网格层2上，形成平整的凝胶薄膜外层1和凝胶薄膜内层3，或者将薄网格层2压入在凝胶薄膜层中，形成外沿周边连体的凝胶薄膜外层1和凝胶薄膜内层3，然后烘干，再在面膜中间范围内冲压孔洞5，最后将剥离背衬层4紧贴于凝胶薄膜内层3的表面。也可以不用烘干，但生产时间长。

Claims (2)

1.人体美容多层凝胶面膜，其特征是：包括四层结构，第一层是凝胶薄膜外层（1），第三层是与第一层的外沿周边连体的凝胶薄膜内层（3），第二层是包埋于第一层与第三层之间、外沿周边之内的薄网格层（2），第四层是紧贴第三层的剥离背衬层（4）；凝胶薄膜外层（1）和凝胶薄膜内层（3）由能形成一定粘结力的成膜剂高分子聚合物或它们的混合物制成，有多种配方可供选择，其配方A是：
透明质酸钠1%，甘油64.9%，
羧甲基纤维素10%，EDTA二钠0.5%，
卡波树脂0.8%，胶原蛋白粉2%，
薄荷0.2%，食用香精0.1%，
氢氧化钠0.5%，水20；
或者将配方A置换成配方B：
熊果苷2%，甘油64.5%，
羟乙基纤维素10%，EDTA二钠0.5%，
卡波树脂1%，辅酶Q100.2%，
薄荷0.2%，食用香精0.1%，
氢氧化钠0.5%，蛋清素钠1%，
水20%；
或者将配方A置换成配方C：
聚丙烯酸5%，聚丙烯酸钠8%，
甘油39%，氢氧化铝10%，
酒石酸0.2%，水32.8%，
聚乙稀醇1.2%，薄荷0.2%，
食用香精0.1%，透明质酸钠0.5%,
芦荟提取物1%，维生素2%；
或者将配方A置换成配方D：
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮20%，聚乙二醇2%，
甘油51%，丙烯酸脂共聚物3%，
氢氧化钠0.5%，卡波树脂1%，
EDTA二钠0.5%，水20%，
薄荷0.2%，食用香精0.1%，
透明质酸钠0.5%，肝素钠0.2%，
VC多糖体1%；
或者将配方A置换成配方E：

2.根据权利要求1所述的人休美容多层凝胶面膜，其特征是：将凝胶薄膜外层（1）和凝胶薄膜内层（2）配方中的各种成分按重量百分比混合搅拌均匀后，涂布于薄网格层（2）上，形成平整的凝胶薄膜外层（1）和凝胶薄膜内层（3），或者将薄网格层（2）压入包埋在凝胶薄膜层中，形成外沿周边连体的凝胶薄膜外层（1）和凝胶薄膜内层（3），然后烘干，再在面膜中间范围冲压孔洞（5），最后将剥离背衬层（4）紧贴于凝胶薄膜内层（3）的表面。
